I hear a lot of people talk about hearing vibrations, but I wanted to explain what is meant by vibrations. Just about everyone can hear a whistle in the head if they really listen and they can willfully increase that to a very loud whistle till it sounds like it's going to make them death. That's not obe vibrations. OBE vibrations are something that's felt through out the body. Vibrations are not something you hear. It's not that whistle a person hears. Sometimes the vibrations are only felt in the head, but the difference between that and that whistle is like day and night.

After about 17 days of practice now I can successfully induce vibrations as and when I want ( I MEAN OFCOURSE WHILE LYING BACK ON BED )!!!

NO SOUNDS THOUGH YET! AND THOUGH I GET MY EARS TOTALY BLACKED AS IF I AM DEAF!!!

WELL THIS IS ALL WHAT I WANNA SAY.........

IT WAS VACATIONS FOR ME WHEN I STARTED TRYING APs BUT NOW VERY TIGHT SCHEDULE FOR COLLEGE  MAKES ME RUFFED UP AND AM SO VERY TIRED!  STILL I TRY AND CAN SUCCESSFULLY INDUCE VIBRATIONS AND TOTAL DEFNESS.......BUT NOW I DO REMEMBER MY DREAMS, AND FRNZZZ, ALL MY DREAMS R LIKE AM DOING TELEKINESIS.............YES I MEANS MY ALL DREAMS HAVE ELEMENTS LIKE I CAN PICK UP THINGS WITHOUT ANY PHYSICAL CONTACT AND EVEN OFTEN FLY......I CAN DO ALL SORT OF TELEKINESIS STUFF AND ITS LIKE ALWAYS THAT I HAVE ATLEAST ONE SUCH DREAM!!!  

AND MOST IMPORTANT THING I WANNA SHARE IS THAT I, OFTEN THROUGHT THE DAY FEEL AS IF MY HANDS ARE MAGNETS AND THEY ARE BEING ATTRACTED TOWARDS MY BODY AND SOMETIMES DOESNT GET ATTRACTED EVEN.......................I OFTEN HAVE THIS FEELING IN MY FINGERS AND NOT MUCH IN WHOLE HAND!!!

DOES ANYONE HAVE HAD ANY SUCH EXPERIENCE???

Both you ppl wer right, I had experienced such incidents b4 also, but wer very occasionally occurring!

like I used to for cast rains often even when the sky was all clear and like rare telepathy stuff!

but i never ever thought its all that kinda!  and i even had rare visions, some wer true not all!

I am trying AP since 8 days!

I WAS PLAYING PS2 AND WAS ABOUT TO SHOOT GOAL WHILE PLAYING A SOCCER GAME, WHEN I BY MISTAKE PRESS WRONG BUTTON THINKING ABOUT THE RIGHT BUTTON WHEN AND MY PLAYER IN GAME TACKLED AS I THOUGTH ( NOT DID ON REMOTE ) AND IT REALLY HAPPENED AND I HAD A GOAL!

MY BIKE WAS IN SERVICE AT MY FRNS SERVICE STATION, I JUST FORGOT TO TELL HIM I HAD COLLEGE NEXT DAY AND TO MAKE THE DELIVERY THE SAME DAY AND TO MY SURPRICE, I FRN CAME TO MY PLACE IN THE EVENING TELLING THAT '' HERE I AM BRINING YOUR BIKE ON TIME AS YOU SAID, CUZ U HAD COLLEGE TOM!''

I always turn the lights off... However, I have noticed that on occasion while meditating with the lights off I have seen brief flashes of light. Quite startling to say the least.

@topic: most of my projections were in the morning when it wasnt dark already. it isnt really a problem once youre in a deep anough trance. but of course you dont need light for seeing while out of body.

I m try AP since 4 days and since then my sis is observing strange things!

1). 20th night she woke up at about 3 am to hv a glass of water and she heard  PAAYAL ( a kind of ornament worn at ankel, that is generally related to ghost or such pplz ).  It didnt stop and continued,  though she didnt get up to check it as she was too sleepy to do that and even that noice was not coming frm one place but frm diff parts of our home simultaneously!   ( that sound is like smwat , umm , wind chime, yeh v can say that!

2). 21st night my Dad pal had come to my place, he is kinda no to bravo guy, he complained me of heard that same noice and a noise like some one is brushing their teeth!, but guess what noone was at wash basin and only me any my frn was at our place!

3). Yesterday night I myself heard the Knock Knock noise on my window, I live in an apartment and noone can climb till window!  This time i got up to check it but couldnt find any thing!  As I was going to bed!  It again started the same way! I again checked up to find nothing, then I decided to stand der and wait till next time it happens, this time it happend but on my kitchen window!

My frn is relating it to AP, anyway i believe its not coz of that!

But still has doubt cuz this all started since I started to try AP!

I would like to ask, is any such thing possible as GHOST??, IF NOT WHAT IS ALL THIS HAPPENING!!

Yes, Jimi, it was, and Porbably you have thrusted that CHAKRAA to get activated, you can search on net what that Chakra is for, like some Chakra hold control over mind, anger, etc., and even moreeeeee!

I couldnt find that BUZZING sound, may be coz I was concentrating too much over my SLEEP PARALYSIS and  that Chackra and Vibrations!

I tried to Increase this feeling but rather it started reducing but still this feeling was felt for about 20 seconds!

