I did have an AP where I was in a shopping mall.  I guy came up to be and tells me "Hay I can see your etheric cord" a fact that he was telling me he knew I was alive. I looked and did in fact see it.  It was aqua blue and sparkled.   I asked me what it was like to be there are he said it was not so bad.

My Grandmother has glaucoma and is legally blind though she still has some vision and can watch television.  She also has the ability to go to the RTZ and reports her vision in perfect when there.  I also think some of the AP is hereditary or more natural for some then others, Like say natural psychics.

The first time I ever experienced Sleep paralysis as a child I awoke to the sound of wind rushing by my right ear.  I looked about my room and the door was open and the window shut.  I closed what I now know to be my Astral eyes and awoke to my room room with the door closed and the window opened.  There are alot of strange Astral sounds in the Paralysis state.

Yah, I think I remember reading a post awhile back where you were pretty detailed in your experience with the tapes.  I will reread it later.  I spend quite a bit of time in Virginia and thought about attending the institute.  I see that even if I do the Gateway on my own there are advanced courses I could take later that require the Gateway Voyage to be complete.  Thanks for responding.

I will take a look at that book.  I had a pastor recommend that book at a spiritual retreat   I also that I will be looking at the Tibetan Book of the Dead and Tibetan Dream Yoga.  .

I have been using that pyramin I wrote about last week to cause sleep paralysis with not luck whatsoever.  I have had some semi lucid dreams but nothing else.  I have not even came close to the paralysis state this week.

I think this is an excellent idea.  I am under the firm belief that is the subconscious mind alone influences the OBE.  I can not visualize very well either and the harder I try I simply get a tension headache.  When I relax my vision and mind the images become much clearer, however I then become like a fisherman trying to grab one and hold on which almost always fails.  This technique I will try, perhaps this is a simple technique for complicated people.  I believe the psychologist Carl Jung called the subconscious the Silent Watcher.   Try the test.  Close your eyes and in your attempt to visualize how many times are you distracted my thoughts you do not want.  If in fact the conscious mind is running the show this would not be the case and you could focus.

I suppose for certain cultures the proof is validated in there beliefs and personal experiences.  Tibetan, Buddhist Monks, Indian Swamis have believed and validated there beliefs for thousands of years with personal accounts of AP/OBE.  It's not as if we start from scratch.  I just seem to know this is real and God is real.  If more valid proof is required we could always go to Tibet and meditate 18 hours a day to achieve a higher level of projection or Calcutta to wear a loincloth, get buried in the dirt and fast for 28 days straight.

Thats a great Avatar, I saw that movie again last night. i have never been to Western Sahara but have spent alot of time in kenya.  I have a friend who recently moved to Senegal.

It absolutely amazes me the things I can observe OBE that I can not visualize or imagine in waking.  I observed a circus act last night that was amazing with wooden puppets and performers doing amazing things.  Also a few nights ago seeing a building time lapse through thousands of years.  How could my mind possible create these things .

I experienced the astral wind once.  I went out a second story window and was imminently pulled sideways into the air above my City.  The colors were brilliant.  As it started to be pulled up I first started to panic and then just said "Go with it and see what happens".  I finally go pulled miles into the air and decided to visit GOD.  Well that did not work out as I had hoped.  I suppose he was busy on more important business, it was however the start of one of my most successful OBE. I did in fact meet several guides thow they scared me and I ran due to lack of OBE expericnce.  Something I found about going through walls.  Try to look for a small hole and look through it and you show should slip to the other side.  That has worked for me.

Has anyone read any work by Stephen Laberge.  He is a Lucid Dream reseacher.  I have not been able to find any books in stores, however books can be ordered on line.  The guy is sapose to have some really good advice on Lucid Dreaming.

I felt I was about to be attacked once by three men in robes outside a church.  As the approached two Angles about 25 feet tall with gold breast plates appeared with swards.  I tell you the sight of the two Angles scared me more then the three robed characters. They told everyone no lies and persacution would take place. I pray alot for protection and keep pratacing love and caring for others.  This seems to help.

I has a semi lucid dream this morning where I encountered a woman who looked like Linda Blair, the women who played in the Exorcist movie.  I met her a few years ago.  She had a beautyful tan and was naked except she had flesh colored paint with sparkles of silver all over her body.  I could not get my eyes off her.  I female friend came up and introduced her to me.  Boy was I excited. I was thinking about asking her for sex but she just looked so good.  She asked me why I ran away from her, I did not remember doing this.  I awoke and tried to WILD back to her but was unsuccessful.  What a disapointment.  Linda Blair if your out there I love you, write soon.  Ha. I was having one AP and a lot of the most beautiful women were ignoring me and it was getting me annoyed.  I said to myself "HaY this is my dream and I should be able to do what I want" a guy standing behind me says "Have you looked at yourself in the mirror?" I said "that's a good idea." My pants were on sideways and my hair messed up, my belt was loose.  I thought to myself I look like a bum.  I straighten myself up and picked up the first beautiful girl walking by.  We finally found a place to be alone and the sex felt normal but she seems to have become kind of sleazy after penetration, not that there is anything wroung with that and I awoke to soon.

I am not very good at creating imagery and just try to grab hold of one as they pass my field of vision and hang on.  Never successfully as of yet.  It seems that sometimes the imagery catches me and that is when I jerk awake. I am not sure what Phong means when he says about transferring I awareness to your dream body but is sound like it is going into the right direction. P.S. It is not only us I have noticed that my dog who likes to sleep with me jerks awake often too.  I supose he is also having projection problems.  Keep smiling.

I have been able to WILD several times.  The results when it does occur seem to be a real AP due to the lucidity.  I can look in a mirror and talk to astral people. I seem to be able to stay as long as I want before awaking. It might be a Lucid Dream but seems mush more.

Lucid Dreams past quickly woce I become aware and I am unable to keep aware long and quickly wake up.

OBE to the RTZ from either sleep paralysis to me seems like the truest form of OBE.  If I had to decide on a true OBE in would be directly to the RTZ from vibrations however I have only done this once as most times I can not exit.  A couple times I have exited without knowing.  I simply found myself in the living room standing up and knowing I was projecting.  Perhaps this was some mind split in progress and the reason I remembered it was I immediately ended it after 1 minute and awoke.  One thing I have noticed about the RTZ is I encounter no reality fluctuations that I have read about. Everything appears to be as the physical.  A strange thing I did encounter twice in the past was someone looking at me while I awake from paralysis and I now think it have been a projected double.

O.K. I will go to Kinkos tomorrow and have them put on CD.  I will send them to tou on thursday in the format you requested. I have 5 good ORB photos and 2 bedroom photos with energy. Thanks.
