Phasing is the next rung on the ladder of conscious alterations/projections. It is like a traditional out of body exit but without the strong exit sensations or unnecessary exit techniques.

Phasing is a not like a traditional RTZ projection. You watch the snippets of imagery that appear in your mind with a completely blank/focused attention. Eventually you get a strong enough 'signal' and can phase (project) into the imagery. Some people use rundowns to bring about the imagery...and actually once you become adept at phasing, you can phase into that rundown!
#27
See I think that is the best way to prove that projections and phasing are real and not just internal manifestations.
#28
Yeah I have always seen floating colors since I was a kid. I have especially been seeing them lately after practicing phasing/RTZ projection.

Although strangely, I have also been seeing a lot of these colors next to electrical equipment. Maybe we are just seeing explainable energy such as EM Fields or electrical noise?

Quote from: dreamerukHi I'm new here but from what I have just read, you all seem to be jumping on Abraham's back with no valid reason.
He asked a simple question and I for one seem to think he has a point. I was under the impression that if you thought of somebody when you were projecting then you would go to that person.

You do not just go to anybody you think of. It isn't magic. It doesn't work that way.

A person ignorant of the way things work in the astral or the real time zone should not come in here with preconceived notions and religious convictions and then start demanding proof of this, that and the other.

This sort of thing is just plain annoying to me. I think I would annoy the hell out of a Islam forum if I were to burst onto one and start demanding proof of the various believes expressed in the Qur'an.

Actually I wouldnt mind at all. I frequently visit the forum www.revivingislam.com

Ask any questions you would like there!

Abraham,

How would you like it if I came to your forums and said the following:

"If your god, Allah, is real and so mighty...then why does he not smite all non-believers? If he doesn't, then:

1) He is not real and your religion is fake and/or useless in this world.

2) Allah is not as powerful as another God"

Notice how provocative and ignorant that statement is; now try to apply this new understanding to your original post.

I made a simple challenge that should expose the reality of the situation. Im here to get the truth out, and to expose what is real and what is our own imagination. If you dont like reality then live in yoru dream world deceiving yourself. But as for me, I will strive to live upon the truth from my Lord.

Wow it's like talking to a very stupid brick wall. Go on and worship God as you see fit. I and the others here will achieve spirituality and worship God as we desire. People like you are the ones who start wars and oppress others if their beliefs differ from yours.

And the best part is that our beliefs do not hurt or take advantage of others...unlike Christianity's followers who distort it to stem social progression and Islam's followers who distort it murder and rape the innocent.

And everyone else...You know this idiot isn't going to search the forums to learn how a physical body exit works. He read a passage from the Koran and is going to try and be 'Gods Holy Warrior' by provoking everyone who doesn't worship Islam. I should make the challenge to him to have Allah appear before me and tell me that my spiritual beliefs are rubbish. But I won't because I am better than that.

Shut the bonk up. I or anyone here has nothing to prove to you. You practice your own religion/spirituality and we'll practice our own. People like you are intolerant douche bags.

And in regards to your comment about God protecting Osama: God would never protect a murderer and a manipulator who justifies his murderous actions by distorting the practices of Islam to suit his needs. This comment shows me the lack of depth or morality you encompass.

Leilah,

Yes very.
Have you phased yet? If so what techniques do you use (visualization, awareness, etc) to phase?

Also, I dug this info about phasing from our forum by phasing expert Frank:

"The starscape effect generally occurs as part of the Phasing process. It is also common to see whirling shapes or clouds of colour, and such like. Basically, you switch from seeing only the 2-dimensional blackness at the back of your eyelids... to having a feeling of moving into a 3 dimensional blackness, which is often punctuated by lots of little yellow lights in the distance (well, with me they are bright yellow).

If you progress further you typically feel a kind of mental shift wherupon you find yourself within the Astral someplace. Which is what happened to you. But if you slow that shift down, you find it is possible to travel through the blackness and go right up to the lights, for example. Or you can have a root around and see if you can come across what are commonly called Astral Plane Entrance Structures of the kind R.Bruce printed on the back of AD. "

The 'quilt of light' I saw seems to be one of these Astral Plane entrance structures.

Ok I realized that I was definitely phasing. And here's what happened:

When the "quilt of light" formed and the room began to appear, I was watching (and creating) a scene unfold in front of me (normal phasing imagery). However, I got too excited and pushed myself into this scene while it was still 'under construction'. This caused me to project into the scene where I began to float into it.

If I had waited for the scene to unfold, then I could have either observed it from afar (mental projection) or I pushed into it (full projection). I did the latter a little too quick out of excitement.

I will say this, the projection was vivid, lucid, and amazing. I think I am going to begin focusing my practice mainly on phasing. It's too real not to   (whatever that means).
#34
So I used saltcube.com's method where I woke up early in the morning and set my alarm for 20 minute intervals. The purpose was to shock me into lucidity once I was dreaming and then use the lucid dream as a launch pad for a physical body exit.

However, the alarm method wasn't working. Suddenly, I had lost coherency and slightly succumbed to unconsciousness (for about 10 seconds?).

My consciousness returned and I thought "There's the back of my eye lids...good I'm not asleep". Suddenly the back of my eyelids brightened and a VERY vivid pattern was present (sort of like a quilt made of light).

