I had the same problem for a long time. I found that when you´re unable to project, there are mostly
good reasons why you cant. Most people have in this case burried things which would come up when they
project, which could cause traumatic experiences.

So my first advice would be, to clear your emotional layers. Im using Lifeflow (project-meditation.org), but
thats a matter of taste.

The comparison to lsd was only about the feelings you had and have, that you cant share with us, not
the experience itself! I also experienced some lsd trips and one of the things i experienced was, that no
one ever could even nearly understand what i experienced, except if someone tripped with me.
Of course, the experience is something totaly different, from what ive been reading from you.

Yep, but seeing it through another perspective, it makes sense. We´re here to
learn something, to live this life... only very few are here to make such experiences
as human (i think as we advance the number will grow).

So why should we come here and dedicated our life to something which is
normal when we´re dead?

You shouldn't underestimate human potential.

Maybe you´re talking about our inner source, the "soul" or that consciousness that
can "leave" our body. This one can for sure understand it, but i dont think the humand mind can.

I think that reincarnations are nothing we can easily understand with our minds,
because we think in a time frame, where no time frame exists. So if theres no time,
the "mothersoul" (who may have more reincarnations at once) may experience them all
at once and we can go further after this life to something new.

But again, i think our mind doesnt have the proper mechanics to understand this as a whole.

wow i had a really wired experience tonight. i woke up,
saw my room and instantly remembered the cell phone technique.

so i imagined the cell phone, turned it around and then gave it in my
mind to the other hand...which kind of "sucked" my astral body out
of my physical, but i was tight to it like glue and couldnt get out.

besides that, everything felt horrible...like a nightmare. i was so scared,
i couldnt even move for a while hehe
10mins later i wanted to try again lol...but it didnt worked anymore.

Im meditating since a year now, every day for about 40mins. I think
my concentration hasnt got better at all, i just learned to focus on
me and stay calm...but i cant hold that focus longer then i could before.

Maybe my brain is damaged in some way... lol
