Yea, im on broadband, and the site generally loads slowly, sometimes it doesn't load at all......

How do you upload brainwave sync files into the program?

I felt the energy coming from the earth and I did feel something, but I couldn't make the ball, I only felt more refreshed. The guy doesn't explain it in enough detail on his site. Does anyone know for how long you have to do each step for it to work?

Hi,

I'm new to this. When focosing on the second figure, when the crosses are about half way i start loosing concentration and blinking. Then when I persist I hear a very loud humming noise in my head and my eyes close by themselves. Should I keep trying? Is this normal?
