having similar issues, but not feeling fear, nor death, unless on a deep unconscious level {body fear vs my fear?}...but i try to fall asleep, vibrate, & can't past it. or if i do, i 'pause' and wake up. This only occurs in my bedroom.

Recently i've been having issues sleeping, and know its related to a red orb i see, and pokes at left pancreas area. Not sure if its me keeping self awake or something pulling energy from me, thus i won't let self sleep? I feel self start to fall asleep, vibrate, and as i try to get beyond that, i get left side beats? and wake up {or as one feels as they wake in the morning} . At various times, i've seen a red orb at end of my bed, left, 8 feet away. At one point, i saw a male i once worked with in the 'red' energy. I'm not bagged, but can't sleep, wide awake at night, & crappy during the day. Last month, i saw the red orb near my left solar area, & sharp poke at pancreas? Then my body started vibrating. In bed, when this occurs, the not able to sleep is the sensation of another around me, blocking me? About the area of house that i've seen it, i had once walked thru? something? as i had sharp pain at back solar & back heart area. Then super sad & depressed. And later found beer caps in that area. I don't drink}. Any ideas? And how do i get beyond this without medicating myself. I've been sleeping in living room, & sometimes have had odd dreams...

Its odd, but its like i can't get to sleep, like i'm hitting astral self? can't project, only sit in vibes. At points in past, if i could get by them, i would break out in huge sweat, power nap, then wake again.

Any ideas? insights? help?

not sure if this goes here - but i just remembered a uncomfy AP experience in last few months, & need guidance, insight on what it might have been....

Anyway in dream i was walking along in the snow, & as i walked under a power line, i felt myself pulled up. not only in dream, but physically in bed. I yelled no, stop, & did what i could to hold onto myself. It took a bt to wake self up. but when i did, i saw this in front of me: some weird light thing:

As i pulled away from that, i started to see weird alien symbols scrolling along my ceiling, like a feed i was watching. I bolted out of bed, & could not settle to sleep for a while. When i did get back to sleep, i dreamt that beside my bed on my right were 2 lamps, one red by my feet, & a white one near top of bed. The lines were crossed, & the white one was shorting out. It was probably the last time i slept in room without medication. This was jan of this year.

Any ideas?

It resonated with me back then, as well as so many levels within levels...hard to describe, but once you read it, or see movie, you will get it...I also believe it will help others out there that are experiencing walk in phases, help them 'selves' deal with things...the trailer makes its look like alien invasion, but its WAY MORE than that, deeper, important

That is so funny, just few days ago while I was showering, I heard a cough noise near me. There was no one in the house, so I said out loud - Is some one spying on me? Then I laughed and said -Oh, what the hell, enjoy the show LOL.
And here is another funny story, my ex bf insisted in keeping the toilet cover down at all time, because ghosts can get through it LOL. He was also paranoid about the closet door being open at night 

I've heard coughs in there too!...as well as feeling watched...i need to remember to just laugh & let it go  I have eard, mirrors are portals, so likely thru the mirror. i dreamt once of entering a mirror to go see a guy i liked in school. i walked out of his bedroom mirror. I left once he woke up & looked right at me. What freaked me out is years later in his room, it was exactly lie in 'dream', but also he said he once dreamt he saw me come out of is mirror. Wild! I have heard of portals of energy created when a mirror opposes a another mirror. You can feel it when you walk between them, a wobbly sensation. I'm sure i read somewhere because of kind of energy in bathrooms, that it can be used as astral gateway....but can't find info anymore...

Odd question, but has anyone else noticed orbs in / around bathrooms? Are they? can they be used as portals? I've seen orbs appear outside the door, and shielding it, i've seen them in the lou, or smell them? Like booze, & i'll have a chakra reaction. 