Soon after wards I saw a room begin to form in front of this pattern. A shift occurred, and I felt myself floating up. I realized I was in the room and it was forming as I floated into it. I was completely aware and lucid of the entire experience. But then I got too excited and lost it.

Did I phase?

whhhat?! Paying for music? What is this the bronze age

I'm going to say that drugs can be used as an aide to a projection, but they do restrict the amount of control you have once out.

For example, a few days ago I had smoked and the morning after I had a lucid dream. Once I realized I was dreaming, I tried to fly away like I normally do. However, this time I couldn't and instead I ended up anchored to the ground, floating just inches up from it. Then I started to go in circles and no matter how much intent I threw at trying to fly, the most I achieved was about two feet off the ground.

Quote from: Time-ShifterAccording to what i experienced, sometime in the near future, the US and Canada will be drafted to World War 3, the world will suffer a terrible plague that will decimate 3/4 of the worlds population, and the weather - god the force of the weather i experienced in that time period, was unbelievable. All i could see when i suggested the year 2025 to be seen, was soldiers and me lying over dead countries. This will be a nuclear war, everyone will be centralized and all major north american cities will be bombed/nuked to some degree by russia's and china's alliance against the US/Canada.
Lol, not to scare anybody, but this is what i have found.

Also, in the world on the other side, it is MORE real than this reality, as if im living this as a dream, and that is my true reality. Basically, what you guys will know in 10 years is all the knowledge im going to go explore in the future. The time machine on the physical will be invented and usable by 2015, by the Florida/US Military.

When 2016 rolls around and no time machine exists, I am going to PM you a  .

I'm sorry, but I have heard waaayyyy too many ridiculous predictions. (1999, Y2k, 2003, 2012) Your fantasy world will not become this reality.
#38
Yeah I was a WW2 buff back in high school. Since then I will watch the History channel and learn about the cool technologies used in warfare. Actually most guys I know have at least an interest (if not more) in anything related to military or wars.

I personally believe that the strong interest results from our past lives. Wars have always been around for ages and almost everyone has been directly or indirectly affected by it. Therefore the probability of a past life being that of a soldier or other miltiary unit is highly likely.

You were achieving a body asleep/mind awake state. If you had kept going deeper you would have gone into body paralysis (or perhaps you were already at this level). Most of your head should have also become numb. If it did not, then it may be as a result of incorrect posture which strains your neck muscles.

At this state, force yourself to feel a falling sensation to trick your body into sleep (which naturally occurs when you do fall asleep). Then begin to breathe in very deeply and breath out very slowly. You want to establish a rythmn in breathing while focusing on anything but your physical body. Eventually you will hit the vibrations.
#40
yeah. sounds like the stupid stress tests that scientologists will give you to measure your phebes (or whatever it's called)
#41
Sounds like a lucid dream to me.

Quote from: Sepultura123Like I said before position is not 100% important if you can imagine that you here in another position and trying to exit at the same time.

Um, what?

QuoteIm impatient. Sometime I just try to doa roll away method but this dont work because in not fully body asleep and my body move

And that is why it is so important to have reached a body asleep (even paralysis) state because it will prevent you from involuntarily tensing your muscles or causing movement during your projection attempt.

wonderboy pointed out something very important about physical relaxation: it is VERY important. In fact it is the reason most beginners cannot leave their body or become stuck in certain places.

That is why I spend about a minute shifting around and finding a comfortable position. If I don't spend time to find the right position, then a group of muscles may become strained or difficult to relax. This will prevent full physical relaxation and lead to an unsuccessful projection attempt.
#46
Quote from: zaresteArgh, I have the same problem.  I've always been psionic enough to make vibrations occur without even lying down, but I never get past that point.  I can even feel the spirit hitting the skin as I try to get out, but can't get loose.

If there were an explanation on what keeps the spirit from detaching at any given moment...

Without lying down? Do you mean you were sitting in a chair? That's one of the standard positions to try AP and so is lying on your back.

There is no 'spirit' that can detach at any moment. Instead, there is an etheric body that works in tandem with your physical body. When you project, you pump energy into a projectable double that can move about (according to Monroe and others).
#47
Try it when your body is tired. Relax, and clean your mind of thought. Keep your mind free of thought for at least ten minutes then follow it with basic energy work. Eventually you will feel your physical body tingling and becomming numb. This is great because your body is falling asleep. When your entire body relaxes enough/falls asleep, your etheric body will begin expanding.
#48
Oh, and the heart chakra isn't the power house of your soul (although you are close). It is actually similar to the physical heart in that it pumps your etheric body with the required energy. However, you can find certain storage centers in your body (disputed...) that could be trigged to flood your body with energy at the right time.
#49
Work on all of your chakras! Clear any energy blockages that you may have. Here is my projection routine:

1. Relax
2. Clean slate mind for 5-10 minutes.
3. Basic energy work
4. Charkra work
5. Projection technique (including mental falling and ethetic body expansion followed by exit)
#50
When you are in paralysis, relax. After a few long breathes to clear any fear, attempt to wiggle your big toe. Use body awareness and focus on that big toe until you finally move it. After moving it, you will find your foot wake up, and then the rest of your body.

If you are in sleep paralysis, you can also try a projection technique because for some people it works as a stepping stone.
