I don't see this as a meaningful way to communicate with Spirits,
I would much rather prefer to practice things such as Automatic Writing.

That sounds interesting, care to explain how one would go about conducting Automatic Writing. And how is that different from the Ouija Board? Any info would be greatly appreciated. thx

When I was a teenager I played around with a ouija board a lot. It was the highlight of many weekends with results 90% of the time. But the information obtained was junk. I've heard that things like ouija tend to attract lower-astral entities which is why it's rare to have a meaningful account.

Towards the end of those days it did crazy things like "666", saying people I knew were going to die & blowing out candles, so I eventually threw it in a dumpster.

It's probably not something to mess around with if you're unsure of who/what you're communicating with.

I bought a book on how to use it, so I'll wait until I finish that book. About it giving junk info, well I don't know about that, since I've read alot of folks who have had alot of good contacts. I'm joining you today and will do my weekly 1 day fast water only. I don't know the exact reasons, but from what I have heard water fasting is more powerful because you completely eliminate ANY food intake. Juice, in a way is food...and body threats it like food....although it's liquid 
One of the reasons of doing fasts is getting rid of unnecesary programs like "I have to eat in order to live, otherwise I'll die|. to this program many mini programs are hooked up (I have to..i must...)so when you weaken the main eating one...the rest dissapears.
As for your sore throat have you tried the grape seed extract? we have it in europe and it's called Citrosept. it's a natural antibiotic, awfully bitter, but when you drink it with melisse you can't feel any taste and it does wonders fast!

I wonder if 1 week of water fast is equivalent of 1 month of juice fast? Water fasting is actually my next goal, but I won't do it right after. Probably going to wait about 6 months, since I just finish cleansing.

I can't seem to find that Citrosept you mention on ebay. Let me try to google it. Lemon seems to work well, due to the acid in lemons. It cleanse and clean out all the bacteria.

I've heard of monks meditating for 30 days without food and water, wonder whether its true or not. Although I think its highly possible, since monks can go to even higher levels of meditation than us.

I have done a 30 day fast twice, once with fruit and once with water only.  Both were extremely beneficial for body/mind and spirit.  I guess the main thing I'd say is that after a week you might start getting light headed now and then, and you may go through spells where you feel tired more than usual.  The main thing is to listen to your body and pace yourself.  Rest when you need to.  Unless you feel led to go on beyond 30 days, it might be wise to give your bod a break and ease back into a healthful diet for a few weeks. Your body still needs certain nutriants to stay in balance.

I usually do a water and/or juice fast one day a week.  That has been one of the most beneficial lifestyle changes I've made.  Good luck, DH

Is there any major difference in water and juice fasting? In terms of toxic cleanse, feeling (lightness, cravings etc), and health benefits? Any major or minor differences that you experience with both, that you would like to share, is greatly welcome.

I felt very tired the first 3 days of fasting. I noticed that I didn't want to get up in the morning, even though I had self program myself to wake up at 5am (without alarm clock). Anyway, thx for replying, I will wait patiently for your next insightful knowledge.

Ah the wonders of a detox! Sounds great, but you do know that 30 days is quite a lot don't you?... I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.
Before I did my "big" detox, I'd fast every monday for like 5 months. Worked very well and prepared me mostly mentally. The longest detox I did was 8 days on water only. I felt superb, but because I was doing it in the city (don't ever fast in the city...the temptations are not constructive) I had to quit it.
I was going through a lot of mental cleansing..old stuff, energy shfts, hipersensitivity and such...so be sure you stay in an healthy enviroment and positive people. I'd say quitting job for that time is would be the best option. You can get quite spaced out by the 7th day.
Also make sure that the juices you drink are not the regular semi natural supermarket junkies, but real organic stuff. In New Zeland they have this great juice that is made without killing the enzymes. It's called "love juice". I love the name

Hannah, thanks for the tips and short story, it surely was educational. I'm on my 7th day (1st week), I should be feeling great, I don't feel hungry (only occasional cravings for panda express, kfc, sweets etc...) other than that I feel great.

Sadly though, both of my sister are really sick, and everytime they cough, they don't close their mouth... Therefore getting most of the family sick. These past few days have been painful due to the fever and intense sore throat (I can hardly swallow without pain). I did recover by meditation, and was able to subdue the fever and sore throat. But the sore throat seems to keep coming back, more intense everytime. Luckily I decided to drink lemonaid. And it really help a lot, I now can swallow without the feeling of dying.

The first few days of my fasting, I notice my body detoxing. The bumps on my back had seem to slowly deplete itself. And now on my 7th day, my face looks a lot better. The redness in my acne seems to lighten up, and the keloid scar seems to be lightening up too. My acne and keloid are not as worse as you might find on goggle. I only have a few acne, but they persist on staying on my face, and the same goes for the keloid. It's amazing what you body can accomplish without medication.

30days juice fasting might be too much for a beginner, who does not know how to self-hypnotise themselves. But for me it seems pretty normal, I am experiencing the same effect as you, with the heighten sensitivity.

Also a gain in energy work, and a better aura/energy sight before the fever/sore throat.

Thx for reading and replying, I greatly appreciate your time and effort in telling your part of the story. I will keep posting as the weeks goes by, as of any changes noticeable.

I knew exactly what you did before I even read your second post.

To put it simply.  You gather energy in your hands and then putting them to your forhead, you are now connected with the energy there.  When you seperate your hands from your head, you are putting distance from the two energy points and now it has to go some where.

I did a different technique and instead gathered the energy and then pulled from the third eye by pulling that gathered energy.

It worked like a charm and after opening my eyes I saw many distortions in reality.  Lots of energy gathered in one spot basicly.  I knew what its was too.  Two spirits that hang around me, it was good to 'see' them finally.

I am going to keep doing this until I can overlay the astral image with my physical.

Oh, it might also cause a little bit of a head rush.  I need to lie down.

Hi Van-Stolin! I have to say, that is pretty neat. How long did it take you to open it, and does it stay open all the time? Are you able to control it, by opening and closing at will? I wonder if it is possible to view high levels of the asttral plane with third eye, that would really be interesting. Are you also able to aquire clairvoyance?

I'm starting a 30day juice fasting in hopes that it will cleanse my body, and allow me to manipulate more energy. Also I've read alot of good review on juice fasting, stating that, folks who fast, observed dramatic changes in their illness/disease etc.

One guy who read the juice man's book, and decided to try it, cleared his acne in 1 year. However, he did not fast, he only juiced for the fruit and veggie benefits.

I am now on my 3 1/2 day, and I feel great, except for the fact that I havn't been sleeping to well. Due to the fact that I work on my energy too much, and too late. It happens when you observe  great progress, but I do not feel drain, and with a cup of fruits/veggie mixed, can boost energy. Anyway, I'll keep posting my results on juice fasting, in light of demystifying the fact that people think its very difficult to fast, not to mention doing it for 30-60 days.

I might consider doing it for another 30 days, but I'll have to wait and see if I see any negative effect of fasting too long. And what benefits the fasting will bring, how dramatic the cleanse work, and how good it will heal any illness I may have.

Anyone doing the same, and has any suggestoin/tips, please provide your experience. I will be happy to discuss this further, and to share story's and views on fasting. Thx for reading.

Two days ago, I was meditating to calm myself. After the body/mind has calmed down, I then started to do enegy work. As I am doing this, I notice there is a luminous blue band (usually white) around both my hands. I was so amazed that I continue to do it, and sure enough its there.

Last night I had another break through, although I have to confirm this again, by blocking all light coming in my room. I was doing the usual routine, as I saw my blue band of aura, and then decided to try something else. I decided to try to project/flare my psi/energy ball. Repeating (in mind) to light up my energy so it could be visible 100 times brighter, and more easily detectable with my physical/third eye. I also repeatedly said spinning 50,000 cycle per sec. And sure enough they started to light up, at first I wasn't sure if I was seeing it. Until it started to light up my celling a bit, not that bright, but noticeable.

I'm on a 30day juice fasting, and I'm on my 3 1/2 day. Not sure if that was the reason I had these break through, although meditation has been more strong lately. I very excited to see how the body reacts to a more clean system. Juice fasting is not as hard as I heard it was, possible because I'm use to meditating, and as you know: meditation is the key to everything. I will continue the fasting story on a different topic and update this and that one as I see my progress.

Has anyone fasting on this forum experience anything similar to mines? If so, please give any info on your experience in fasting and what benefits you have notice. Or if you experience something like me, with the energy and aura work. Any tips and suggestion is always welcome, thx for reading.

P.S. I forgot to add the experience with my palm chakra. Well I was doing the usual meditation, and I tried to open my palm chakra. But this time, I imagine a bigger orb around my palm, 5 inch bigger than my hand. But this time I did another thing that is different, I spoke (in mind) to focus yin/yang polarity, and I feel a great vibration in both the palm. It was so strong, that I was afraid I might start to rip or burn my hands off. Woohoo, that was intense! I was also trying to increase the energy to 200 degree, although was unable to do so. I'm not sure, but it must be that it takes some time to build up to that temperature, and it might take some more practice to notice that amount of energy manipulation. Anyway, any thoughts on any part of this is greatly appreciated.

P.P.S. Oh yah, I also forgot to mention (again) that when I do energy work on psi/chi ball, my vision becomes a blurr and darken. Does anyone know why this happens? My guess is that the energy is blocking my vision, but I thought it was invisible? This is really weird.

if you can feel the energy in both of your hands, separate them and you can feel the energy get bigger yet weaker. if you put them close to each other you might feel the energy get smaller but stronger (at least i do). I took that technique with my forehead and hands; i basically pretended my forehead was the other hands and did the same thing. you do not imagine, you feel.

So what are you trying to do? Open the Third Eye to gain clairvoyance? Any improvements in the ability to see auras, energy, or other spiritual stuff?

I was actually doing something similar to this, I was trying to use the energy to cleanse the Pineal, and pituitary gland. As I read, they are the reason people can see aura? And they become very clogged by all the toxic from the stuff we eat/drink/shower with.

I don't understand the comparison between the photos. It is two different sellers and two different boxes. Parker Brothers has made the things since 1966, there were a couple others before they bought it. Not all the boxes over that period of time were the same. The one that is backwards can be done with a simple digital flip that only takes 30 seconds. I like a good mystery as much as anyone, but I just don't see one here.

It seems like your right with the design, but that still does not prove that it was not altered by some entity. Anyhow, take it as you will, I only intended to show you what I found. If it doesn't interest you, then read another post. If it does interest you, or you have some prior experience with the Ouija Board, then I'll gladly hear your story. And if you have any tips/protection for using them, please feel free to type away.

Ok Sarah, I will take that word "all," back if it somehow offened you or others. When I said it, I was refering to all the folks who have delt with the Ouija Board, I will try to be more specific next time.  But if I'm not mistaken, most of the post/article I read about Ouija Board, states something like opening up the window for spirits to cross over, if they aren't already here. And that sounds like opening to other dimension to me. Word it however you will, they all mean pretty much the same.

The seller states that the box is correct, but the picture shows everything reversed. I think they are trying to claim that the picture came out backwards for unknown reasons. So what you received would be the average board and you would not be able to verify the claim.

You can verify it by using it. If there is alot of paranormal happening, with objects flying around in your house. Then for certain it is possess by many evil spirits? Possibly possess by many witchcraft, as she said there was alot of witchcraft materials where she found the board.

The hands are also mirror reversed, they are not different from any other board.

First off, the words are backward, I don't know what you've been smoking on. They are backwards and they are upwritght. Secondly, the hands are different!!! The one that hasn't been altered by spirits are in blue sleeves, and the one that has, are in black, and the left hand is lifted. The picture that isn't altered, both hands are not lifted. I still wonder Mydra, why are you in this forum, if you are assuming that the seller is doing something fishy. The Folks who works with Ouija Board confirms that they open the window/portal/dimension for the spirits to cross over. So its highly unlikely that they are doing it with photo shop or any other digital program.

And another thing Mydra, they sold it for $26 bucks, so roughly a few more bucks than the others, not much for all that digital work. But anyhow, believe what you will.

I though magus of java was an excellant book fiction or non-fiction. I got the second one on practicing it and the information was very basic and proved to be a little dull. So basically if you already know your basics in meditation and the standard exercises you really dont need anything from the book. and if you wished to go beyond the second book and do what was mentiooned to be dangerous in the first book you would have to go out on a limb and try a couple things. I myself when I first tried to join the two energies of the spiritual and then the physical (yin and yang) got a horrible burning sensation and I became worried I could ruin this permanently for myself so I had to let a lot of the energy gathered over a period of months and months of training out of my body and the pain slowy went away. Now I am doing a more gradual process of this and it seems to work better than everything all at once but in truth I am no expert so whether or not I am doing it right is another, serious question to ask yourself.

GANAMOHA, any book you could recommend me that work energy to this extreme? I read your other reply for Nei Kung book review, you didn't seem to post a title. I'll keep you updated on the Mantak Chia, he wrote alot of books, so I'm assuming its good. Also, maybe you could give me some pointer? How do you bend spoons, and the rolling pencile.

You comment on healing by transfering the pain, wouldn't that be a bit of a restriction, because you would have to always cleanse yourself afterwards. Reiki style healing is using universal energy, therefore you nether get hurt or tranfer pain/illness, or even get depleted of energy.

Any tip is always appreciated, I just had a break through tonight, I can see my energy taking form a bit. I can also see the aura around my hands. I've always seen the white band of aura around my hands, but now I see a band of blue. Also when you stand behind a light, you can actually see two shadows, or a bigger body. Isn't that aura from light shining at you? I was pretty amazed, and excited at the same time. Another level up for me, I'm closer to healing my family. They won't let me heal them, cause they think I'm incompetent, and they think it takes decades to learn this stuff. Or they think only special people can do this... This is why I need to show them that I can manipulate energy by setting something on fire.

Whether you're joking or not, I still don't think she is doing it. Its not like she selling it at a high price, So I don't see what reason she has. wellto answer one of your questions a large percentage of people here can do very little if nothing at all. however thats not to say that there arent some very gifted people here as well. well myself personnally I have been doing a mixture of tai chi among other things to keep myself balanced and energized. about the things I can do.....hmm well some minor telekinetic stuff roll pencils, bend forks(without force) , ect....and I can do other things as well but as I have found at least for my self my own natural ability sways from day to day so what I can and cant do changes. I dont have any goals inparticular because usually If I do anything besides energy work I'll get nasty headaches like after I mess with the weather (which I dont suggest doing). oh and I forgot to say I have already studied in reiki healing and I am quite good at it if I do say so but usually I found the most effective way would be pain transfere. oh and about the two masters  on there I HIGHLY doubt there is such a person on this forum although I could be wrong but I would say those people are so rare you would be lucky to ever meet someone like that.
and it is unfortunate to say that occasionally you recieve either no replies for a long time or a couple fluffly posts. but the moderators here are pretty good about getting around to answer a majority of the posts here.

Are you familiar with Nei Kung? I read a bit about it being the more intense of internal energy work. Taoist Immortal Alchemy of some sort. Wonder why they put Immortal and alchemy behind it? Any book or article you might also recommend me for Nei Kung as well. I download some of my stuff on demonoid.com, and their from Mantak Chia. Just finish downloading them, havn't been able to check them out yet, although I don't see anywhere in there mentioning electric work. I saw title label " energy heat work."

The Magus of Java: Teachings of an Authentic Taoist Immortal by Kosta Danaos, tells the eye witness of the amazing skill of John Chang, the master who can control fire and electric, levitate, and also cut things with his energy. Kosta Danaos apparently saw the documentary of John Chang called, "Ring of Fire," for some reason I can't find the dvd or video torrent for that except for the short clip I posted. And decided to go to Java, an island somewhere around China. Anyhow, he was able to convince John to train him, and wrote a few books, although ithis book only include 4 levels of training. There are total of 72 levels, Master John said that it would be way too dangerous to practice without a mentor/teacher. But still, most of the stuff we are doing here are dangerous as well, a person who can not wield a sword, of course can hurt himself, rather than help himself and others.

Hi Volcumstone, how was the experience with Psychedelic drugs? I'm planning on getting some for last results. How long have you been taking it, and what other types of Psychedelic drugs have you been using? Have you been able to astral project after taking them, and meditating? You could actually plant some legal drugs, and just harvest them, but they require more attention.

You would like to have other peoples thoughts and feelings constantly in your head, or to have people shy away from you because they are afraid you will know their secrets?

I would suggest you put more thought into it before opening that door. Think about what you would do with it and the impact it would really have on your life. It is easy to dream of all the neat things you could do with it, but speaking from experience, it changes they way you see others, and the way they see you.

It isn't as bad as you label it. If you can harness the power, just learn how to control it. Just like everything else we're trying to do here, it all ends in control. Whether its healing, astral project, ouija board, magick, internal work etc.. Everything that we do on this forum can be dangerous, thats why we have forums to ask questions. Its very limiting when you think of all the negative. Like learning to astral project, if you keep thinking of negs/demons/evil entities etc, you will definately see one. Whether its imaginary, or real, it will 99.9% of the time  manifest. Anyway, just my thoughts, do as you will.

If you look at the photos on this listing, and another photo of another listing, for some reason its totally different. Its very weird, the word is backwards but it is upright. And the hands are totally of different hands. I've check alot of posting, and the boards with this photo all look alike. They either have different photo or they have the two hands. But this one is totally different. I really doubt the seller would waste his/her time trying to edit the photo to appear like that.

Agreed. But I also think it is difficult to convince someone face-to-face if they don't want to believe. I don't discuss any topic on this forum with anyone else in my life barring one person. Simply because most of the people I know are not open or ready for this type of information. I will sometimes drop hints or make comments hedging in this direction, but that's all I do. Basically leave a trail and see if anyone is interested enough to pick up the scent, so to speak. I would expect people who go to you for healing are more open-minded however. They may not be as ready to accept some of the energy feats shown in the videos, but it doesn't matter as long as they believe that they are being helped/healed with your assistance.

In this area, when trying to open someones mind to the posibility, I normally give them some form of proof. And if that still didn't work, I would just leave it. Because if you think about it, and if you tell them something, without demonstrating it, 99% of the time, they will just brush it off as a joke of some sort. I'm interested at how you normally approach your friends and family? Maybe I can learn from your experience. Have you ever been able to convince someone of what you are doing? And how so?

Again, I was not trying to criticize your attempts for feedback. I was simply throwing out some possibilities for you to consider. Sorry for the confusion.

No worries, I am here to learn, if you have something of value, please share with all of us. The key to advancement is to share what we've learned with others. People who are greedy, and who keeps everything to themselves, in the end, they end up shorter than what they thought they'd might be.

As for finding people to do this stuff -- I'm of the frame of mind that 'those that talk can't do and those that do don't talk.' Meaning anytime anyone starts going on about what they have done or experienced, I start turning the volume down really low, so to speak. It has been my experience that most people with these abilities don't advertise or announce them. Again, this is my perception only.

Novice, Not sure who you are replying to, but I respect your point of view, however I think their is an error in your way of thinking. First off, there are alot of folks who can do this, and the nice ones will teach you how they did it. Isn't that the point of a forum/community in the first place? Exchanged techniques, knowledge, experiences, and progress from there. Make friends, share thoughts and idea etc.. I'm sure there are a lot of fake people out there, but you have to give people the benefit of a doubt, and if their technique work for 1 out of 30,000 members, then it works right? I for one can heal, and am working on my energy, I see a good progress in my effort, as I feel my palms heating up. Maybe when I can actually light objects up, I will post on youtube. And yes, I will get a good camcorder, I hate those who use crappy cams from phone.

I personally don't reply to posts asking if anyone has ever done.... whatever. My first thought in response is "why do you want to know?"

Why anyone that is new to a certain technique/energy/aura questions would want to know, is because of a few reason, 1) To confirm, 2) To learn, 3) To share, 4) To expand our understanding, 5) To see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing. Many more reasons, these area a few to just give you an idea.

In this post, you say you completely believe stuff like this is possible, but yet seem completely surprised at seeing it on video -- although the surprise could be in the fact that it was caught on video. Regardless, it sounds to me like you are saying one thing but still looking for proof yourself. People post a lot of these type of posts in the OBE and AP section as well. To me, having someone else describe what they experienced doesn't validate it for you at all. If so, actually 'seeing' this done, as in these videos, would have satisfied your doubts. I think the only way you will ever truly know is to keep working on it yourself until you are able to do things that make you know what is possible and not just believe it! 

Again, have no clue who you talking about, as I never said I did not believe. Nor did anyone for all I know. First off, I post this video to show beginners that this is possible, and also to encourage them to persist. Actually we are limitless being. If the mind can conceive, the thoughts will manifest in the physical relm.

All I'm trying to do is be able to manipulate my energy in order for my patients to feel/see that it is real. Remember, its all in the mind, if the mind does not believe it, it will create some kind of blockage, whether strong or weak. It will be 100% more effective, if you could show the ones your healing, right in front of their eyes. After getting into AP,Psychic, OOBE, Magic, it is impossible for me not to believe. I am not one of those crazy skeptics, who don't believe even though you do it in front of them. They watch too much of those "fake magic trick," so they think everything is a trick. Thats fine with me, its pointless to try to convince someone over internet/forum.

In respect of your quote above, are you saying that those who are able to astral project are enlightened?

What I mean by that is, when we follow the path to spirituality, and are able to cross over to the astral plane. We are able to get a better grasp of who and what we are, and what our true purpose are. Gaining more spiritual knowledge etc.. is enlightenment is it not? Like Stookie said, gaining a "Relization" of external and internal being.

P.S. When we enter into the astral relm, we are able to look into our past life and analyze what we've learn, and with this ability we could further our physical goals even better. I was thinking of looking into a successful persons life and see if I can learn how to be more productive, organized etc.. The things we could do, are limitless.