Another thing i realized this morning, when mentioning vibing when certain people on property is that i have also noticed that i will vibrate, see red orbs, & be up all night when the boyfriend of my current neighbor is "visiting". And that when he goes to bed, i can sleep. Like yesterday, they stopped about 6:30 am, & i fell asleep. I just saw him outside. Prior to these experiences, when he was on property, i felt a chaos like energy building, a threatening sensation, a need to leave my home. He had not interacted with me back then. But it would stop,& he'd lose it on his kids & wife. In the summer, all the kids gravitated to my house, & stayed there until he left. Interesting? 

So i am wondering if i am unconsciously 'protecting' them when he is here? Like yesterday, i dreamt of talking to someone {funny, 'cause i think it might have been one of you  or another projector?} about other times i've been up all night, with dangerous, unpredictable males on the property. And of talking about the young male, that was here...his girlfriend stay up all night & slept when he was at work. Interesting? When she moved out, i was up all night, etc...And when he's back {they fight, he leaves, comes back, etc...on & off for months....he is all "puffy" & arrogant with me & others in the building. He is loud, noisy, delibrately making noise in area right near my wall. AND my inside lights are dim...When i first moved in here, he would visit alot, usually outside. But if his daughter was in here, he would just walk in, sit in my chair, turn on tv, & then ask where i wanted to sit. WT...?

Also not sleeping in the room, i see dark cords wisp in to that area or come from that area. People have been telling me since the day i moved in t was a morgue, but try as i might, i "see" , in or out of body, no evidence of that. and in those days, no one had things like that attached to their house! 

The red orb thing i'm not sure if taking energy or helping me? because i'm wide awake, if a vamp, i'd be tired. Yesterday, i projected light at pancreas area of self, & yet energy pulls there reacted, & them i saw the red orb in the living room! New, usually only in bedroom. When i first moved in, I would see {thinking of neighbors, i see fly manifest to right! just now} red just outside door where he had sat or nearby...At times i started to see it near by knee or left foot, in town. That hasn't occured before. Seeing the energy in public! I have at times, seen these dots near ppls shoulders. Recently, hearing a voice say bad thing to me when in the presence of someone i think is a falsy {pretends to be a lightworker, but once you have her trust, she changes }, i said bugger off, & it fluttered off to her shoulder!

Anyway, another question i have is how to deal with 'bugs' on astral plane? when out & about?

Another thing related to my "vibrating" at night, & unable to sleep, even with meds, i had noticed relates to possible projection, but in another way...like i am drawn to or being called to word events? But i wasn't vibrating then. Just had to stay up for some reason. Later finding out about the tsunami. The most recent one, alot like current "feelings" is that as i fell asleep, i felt 'elsewhere', and heard voices all around me, and faces. at points trying to stay calm, it was like i was in a crowd of confused angry people looking for something. I'd bolt back into bed, & wake.As i tried to sleep, my body would just vibrate, & i couldn't sleep. I'd turn on TV, & heard of boston bombings. The faces i saw were the police & runners looking frazzled. Then i couldn't sleep, & rested while listening to the news. I finally rested & slept well after they caught the guys. At times past, i have had "dreams" of events occuring around the world, but like i was there, or i was a person experiencing these events. At one point, i did get info in astral that there are people out there called retrievers. That in the astral realm, they act as guides for other living people, & are there to help them in times of crisis. I can't find much info on this. Anyone else heard of this?

Recently, the last few days, i've been wide awake, vibrating during the day, which is odd. But acutely aware of something about to happen in Ukraine. Because my symptoms are similar to the boston event, i am wondering about it. I've had the news on daily, though on mute, almost looking for info on some event that has happened, yet hasn't been reported yet? Or a part of me is there? already? thats why i am vibing during the day? Another reason i ask this is that a few days before these vibes started, i "dreamt" of someone telling me it was time to go to work in Sochi. Which i found odd, as the games were over. But was the day before Russia invaded Chimera. Anyway, its hard to figure out what is what.  Lately i can't even get to point of heaing the voices {the hypnagogic state}. I think i am also paying close attention to it, because before the Olympics, i had a funny feeling something was going on there, or would, & somehow it ties in with Syrian crisis.

