Well so they say , doing energy work is good for boosting your energy but so is eating things(after all without food we die).
I just wanted to know if someone has a spesial diet they use while doing energywork or one they just use strictly in spesial periods.
So what do you think? Does what you eat have anything to do with energywork/raising?
Ill give you mine Diet:umm I am no veggie , but i dont drink milk or dairy products (or as little as i can) ,when im going for a healthy foodwise period i dont eat much potatoes (or much carbohydrates besides those natural in the things i do eat) wich is , fish , meat , salad and vegetables and fruit. And i stop eating before im full I wait a quarter if im very hungry after that ,then i eat a little more.
Seems like when the body feels you had a meal but not fill your belly to normal levels. it will after 10min-15min assume it just wasnt more to get and turn on the content feeling.
Its my own diet and for me pounds run off if im getting a bit overweight.(10kg one month WITH exersise(a daily 20 min walk ) ,about 5 if not).
Why i dont use it all the time? well i realy dont wanna loose all body fat(yupp guess its just me whos crazy[
]) and carbohydrates seems like a good way to stabilize(small gain) . And albeit on carbohydrates you dont feel as energized your stamina seems higher (you gotta eat several meals to keep activity up without carbohydrates in the long run as i guess the bodyfat is gonna run out if kept up without eating many times a day).
Eating fruit 10-15 min before every meal seems to give me a extra boost(eat it while i cook).
I instinctivly came up with it , while i had kundalini experiences ,my taste changed so it was what i wanted to eat(and when!). So i just been having it since as my diet for loosing weight and feeling extra energized for relative short periods(14days-a month) . Though i gotta admitt it doesnt taste so very sweet as it did back when i came up with it(LOL i was almost drooling everytime i made food then because of the smells).
