My opinion is a BH can't harm your astral body in any way.

If Bin Laden had attacked the people that deserved it (like Bush or the CIA) then I would be rooting for him. But he didn't, he killed innocent people that didnt deserve anything which just makes him a murderer.

This gave Bush the perfect opportunity to get the people to think its a good idea for him to invade Iraq, something he couldn't have done without the majority of the publics favor.

Im pretty sure Bush knew there were no weapons there, he just wanted that oil...

Hiya people, I have a few things to say on this subject.

Firstly its something I've been wondering about for a while now but never bothered asking. Firstly I have heard that BH's give off no light at all and are so dense they are smaller than a pin head, which in my opinion would make one extremely hard (impossible maybe?) to actually find (although I could have heard wrong).

To the people who say that a BH can affect an astral body because it can affect light (which is, like the astral body, pure energy) I would like to say that sounds very reasonable, but aren't you missing one very simple thing? Doesn't regular matter also affect light by stopping it dead in its track? Yet matter has no effect at all on an astral body. Both BH's and matter affect light so I seriously doubt that can be taken into account.

Also when someone projects, I doubt it matters very much what happens to the astral body, because that won't affect the physical/etheric body/mind in any way. The astral body is created from nothing at the start of the projection and consiousness is only copied into it. If the astral body and the astral mind were to be somehow destroyed that would just leave the physical body in regular sleep, ready to wake up with no memories of the event. Another astral body can be created and consiousness projected into as many times as you like.

If you were to project into a black hole and (I here) time were to stop, you'd be stuck there forever wouldn't you? But the energy of your astral body wouldnt last forever would it so your not in any danger right? If time is frozen its likey that the energy WOULD last forever, but only for that astral consiousness. Your physical is still running in regular time back on Earth and if it wakes up your astral body/consiousness (it it hasn't been destroyed) would be pulled back from whatever time/dimension it happens to be in like always.

How can I relax my tongue if I have to hold it up against the top of my mouth? I tried this and my tongue eventually gets tired and I have to bring it back down... or am i doing something wrong?

Me too, if I concentrate on it I can make it sound REALLY loud, but apart from that I can't do anything with it :/

A similar question I have is about flying into a black hole, the gravity is so immense that it stops time so maybe this will have some sort of effect on the astral body?

Cool I have Deep Meditation only listened to it once tho.

For it to have any effect is it nessecery to fall into the meditative state? or just listen to it? I can't get into the state cos my mouth always waters and i have to swallow so my neck upwards is never relaxed enough.

The tenth "object" was first discovered in the 70's. I call it "object" because at that time there was 2 views on what it could have been. Because of its huge size some astronomers believed it to be a small sun (a brown dwarf to exact), however others believed it to be a large planet because a brown dwarf would give off light... which this object doesnt.

The Russian government have discovered (I dont know when) a metalic structure thousands of years old and is directly linked with this 10th planet (I dont know exactly how). This structure is in an area covered with lethal amounts of radiation which is probably why it is only a recent discovery.

I have experienced sleep paralysis several times. It happens for me when I don't get enough sleep. I also have the problem of taking a long time to get to sleep (except when I try to meditate of course )[!]

Anyway my paralysis is almost exactly like yours excect I can't open my eyes at all if they are closed and I had no noises, my paralysis is totally silent. Sometimes my eyes are already opened partially and unfocused. However none of these have ever lead to an OBE or anything.

I have the workbook but I have never used it. I always thought that I would be better off learning at my own pace (which is actually rather slow[]). However if anyone could tell me if this workbook is any good to learn from and/or offer your opinions (good and bad) then I may start to use it and hopefully get results much faster.

And good luck finn on your OBEs your having more luck than me. IMO the best way to get your fears controlled is to face them (they are never as bad as they first seem).

Hi, I just want to add my thoughts and also ask a question.

I have only just started reading about this and have never heard anything like it before but I already knew there is no question about the tenth planet. It exists and is inhabited by superior beings - a fact the governments know!

Also no_leaf, this question isnt to try to disprove anything, i just want to know the answer. I cant possibly imagine a force able to throw a planet out of one galaxy into another, surely the planet would have been destroyed! Does Sitchin say how this happened?

Firstly I never said that the ghost was harmful, not all negs are. Things happen in the background (of your consciousness that is) that are "negative", not necessarily harmful and most certainly not apparent. A ghost doesnt have to be evil and a "pro at scaring" to be a neg. Negs want different things and not all of them are interested in scaring people. And just because you do a protection ritual on yourself doesnt make you immune to negs, nothing will make you immune to them.

Secondly YES YOU CAN TELL IF A ENTITY IS A NEG. If the spirit isnt a neg it wont leave any confusion on the matter. You will know if its good because it will make sure you know. However a lot of negs disguise themselves as "good" but only a neg wont be able to prove it.

I wasnt brought up with any religios beliefs at all. I dont know the difference between a catholic and a protestant.

Sorry Leyla but if all you can do to counter my points is make assumptions about my spiritual upbringing and not give any actual proof then im not even gonna bother trying to help anymore (yes HELP thats what I was trying to do).

It seems to me that you are just looking for any reason to believe that its anything other than a neg, and wont even entertain the idea that it might be a neg. First its a childhood playmate, then a guardian angel, and now a dead relative...

Oh and about using gullable TV mediums as a source of information... *slowly shakes head* tut tut tut.

The snake also being one of the MOST common appearances of negs. As for trying to "pry into your consiousness", thats just what negs do.
