I strongly disagree with Tom Campbell's theory about reincarnation and loved ones' spirits. We do not reincarnate ride away and plus time is irrelevant in the higher frequency realities. Our spirits exist in many places simultaneously. During APs I often meet my sister, who is alive. But I encounter her spirit, which is focused there. And when spirits are connected, they find one another just by thinking about each other. Very often she remembers our encounters in form of dreams. So, I have evidence that it was her, and not some data.
Also, I meet my father often. He passed away eight years ago and this was the most devastated time of my life. We have a strong connection and when I meet him, I feel such an incredible happiness, that I know it is him. No one can convince me other way. One life time of reincarnation may seem like a blink of an eye to the spirit. In the astral the journey continues. The evolution of spirits takes place everywhere. It is not just physical reality and heaven. It's not so black and white. And again, time is just an illusion here. I am surprised Tom does not take that into consideration before he forms a theory. You can't just say uncle Sam is not there anymore because he died and reincarnated 10 years ago and he is a different personality now. There is no such a thing as THEN and NOW.

Finally somebody post about this! I had a similar experience back when I was still a catholic with no knowledge of metaphysics.. I had a very deep love and affection to Jesus Christ and then it just happen, everything becomes soo blissful.. It lasted for a few months and I lost it after I had a sexual contact.. I would never forget those times, the ecstatic, euphoric and blissful feeling.. I think this is the kind of feeling that the people experiences during higher spiritual dimension projection or near-death experience..
I want that bliss to return but it just couldn't happen since my eyes had been open to metaphysics I just couldn't love Jesus deeply no more.. My faith is just gone

EVERYONE has a deep seeded belief of this kind about the full moon.  You're raised with the stories that strange things happen on the full moon.
You might not realize it, but the belief it there.

My first few spontaneous obe I wasn't even aware that it was full moon.. I only find it out after a couple of months when I review my journal that's when I noticed that it all happens when it's full moon

It is easier for me... In fact I often have spontaneous obe during full moon.. And I never had this belief in the first place I just started realizing this after a few consecutive months when I have spontaneous obe during full moon.. So I guess it has to do with the energy of the moon and not just because one believes in it

I hope that we will move from the information age to the spiritual age where loving and sharing are the main forces that rules our world.
That's the only thing we are here to learn

With all the darkness going on with the world right now... War and genocides, ISIS terrorist, beheadings of children and human rights violations and all the other sufferings out there it just makes me wonder... Are we on our own? Where are the "higher beings"? The so called "angelic" spirit guides and God or Gods and goddesses now? (Whatever your personal beleif is) it seems like the universe and those beings I have mentioned are apathetic to us... I know they are only there to guide but I think we are on the point where we need their intervention but it seems like it's not gonna happen.. Any thoughts?

Just need some advise.. How can u induce sleep paralysis.. All of my successful obe's involve sleep paralysis as if it's the gateway for obe.. All of my SP experience happened naturally though but I want to know how to induce it.. I tried many other techniques for obe but they poorly work

Im just curios.. What does our dead loved ones are doing in the astral or other higher dimensions? Do they have activities? Anything they have to accomplish there? Missions? Have anyone met their loved one during obe? If so could you share a detail?
