Hello!

The experiences I´ve have also seems to happen when I´m sleep-deprived and stressed. I can almost tell, when I´m goin to bed those nights when I´m extremely tired, that things are going to happen.

And as I´m still working at overcoming my fears, I have mixed feelings when going to bed at those occasions. I´m thinking: Ok, false awakening coming up... or: Sleep paralysis here we go.

I stayed up one night, 5 years ago, with the intention to go see my mother(in the astral). I managed to stay up til almost 6 in the morning. Let me tell ya people. I was tired with a capital t[].

I had just closed my eyes when *BOOOOM!* paralysis hit me like a ton of bricks... Then chaos... Then I just followed along whatever happened. I only tried to focus on going to visit my mother. Then all of a sudden I was outside som building where i saw some colorful doors.

Then the scenery changed, and as my focuse cleared and I first saw a carpet on the floor. I looked around and noticed I was in an apartment. Then my mother came walking, as if she had just woken up. She looked very suprised to see me there, and she asked me: -What are you doing here? Then she followed me to the door and showed me out[]. Then she said something weird (I don´t want to tell exactly what she said... eh, It´s just strange).

She said: -Come back when...*bleep*(censored)[]

And another thing, I was naked. And it was SO REAL. I can´t explain how real it was... man, it still blows my mind when I think of it.

But how do I know it whas my mother? The thing she said was so strange that I don´t know what to think. Whas this in the astral or in the real time zone? What do you think?

After this experience I got a little freaked out. I then "gave it up" for 4 years almost. And by giving it up, I mean I didn´t read anything on the subject. I guess I was avoiding it in a way. Now I´m on my way again, if one can say so. But still, I gotta overcome those fears. Fears of what may be waiting when I leave my body. I know I probably focuse to much on the negative side... I trying not to []

And I want to learn how to do a wake-induced OBE.

Hi all!

I had a similar experience some 5 to 6 years ago.

I was laying in bed and I had just woken up. I looked at the sky outside my window and it was clear blue. Then I closed my eyes and something appeared in front of me. It looked like a tv-screen sort of, and the color of the screen had the same blue color as the sky outside my window had.

I looked at the screen and saw a granite rock inside it. As I focused on the screen I was drawn into it. Inside it was in 3D. Then I was moving in a slow gliding motion over the granite rock. I was very close to the rock. Can´t remember what happened after that.

I also have a memory of seeing myself in the screen on another occasion. But that memory is not so clear.

Hello!

"I feel emotionally weak, drained, exhausted and tired"

Yup, have been feeling like that for almost a couple of month´s now. I have never felt so drained of energy like I do now. Especially when I wake up in the morning. I´m almost more tired than when I went to bed the night before. And during the day I´m also very tired.

Actually, the last week I have begun worrying about this a lot. I hope the energy comes back soon. The weather is getting cooler here now, maby that`ll help.

And by the way. Isn´t it amazing when you meet someone in dreamspace, and you feel really "connected" in some way with that person. You feel real love. Those dreams doesn´t happen alot. But, when they do... I met someone, about a month or two ago, it was such a beautiful reunion.. i cried. But it´s also sad in a way... that one can not meet that person again, by will... Or maybe it´s possible, by training...

Does anyone have an idea of what my dream possibly could mean? I have never ever before that, nor after, dreamt about a number. Not that I can remember anyway... It must mean something. Especially since the dream was so vivid. 11 !?

Hello Hephaestus! This is amazing!

Back in 1994, I had this very vivid dream. It was night and I was walking up a mountain/hill, sort of. And there was a very strong "feeling" in the air. A feeling that something was about to happen, or arrive, something very important. Then I saw a city down below. And up in the black sky, I saw this huge "11". It looked kinda like it was written or made out of light-bulbs. It was so clear... 11.

Have you ever seen the back-drop, that the rock group Kiss used to have? When "KISS" was spelled out with ligh-bulbs on stage. Well then maybe you get what I mean... It looked kind of something like that. It was around that time, that I started to have precognitive dreams(is that the right word? English is not my native tounge). I would dream about something and then it would happen a day later, or a couple. I still have dreams like that. Often it happens the day after. I also had that thing happening with the clock. Often in the middle of the night I would look at it, and the time would be 2:22. That went on for quite a while.

Another peculiar thing that used to happen "back in the days", 1994-1995, was that if I would be playing cards with my friends, or just fooling around with playing-cards on my own. If i accidentally dropped a card on the floor or something like that, it would almost always be the ace of hearts... I´m not making this up.

This is my first post on this forum. So I will write more in the future, I hope. I started to have waking paralysis back in 1991. And I really didn´t have a slightest clue what was happening to me. I was SO scared. It was so frightening. It´s only in recent years I´m beginning to understand what happened, and still happens. I find myself in the trance state sometimes, and I experience the vibrations. But I´m still to afraid to totally "let go". I always "fight" myself back to my body... Although, I am getting more and more courage. I just feel more comfortable with the thought of projecting early in the morning , when there´s some daylight. It´s just that "these things" happens more often when I go to bed at night.

I think this forum is fantastic. One does not feel so "alone" anymore. Bye, for now. /Flummox