I read somewhere that some people's higher selves act a guides, healers, etc  in the astral realm. and yet the conscious self is often not aware of this. So i wonder if i am remembering what i am doing while out of body? The last one involved that missing person in Canada, the Loreta person. I dreamt as if i was her, going through various parts of things before she was found. I experienced it as if it were happening to me, And if this is her, then the people arrested for crime isn't the guilty party kind of thing.

Lately, trying to get thru this stuff, the vibes, the voices, i see the red orb, & feel self wake up. Trying to ignore it, i still wake self up. Or am wondering if something is preventing me from leaving my body?  Other than me. Anyway, its 5 am, i have to try to rest?

I too, lately, have been seeing these black "dots" more often lately than in a while...they aren't always floaters, as they react to light energy projected at them. Like they are aware on some level. I first noticed them last summer, and often associated with people? somehow. Say in the past, you'd get bummed after someone insulted you. Later on, i'd think of insult or the person, and see these black dots coming at me. Sometimes off of me. At one point, long ago, i pointed a tuning fork at one, it shriveled up & flew of as a white orb? But i had no idea what they were then, just that they were 'thoughts from' others? Anyway, I think i dreamt what i am seeing is the ends of astral cords, the negativity from others? or that they are thinking of me in negative way. Another thing is sometimes the dot turns into what loos like lint, or a fly, & buzzes off. Recently i saw one leave right shoulder to thoughts of an insult by a female "friend", and when it hit the sun, it fell to ground as lint fluff or ash like thing.

2.    The recent, most disturbing, once i got asleep in room, was of a person i went to for help, telling me that if i did as he said, i'd get better...i entered a pool, and once inside, i had a very bad feeling that i was in trouble. Then saw a large octopus envelop me & knew i was going to die. i felt betrayed. As i tryied to wake from dream, i had a difficult time waking self up. But did, & kind of been off set since...I think it might be a doctor i went to see for help. I had nightmares the night before my next visit, like all pre-visits past.. He basically said i have to take x & y medication if i want to get better. I've done research on them....and they do more harm than good. I decided not to return to this guy, & have been having a new astral thing occur.... At points in the past, i could smell hard liquor, male cologne, but don't think its a ghost. or its a ghost talking thru others?  When i first moved in, i had dreams of someone telling neg things as i fell asleep, waking thinking these things, and yet an inner voice said that was not true. So holding onto that belief, i started to see a male lower body, & wolf head. Getting past the head part, i clearly saw whom it was, & knew it was someone i knew. but didn't remember in the morning. But not the guy i worked with, mentioned above.


3.    At one point, when i received a text, i saw a red lint fluff circling my phone. I had an intense panicky feeling to not read text, or to avoid that texter. {as i write this, my back right shoulder is cramping up - i have been having alot of energy issues on right side since this "dream".} Anyway, i noted this, and sort of dismissed it, as i had received tons of messages from this person, never seeing "dots" or flies. Ohhhh i think i had texted him, that i was waiting for meds oi be filled? hunh? Earlier today, cleaning house, i saw another red fly near my phone, and felt the same fear, this time panick. I have not had panick attacks in years....But was able to calm self & focus when i remembered that this doctor TELLS me what i have vs. listening to what i tell him i have, or issues i am having...He says it such a way, that i leave believing i'm sick, etc. I also remembered that i had similiar issues with him years ago....that my illness got worse only after seeing him on a regular basis.  Anyone else had these things, experiences? And with the fluff ball? And how to deal with it without the meds he gave me?

4.    When i moved into this place, i stated to see the energy with my naked eye, and still do. Which tells me the energy in here must be a higher vibration? Animals & kids are comfy in here. I see blue orbs, white orbs...I've also seen black mists near other people when they say weird things, or act alot like another person that used to live here. I'd see it around myself when i felt really depressed, or better put, it causes the depression. When i first moved in, i'd see dark wispy strings coming from ceiling, yet don't think its th people upstairs. In recent past, i recognized that it is negative people? reaching out to me, or for my energy? At one place i lived, i'd see these strings, coming from an area where a creepy old man lived. When he was there, i rarely left the house, or only left when he was not home. ?Not seeing the wisps much anymore, only these black / grey dots, or "flies".

