i can here the tv aswell, but lately on top ofthis, i have been hearing random high pitch sounds in my ear. my friend also interested in metaphysics has also been noticing these, we were thinking maybe waves from when something electric is turned on.. and ideas?[:O]

my friend matt took medicatin when he was like 5 for something and he hasnt had dreams since then.

I define evil as something or someone who's sole purpose for living their life is to do ham to others, inflict pain, hurt people, kill people ext. or someone or something who puts their interests and what they want above another person or creatures ife. In a nutshell:
someone or somethn who kills for the hell of it or to get soemthing they want.

i like this forum, a lot of people with a lot of experience, i am still a beginner, i havent tried any spels yet, i guess im a bit nervous, anything any of you now that might go ronge ? if so how can i prevent it, how did your first spells go? and are there any books you might suggest that could be good reading?

I also ahve this problm, I can tseem to gettht fr eery becuase i fall a sleep, i have trouble getting to sleep example last night fell sleep at 1 ish ish and woke up at 6:30(wihout tryin or alarm clocks) anybody have a way of fallin asleep faster so i an actually get somepalce, ive been attepting for beginning of allmsot 8 months(if i counted right early june)
