very interesting picture.

recently, i have started smelling strange things from my past. it only lasts for a second or so. for instance, my friends and I started a bonfire last weekend,  and now i smell the smoke almost every day when I lay down or meditate. I can also smell the aroma of different foods every once in a while. do any of you get this too?

that's freaky. i never knew whatever you think about happens in an OBE. i thought they were uncontrollable. you should have tried thinking about a sword coming down and destroying all of them or something like that.

i got freaked out tonight. i was watching hope and faith ( i think it's pretty funny) but faith tries to get on stage at a poetry reading and was talking about how the poetry has to come from your conscious, then she said she was on a show called The Sacred and Sinful, that totally freaked me out. I wonder if i knew she was going to say that like a month before i watched the show.

so your boyfriend actually saw them too?

i've had sleep paralysis before, definately the scareist thing to happen to me.

mactombs- was that in OBE or Astral?

i trust myself, i trust my friends, I never trust strangers. it's just something that comes with living like i've had to.

it's really hard to concentrate with the itchy face, unbearable ringing ears, energy flowing, etc. i feel like i'm 5 seconds away from OBEing, then I move because I can't take it anymore

what's the scariest thing you have ever experienced while OBEing or APing?

i wouldn't hitchhike if i were you. you can't trust anyone these days.

was it a dream?

i look at that site a lot of times. it's got how to do the stranger Tks like chronokinesis. what is a wingmaker in the first place?

step 1) get good grades in school

i've never been astral or OBE, i've just meditated and become closer with my subconscious.

it was just a dream. dreams are weird, i've never had a dream that made sense.

it seems like my reaction time has greatly increased since I started trying to converse with my subconscious. i always feel like I knew a couple seconds before I drop something i was going to drop it, so I always catch it. just the other day, i dropped my mom's cell phone and caught it before it even completely left my hand. i used to be really clumsy, and now I feel more aware.

ill be honest moving a pinwheel or pen under glass is not easy when close let alone across the room. I have seen video of it being done under glass on psipog or one of its links. The whole point of my first post was that moving physical objects from the astral plane could be possible based on telekinesis and the existence of ghost/spirits which i believe are lost spirits/people on the astral plain. Ill leave the tk debates to the tk forums.

note: moving pin wheels can be subjective, there is a certain amount of faith and disbelief any observer will have, its a personal choice.

I'm not shut off to the possibility of TK, but I have yet to see something which totally convinces me. Many examples on the net are questionable at best – and the inability for any solid evidence of pinwheels moving when separated from the air flow of the hands create deeper scepticism.
I believe there might be cases of undeniable proof out there of paranormal activity, but there are also a lot of fake, false and misguided cases (which harm the area of the paranormal as a whole).

Regarding this issue, although I have read cases of people influencing the astral from the physical – every time I interact with something while OBE, the effect seems subjective, as the physical remains the same (simple things like turning on lights, yet they are not on when I get back in body). I'm not saying this makes such a thing impossible, i've just not had much luck with such things yet

ha ha, that reminds me of when my grandma came to visit, and she just woke up and was talking to my mom, then i come in the room and she says, " (my name), where's (mom's name)?" and she was sitting right in front of her. it was hilarious.

i always get them in really bad places like my face or my nuts, UGH!

it seems like after about 10 minutes of trancing or trying to OBE, I get really itchy, and it makes it impossible to concentrate because I want to scratch it so bad.

very normal. that is the energy flowing through your body. you only feel it because you're almost too aware of yourself. it always happens when you're about to have an OBE.

it happens because your body gets paralyzed somewhat when it's asleep so you don't hurt yourself while dreaming. sleep paralysis happens when your body thinks it's asleep, but is still kind of awake. about where you need to be to have an OBE.

this is called sleep paralysis. google it. I've had it happen to me once, I didn't hear anything, but I couldn't move.