5.     A while back, my feet started vibrating, & i saw a blue dot to left area.  I had this thought to ask a friend to do something for another friend. When i said to self, "so he wants me to ask x if he can...", I saw large grey fluff about size of baseball, zoom off & out of room. Feet stopped vibrating. When i first moved in, i noticed that my feet would start vibrating when a black mist thing rolled across the floor. I've seen it before, & lifted legs off ground as it rolled on by. But haven't seen it in a while, but feet / body does vibrate. Its almost 4 am where i am, i want to go to bed, but i'm vibrating, & because of recent insights around these vibes, i find it hard to sleep without medication. When my whole body vibes, i've seen the mist around me. not sure what to do, or how to deal with it. 

6.    At the place i lived near creepy old man, i started to have vibes start when a young male moved in...What i noticed was that i was sore & achy all the time, & couldn't sleep. Had knee pain all the time. he had knee issues. At one point, the pain stopped & i started vibrating. He drank alot, and i seemed to vibrate as he drank, and stopped vibrating when he passed out, or left the house. If he was up all night, i was up all night because of the vibrations. I couldn't sleep, i'd fall asleep, something woke wake me up, or pull me awake? At some points, i could see a shadowy outline of someone standing about my root area, if i was in bed. And could often feel his loathing of me. In past, i try to pay attention to changes in my mood, or body language as a gauge of whom is tapping in, but not sure of recent 'visitor'. Like right now, i'm biting my nails {never do that}, seeing white wisps coming towards my left front heart area, & a black one to my right...and hear voices? far away, like someone is at my door. I'm still up. My lower chakras are pulsing, i smell apple cider? And i am vibrating...and have tingles? in inner pant area. I had this years ago when my boyfriend would think of me, yet i'm single, so? These too, keep me awake. 

7.     At other times in last few weeks, i've had dreams of a black spider on my left hand & a grey one on my right one, when i was asked to helped out a neighbor. I got bad feeling not to. Then these dreams occurred. I have had left hand go numb in sleep, & be ice cold. And my right hand cramp up. prior to these dreams.

8.     Recently trying to sleep in the room, ignoring vibrations, i saw all kinds of unpleasant faces before me. I've had them before, often associated with the living. Things in them, or part of whom they are? Or projections they send out, so i will react? Yet getting past these faces, i couldn't sleep. I was up until 8 am! Had been in bed by 11. Really annoying. The meds the doc gave me, knock you out, and it used to take me all day to wake up, snap out of it,  after using them. or i'd be exhausted all day. I don't like using them, because i know they lower your vibration, & this can create an 'open door' effect? Yesterday, i had taken the med to sleep, but still wide awake. I only fell asleep when i crashed on couch.

9.   Also when astral, i have been seeing that the astral part of my room looks grey, deep blue walls, like an old basement, storage room. Above me is a large hole in the ceiling. At times there is a lady there that i used to live with, but have not seen in 2 years. I think she reflects the new neighbor, as what i dream of, she later speaks of. When she first moved in, i had these pokes at pancreas start, felt self get tired fast. but only when her not so friendly boyfriend was around.

10.     I've also seen fluffs from ceiling, which look like dirty cobwebs {not in here though}, that long ago, i realized weren't physical, but astral energy. I'd clean one, to find it back the next day. Or someone sitting under one, acted like the person whom always sat in that chair. Taking tuning forks to them, they retracted to ceiling, & disappeared. Odd? I've often seen them in areas where someone drinks in excess or is chronically negative. I've also had dark shadow like figures in here, when feeling watched or energy vamped,  but put high vibe crystals in area, i've often seen a human figure, often some living in the apartments.

Anyone else had these experiences? and any guidance on dealing with it?
