Umm, sparks... Well, I see them almost all the time. Some say, that I am having medical problems with my eyes; nevertheless, I do not consider seeing life itself being a medical problem. 
Well, and the orbs - there are beings (or just denser energy formations in other cases) around us, and LOTS of them. Congrats on seeing them, and good luck in encountering the good ones!

Dear AP friends,

I wanted to turn your attention to a phenomenon many I know have encountered with in the last few days, and simultaneously get you opinion of it.

Before a month or so I got a sudden feeling that something big is going to happen, and this feeling stayed with me all the time. Two days ago, I suddenly almost collapsed with powerful energy surges - there were absolutely no pre-sensations. Incredible heat was running through my body, and, at moments, I really felt as if I was breathing fire. I have not checked this yet, but, as far as I felt, the temperature of my physical body was also very high. All my chakras burst open very widely, and I could almost hear them buzzing, and energy whirpools spinning at incredible speed. I also saw lights around me, as if flashes of lightning, and had a "feeling of universe", unity with life. This experience lasted from 6 PM till 4 AM, with various degrees of intensity.
The same thing repeated after 16 hours, but even stronger.
Now, less than 12 hours passed, and I feel it starting again. (new symptoms, sudden muscle twitching)
During these days, I have changed my daily life without any apparent reason - I have almost stopped eating (and never feel hunger or weakness), wake up at very early hours (this is highly uncharacteristic for me), and more.
Of course, some may say that this might be just a seizure of some kind, a nervous attack; however, as I said before, others have started experiencing this, too. A very good friend of mine has the same sensations as I do, only a bit milder (interestingly, our surges start at the same time), two other friends experience the heat, sometimes headaches and pressure on chakras, others report increased interest in spirituality, meditation (though it wasn't characteristic for them before), increased intuition, and another girl suddenly started vomiting and lost consciousness, although she is perfectly healthy.

At this point, I have gained interest of what others have been feeling in the previous days. Any new sensations? Uncharacteristic behavior? Just opinions? I am really looking forwards to see your thoughts.

Alaskans, try this in streets. I did, and boy it was fun! I didn't bump into anyone; however, any time someone went by me (probably thinking "hey, a new freak in the town!"), I felt almost hit by foreign energies and had to stop to regain sense of space.

In addition to the salt, you can also get a blessed candle from a local church, light it and walk with it from corner to corner, drawing a cross before it and saying "in the name of God, the Son and the Holy Ghost". During the procedure the flame may produce black flames, this means you have to repeat going from corner to corner until any dark fumes disappear and the flame becomes tall and light. Also, all the windows and doors should be kept open, so that the entities (if any) may exit. - I know this sounds HIGHLY Christian (in case you're not too fond of religious stuff), but this small ritual really works, at least, for me.

BWG presets may be helpful in reaching trance state, but that varies from person to person, and it is very rare (hug me if I'm wrong) that they actually induce AP. Basically, BWG is just a tool, all the work still has to be done by yourself.

The same with me, dogs really have a great liking in me. What is interesting, most cats don't like me, except for one individual, who comes to me while being agressive towards others.
An interesting thing - yesterday I stayed at a friends house, and, while I was meditating, his cat (not the friendly one) came to me, sat in front of my chair and started staring at me with large eyes - I wonder, what did she see?..

You shouldn't mess with enemies in any way, you should forgive them. Revenge will not resolve your problems.
Besides, I don't think that messing around with the physical in the astral is the easiest thing to do, if not impossible.
