Hi,
I had a 'dream' last night. I could do what I wanted. Like, if I wanted to walk forwards, i'd walk forwards. Here is the dream of that I can remember.

I was in a big hall(and I mean BIG), and for some reason there were ropes hanging from the ceiling. There were about 50 or more of them and they fomed a square. There was also a stage with wooden flooring. It was dusty and dark brown. I also had two of my friends with me. One of them said "whoa..." and then I wanted to swing on the ropes(as you do...). I said "Lets go swing on the ropes!". I said this from my own brain. I cant really explain it. It was sort of like my phsical body saying it. We all flew up to the ropes and started to swing from one to another. One comical thing that was funny was that one of my friends swung hard enough to make the full rope rest on the ceiling. He was at the middle of the rope so he went "BONG!" and slid down and off the rope to land on the floor. This was done like Dragonball Z.
I then suggested we have a race(as you do...). We all grabbed a starting rope and shouted "GO!!!". I was in the lead at first then my friend overtook me. I cheated and flew to the stage. "I won" I shouted.
We then went onto the balcony. It was nighttime and everything was lit up. It was a bit like London. After we talked for a bit on the balcany(cant remember what we were talking about), a heavy wind was pulling us all upwards. It was like a vaccumm. We couldnt hold on and got sucked up.

The next thing I knew, I was awake, with my whole body paralised.

Could this have been a real-time OBE or a Lucid dream?

Hi,
I now have about 20 big spots all over my face as I am in puberty. It has now got to the point when they wont go away, I use specialist spot stuff and even that doesnt work. I am now starting to get bullied and laughed at.

Hi,
I set my clock to go off for 7:15 am so it would wake me up and I could try to have a lucid dream. The next morning, it woke me up at 7:15 and I fell asleep with my mind awake. Then, after that, nothing happened.

Can someone please tell me what I did wrong?

Hi,
Since about 5 days ago, I have been getting these electicity like feelings in my right-hand middle finger. As soon as I focus on them, the feeling gets stronger. When I touch it, it goes and when I take my finger off it, it comes back again. I get these about every 5 minutes now.
While writing this, Ive have 2 more.
Is it to do with energy?

Hi,
I had my second attempt for an OBE earlier today.
I done the Chakra opening thingy and then I tensed and relaxed 5 times in a row. I lay down on my bed with my eyes half closed. I then started the ROPE technique as Robert Bruce suggested and my legs started to get all heavy.
Pretty soon my whole body felt REALLY heavy and after that, I went paralised all over my body. I heard a high pitched continuous bleep in my ear and my legs started to vibrate.
I lay there, doing the rope technique for ten minutes and nothing else furthermore happening.

My mind got occasionaly distracted while doing ROPE so I think that is the cause. The thing that bothers me, is that just my legs were vibrating and not my whole body. Is this normal at the early stages?

Im going to attempt it again later tonight.

Is it best to close your eyes or open them?

How many tries does it take to have an OBE?

How do you know that you are in OBE form? Does your vision switch over to your astral body?

Hi,
I read a post on a Ki forum somewhere and he claimed he could teleport. I tried this method out sitting cross legged on my bed. Instead of putting 1 finger of my hand on my third-eye, i put both fingers of both hands on it. I created a mini Ki ball on each finger and fused them together as instructed. I then put the ball in my third eye and visualized my whole body turning to blue energy, as instructed.
Then what happened next was wierd. Everything in my sight went blue and soon bright blue energy was totally blocking out my sight. I tried to teleport downstairs to my mum to friek her out http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_evil.gif" border=0> but nothing hapened. The blue vision had gone and could see perfectly clear. I found it hard to sit back up for some reason. Like a tonne of weight was resting on my chest. I eventually got up. When I did, my whole body shivered and tensed up without me doing anything.

Can anyone tell me what this was?

[Step 1]

Hi,
I have just made my first Ki ball and I want to tell everyone how to make one.