But frns, during this time, I did feel something in the center of my head, that is INBETWEEN two ears and somewhat below nose, that feeling was like I am having a POWER SOURCE there, something like a sun like round thing emitting huge amount of power source( that most people state as having a feeling of splitting of brains  into two ).

Another thing I would like to tell was, I felt as if my whole astral body was like separated from physical body but that part acted like a STAPLE or a PAPER CLIP, that kept my physical body and astral body stick!

And vibrations were continuing during all this!
What was all this, any help??

I have been trying OOBE after about a gap of 3 months and at that time I tried it only for a few days!

My first try was on 19th June, at midnight, when I was between the SLEEP AND MY CONCIOUSNESS, I was feeling very INTENSE vibrations throughout my body, but couldnt maintain my CONCIOUSNESS and finally fell asleep!

My second try was on 20th June,  in the noon, when I again received VERY INTENSE vibrations, as if a large amount of electric current is passing through my body, this time I was about to slip away to SLEEP, but totally controlled my conciousness and tried to increase the vibrations, yes and another thing i felt then was an intense FEELING in the center of my head, as if theres something very powerful inside and I have just given it freedom to use its total power, that sensation was some what below nose in between two ears and somewhat below or on the lower side of brain what was it exactly?

My third try was Midnight of June 20th, felt same kind of vibrations, but couldnt control conciousness and again fell asleep!

One thing to be noted is at midnight when I couldnt control my conciousness both the times, i was lyiing on bed in south-west to north-east direction and when I could control my conciousness i was lying in North to south direction!

I have read in certain articles that lying in North-south can facilitate your try to attain OOBE!
Is it truth or just a MYTH?

What should be my next step, was i even near to have an OOBE or still far??

I used to try to AP in March this year, when I first studied about AP through net and articles online!

I seriously m interested in all those stuff since long, I tried first night, it was no use, then tried second night ( it was 8th March 2006 ) with the ASTRAL.mp3 from www.moonfish-design.co.uk, after about 15 minutes, I experienced vibrations, those were lighter vibrational intensity like one from vibrator or such equipment, throughout my body, but were were having great frequency! I couldnt move ahead of that stage! Then I had exams after a few days so I decided to temporarily quit this practice!

My interest again was built-up this June 19th when i read a few articles again frm net, dwnlded pdfs and read alot about this subject!

At about 3 am, I tried to astral project, in about 10 minutes I recieved vibrations, but THESE VIBRATIONS WERE FAR DIFFERENT FROM THOSE I RECEIVED IN MARCH!

THESE VIBRATIONS WERE HAVING LOWER FREQUENCY BUT GREAT INTENSITY LIKE SOMEONE IS SHAKING MY WHOLE BODY VERY POWERFULLY!

WERE THESE VIBRATIONS WERE FAKE OR WERE THOSE LAST ONES?
OR WERE BOTH POSSIBLE? CAN PEOPLE HAVE DIFFERENT SORT OF VIBRATIONS?

Yes, I also agree that teaching a blind person AP is equivalent to donating eye to that person!  Good AP'tors should carry out such camps if possble, cuz some ppl cant even be operated to see.

   This question just raised in my mind thinking about blind ppl, can blind ppl do Astral Projectoin, I mean like few ppl are blind since they were child, they dont know how this world is like, how they look themselves, can they Astral Project, is there any such case?  Usually all ppl who can see hv idea of how world appears, blind genrally dnt hv, so how can there mind create, i mean conciously any PROJECTION?

Winning is not victory, but quitting is defeat.  Its believing and doing things properly and according to ur aim, remember, aim is the most important thing.  I am not doing is since more than a week, but I trust myself and over this stuff.  , brother keep it up.  SUCCESS DOESN'T COME WITH TIME, BUT WITH PERFECT PRACTICE AND DETERMINATION. and lastly,  PATH OF SUCCESS IS THE DIFFICULT THAN ALL OTHERS, THIS IS HOW U RECOGNIZE WHICH ONE IS PATH OF SUCCESS.

brother, if u quit, i think it will be ur biggest mistake, and BRO, i really try it daily for about 2 hours, and i believe one day i will get success, qutting is defeat, n remember, success is not winning or victory, trying beyond imagination is victory.

Hello, I have been trying OOBE and ASTRAL frm about 5 days,  
Below is wat i really hv done in these five dayz,

1).  I read lot about OOBE and ASTRAL and tried it myself for about an hour.   ( total time spent - 2 1/1 hours )

2).  Again I read lot about this topic, this time read about binural waves,  but didnt exactly try it, again i tried it myself for about 1 1/2 hours wid no success. ( total time spent about - 4 hours )

3).  Now, i downloaded some binural files, tried them, wid no success four about 1/2 hours coz of exam. ( total time spent - 1 hours )

4).  This time, i downloaded sm more files, n used one named Astral.mp3 seriously, after about 25 minutes, i felt vibrations on my forehead and then face and a bit on torso.  I could see blackness in front of eyes with figures smudgy figures movin all around and listening capacity of me started reducing with time.  When i tried for OOBE, i came to conciouness and vibration almost reduced to nil.  I again tried it, again same problem occoured. ( total time spent - 5 hours )

5).  Now, I tried it again, wid same prob. no success


   Please anyone help me, when i m using that sound, I can try feeling vibrations, when i try, i get goin into sleep, and when i think, ohh, m sleeping, i just come to full conciousness and vibrations stop n could hear everything.

   What should I do next, I am very desprate to get into OOBE n astral, really very desprate, i try it every night since last 5 nights! .      :question:
