I feel compelled to meet such beings, as well as some of the other humanoid peaceful aliens. I was just curious if anyone has tried this before and been successful. I would be concerned however about violent aliens showing up in my dreams, but I do put a barrier up every night before bed using some mantras I found awhile ago on an astral site.

I was wondering, if it is possible to request a visit from one of these higher level beings like the Pleiadians. Could you call on such beings to show up, while in a dream state or during a projection and would they likely come?

I would like people to list some techniques I can try that will help me get to the astral plane from a dream. I was able to project from a dream about four times. Nothing much append these four times, I was just floating around my room. My old technique doesn't work anymore. While I was in a dream I would stare at an object and focus on that object and all the dream imagery would disappear and I was in the astral. Now that never works. I found it much easier to project from a dream, then I ever did trying to project while I'm awake.

Today and yesterday I dreamed that my chakras were opening up with the help of Shiva. I didn't see him, but felt his presence. I felt energy moving up my body in a linear pattern starting from where the root chakra is located, but when it got to my heart chakra I became afraid and woke up.

Maybe the strange frequencies will draw them into your room.

I have a sound program(Neuro-Programmer 2 Pro) and it lets you create different sound frequencies for various purposes. I was wondering, if there are any frequencies I can use and play through my speakers, that would ward off negative beings doing my sleeping hour, when I try to project.

Keep it simple. I've only Projected a few times and never really got anywhere, but I'm thinking you could make a sort linear game, where you meet an entity that describes to you ho to much around and maybe you can do certain missions.

Yes, periodically for a number of years. There are some things about it that are a bit different than many may believe.

First, it is almost always related to a state of sexual frustration--the tension seems to attract any number of willing participants. The more tension, the more willing (and the greater the number of) willing participants.

Second, it may be "romantic" in the sense of one person being psychically attracted to another, but this is rare--it is much more frequently a simple case of "energy imbalance" (as Monroe described in JOB). That is, there is a sexual tension that "attracts" another (compatible) partner, who "balances" the energy. Specifically, in many cases astral sex is a very pleasurable "balancing of energy" that is translated to the nearest equivalent in the physical form, which is sex.

Third, it may be "exclusive" in the sense that one person can focus so intensely on another that he or she is able to have shared astral sex with the other person, experienced as fully and pleasurably by the other as by the "instigator." I have encountered a number of people who were able to "interact" with others during astral sex almost as completely as if they were having physical sex. That is, for all practical purposes, the emotional, psychic, and physical stimulation, pleasure, and satisfaction is at least equivalent to physical sex, and in most cases, better.

The "how you do it" part is a bit more difficult. In essence, you want it to happen. That wanting creates a tension, or pressure, that attracts others. The more tension, the more attraction.

I am definitely not talking about dreaming, lucid or otherwise. Astral sex is interacting with another, while dream sex is just dreaming. They are totally different experiences, and if you have ever had astral sex, it is so much more intnese, and so much more pleasurable, that "dream sex" pales by comparison.

Very important consideration, just as with every other type of OOBE or psychic experience--external verification and validation is essential. If you perceive that you are having astral sex with someone you know, that validation should be easy. Validation may be more difficult if you don't know your partner(s), but it is no less essential. Specifically, if you are having astral sex with soomeone, it should not be a major problem to discover that persons name and location, for verification. If you cannot communicate well enough with your partner(s) well enough to discover such information, you might question whether or not you are actually having astral sex, rather than an erotic fantasy.

While all the talk of "soul touching" sounds very romantic, it is much more a simple case of energy balancing. Remember, the more tension, the more attraction. Sexual frustration is a deplorable (and totally unnecessary) state in the OOBE state.

Finally, is it necessary to be "out" of your body to have astral sex? Not at all. The tension will attract eager and willing partners every bit as strongly if you are "still in the physical."

What if you were interested in having astral sex with a higher level being instead of a person of the physical world, such as a Goddess or a being that only exists in a higher dimension? Call it strange, but one of my fantasies is to have sex with a higher level being. I have thoughts of beautiful alien women coming down to Earth to abduct me lol.

I haven't projected a lot and I am not great at it, but when this happens to me I treat my astral body like i treat my physical body. Take your astral hand and use it to push your astral eye lids open as if you were still in the physical world. It usually works for me.

Melov told me it was hell. I felt like I was in a more privilege part of Hell or a more privilege Hell, since the suffering was only feeling isolated from the world.

