How do you explore more of the astral once you've reached the 3d blackness?

Hi Richard,

I was doing a quantum touch session on someone last night and after that I did some kundilini yoga.  Then I simply lied down, and I found myself viewing the 3d blackness.  Quantum touch requires a lot of energy work so you might start there.  I completely opened all my energy blockages and created a great flow for myself.  The yoga mostly helped with physical relaxation, a major factor in meditation. 

Now the real chalange is transforming the blackness into an out of body experience.

Except that you are not usually viewing an actually physical site.  You imagining something and it comes alive.  You are remotely viewing focus 2 of consciousness (according to Franks model of consciousness)

Yes phitau, it usually starts off as remote viewing and then evolves into a lucid, dream-like experience.