Step 1
First, you do the grounding technique and instead of putting the energy back out of your body, direct it to the middle of your waistline. This is your ten-tien(?), it stores ki energy. I think a female's ten-tien is slightly near the back.
Step 2
Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart.
Step 3
Breath in through your nose for 3-4 seconds and out through your mouth for 3-4 seconds. You have to do this all the way through. When breathing out through your mouth you have to put your tongue on the top two teeth.
Step 4
Then cup your hands like you are holding a tennis ball, an upside down triangle shape or one hand horizontal and one vertical(thumbs touching).
Step 5
You then have to visualize a sort of river of energy at a slow speed going out of your ten-tien, up your belly, up your chest and then splitting at the top of your chest so there is an equal amount of energy flowing to both arms. Then it goes down both your arms, and stops in your hands. When you feel you have enough energy there you can stop the 'river' of energy.
Step 6
You then have to visualize a blue/white globe appearing in your hands. The more senses you use for this the better. When they start to vibrate frantically, stop the globe increasing.
Step 7
To compact it to make it solid, you have to think the thoughts 'solid'.
Step 8
To see the fuzz, you need to stare at it and visualize microscopic blue/white lights buzzing around in the shape of a globe. Then, stop visualizing and either use

• Auric Vision


• Concentrate hard into the globe and after a few minutes you will see the fuzz

If you managed all of this, Congratulations!!! You have made a ki ball!!
Ki balls are much stronger than psi balls as they can float around the room and be used in techniques if dense enough.

I have just heard about Ki balls and how brilliant they are so i done some reasearch. I found an ace site. It contains how to make them and make objects with Ki energy, how to fly, how to punch and kick as fast as anything, how to raise your power level and how to fire Ki balls. Ki balls are solid energy which you can see and they do damage(can kill someone so dont try it on people).

Ki balls are way better than psi balls as they can be seen by other people and are more solid. They are easier to do, i think anyway.

I was reading the 'Magnetic field in my hands' topic and i followed the link to making psi balls.
I read the article and had a go at making one.

I used the earth as energy source, imagined a river of energy flowing out of the core into me, I could then feel a tingle in my feet going up my legs. I then tried to focus the energy into my hands by visualizing a white ball but i could not feel anything in my hands.

Can anyone explain this?
What other methods do you lot use?

I was trying to do the sole work in N.E.W a few hours ago but i couldnt feel no intense pain at all.
The only part I could feel tingling was the oval shape below the toe joints and that was only a tingelised pressure.

A few minutes ago i was listening to linkin park-with you off reanimation album while doing N.E.W and I could feel the sensations straight away! It normally takes me about 2 seconds!!!
I then tried another few songs and i found out that different types of songs help your energy to flow. Im not that sure why this is but it works.

Rap music - Rythem of flow
Rock music - energetic
Classical - slow and steady
Hard rock - jolt of energy

and maybe some more types will affect the energy.

I was round my mates house the other day playing on the computer. We was going to play on GTA3  but he said he wanted to show me a games website. I said i didnt want to see it but he carried on. I was thinking in my head that i didnt want to see it. I sighed and then the page suddenly stopped loading when it was displaying the graphics. Then no links worked at all. We went on a different websiite and it was the same there.
When i went home he went on it again and it worked perfectly.
Do you think it is possible that i made this happen?

When I am trying to visualize white energy flowing upwards through a joint, It turns to black energy going down. I try to  visualize white, pure energy but it keeps changing back. I dont know whether its the rooms energy, My energy, or my brain playing tricks on me.
I have done the white globe energy thing where it scatters across the room. It helps a bit but it still carries on?

When I was seeing auras yesterday, I discovered a new energy transfer technique.
What happens is that you put an amount of energy into a certain part of your body to make it more powerful. It works for me.
You have to relax, clear your mind and shift your bodily awareness too the part you wish to transfer energy to. Then you focus on that part in your mind and eventually I felt a tingiling sensation. I felt like I could carry 4 sledgehammers in 1 arm!!! Anyway, I pushed my sister just to try it out and she went flying!!!!!!! I hope someone can use this technique because I find it very useful. Im not sure you can heal with it because I havent got healing powers but a person who has can try it out if they want.
Oh yeah, It lasts only for a short time. And if you transfer too much energy you can feel drowsey so dont overdo it, ok?

I have read the training guide for auras and can see coloured objects auras(I think). I am concerned wether they are auras or after images.
When I see the aura it sort of appeas anti-clockwise around the object and then it gets a bit wider. Is this normal?

Another question is,
How long does it take to see the ethric aura around a human? I am training around 15 minutes a day and sometimes more.

Wanna hear my experience? No? Well you are anyway:

Sister- She was ok when I told her, but now she says to my parents "He thinks he can do energy stuff, mom!". And I am not exacly the most sane person that my parents know...

Friends- One of them is a spiritualist way before I knew about this, so he accepted it easily. My best friend accepted it easily too. My other friend was ok when I told him, then he wanted proof. So I showed him, then he believed fully.

Other people- One of my friends told some other people about it, and now they dont believe it, even though I have showed them. They spread it round the school, so everyone was saying "Show us ya ball of mist!". lol. So I did. They believed it too. So now im known as "The safe one". lol.