I had a dream this morning, that I burnt my hand(can't remember how) and I was teleported to Hell. Hell just looked like a castle and I was at the top of the castle just below the roof. Hell didn't even seem bad, it just seemed like an old boring place. There was this demon that appeared and told me the burn mark on my hand was his mark. Somehow I knew this mark gave me powers. He told me his name was Melov and that there were dogs, that could eat me. He disappeared. I then saw dogs and I showed them my mark and they became calm and sat. I then returned to Earth. I can't remember what happen when I was on Earth. After a short time I was back in Hell in the same spot. This time I saw a women and I told her I saw a demon named Melov and she was confused when I tried pronouncing his name. I then spelled his name for her and she became afraid and said we must leave. We begin to run up stairs to get to the roof. After this I wake up.

About 3 years ago I tried to AP and when I got close I heard an evil sounding laugh and saw a white glove. Does this mean anything? The laugh scared me and I quickly raised up.

If this law gets passed and I can not eat healthy or even take supplements to counteract msg attack I fear I will either A. Suffer massive brain damage and go into a common and latter die,  or B. Die. The other day I had an msg attack and it felt like my veins were going to explode. I had to take taurine to make it stop. Can anyone do anything anything at all? Talk to your guides or whatever you must do.

I have read about this in other places. My question to everyone is Can you see if you can stop it? See if maybe other beings can help. I am very sensitive to free gluten I can even pass out if I have something like campbells soup. If I can not eat organic foods and unprocessed food I fear for my life.

I once saw Mahakala (a wrathful form of Shiva) huh now that I think of it I have seen Shiva, but not in his peaceful form. Anyway he scared me more then I've ever been scared in my life. Latter on I prayed to Mahakala and felt very peaceful but I didn't see him but once. After the peaceful feeling I looked in the mirror and it felt like I was not my body and I was just watching a movie and was filled with extreme joy. When I did see Mahakala I wasn't sure if it was in the astral or physical. Maybe it was the realm in between. That was the only time I saw him and I only saw a silhouette of his face, but was filled with extreme fear. I think part of my ego died that day.

Maybe you saw a wrathful deity.

Shiva god of Destruction. Part of the Hindu Trinity. Brahma the creator, Vishnu the Preserver and Shiva the destroyer or Transformer.

Although I have not had any astral experiences with shiva(that I know of anyway) I do feel very connected with him. Has anyone had any astral or dream experiences with him?

When I was a kid (Can't remember the exact age) I had a dream, that I was in my room and I saw this white silhouette with bluish gray eyes. The eyes kind of ended in a sharp point on the sides. The silhouette kept picking me up and throwing me. I was very afraid. I tried hiding under the table I had, but he found me and kept throwing me. Could this have been an entity? I remember his arms and legs were very thick and broad and he looked like he might have been wearing a feather head dress.

I read that Jesus may have visited India, Egypt and Tibet during his teenage years. Maybe it's a sign telling you Christ and the pyramids are linked somehow. I also read he may have even studied the Vedas(ancient Hindu texts). Christ's teachings have a very eastern feel to them.

His face turned blue. I have no idea why I tried to eat his head. I hope he didn't take offense. He didn't even fight me when I tried it, he was very strong. I think for some reason I wanted to absorb his energy. Come to think of it whenever I see that shade of blue that was on his face I think of Blue Shiva. I really hope I didn't offend him. Maybe he wanted me to try to eat his head. He kind of bowed his head. When I say eat I mean more like sucking the energy into me.

I am not Hindu. I was Buddhist for a short time(about 2 years) and during that time I kept seeing Shiva appear on web pages and on tv. I would just see and read his name everywhere. Then I started to look into Hinduism a little bit and started reading a little about Shiva. I do Shiva mantras a lot now. I don't know what it is that draws me too him so much, but the connection is definitely there. I currently have no religion, I just pray to whatever being I want to at the time.

What is the realm called, isn't it called something records? It's been awhile since I tried to AP.

I had a dream today, that I was upset about missing this concert(which I really am because no one can take me) anyway in the dream I was talking to my dad about it. I looked out the window and noticed my house was close to the curb and I saw alot of people outside, including this women that I found attractive, but had her head shaved on the sides. After that my dad hugged me close. I don't have a very close relationship with my dad, but in the dream I was filled with strong love for him. He said in my hear "you think she's hot, don't you?" we both laughed. I looked out the window again and realized I was dreaming. I turned around and my dad grabbed me close. I knew he wasn't my dad at this point. He said, "The humans must know, who you are soon." and then he said "They must know your powers". Then I remember trying to eat his head for some reason. The dream faded to white and I woke up.
