Mine started as a dream Walking along a path I noticed a dead lizard and reached down and touched it.By doing that my awareness came to me as I saw my hand and also the lizard became alive and ran off making me think how cool was that I have powers.
my field of vision opened greatly, the detail and clearness of my surroundings the trees, sky the glistening sunset on the ocean. I stood on a cliff taking it all in. To my right was a town of wooden constrution but oddly designed, tall rounded buildings not many and different hights.
I decided to fly along the coast line and out over the water, every was in view and I was so happy to be here. I then went down into the ocean no splash or coldness but an enclosed filling as I watched the sea life around me. I senced a presence come towards me so I lifted out of the water and watched the sunset some more just floating around high above the sea then I blackout.
The longest AP and best I've had so far.

The techinque I have the most success with is 4-2 breathing to relax the body and enter trance state. I then wait for imagery with a clear mind. If light rings from I try and move my consciousness into the center surrounding myself with light free from physical body thoughts.At this stage I have either strong pictures, landscaps I move into and become part of or a tunnel forms from the rings and I move down it to my destination.
With this techinque I have keeped consciousness to find myself in a 3d void, attend astral school ,flown over landscaps, protrude my astral head and other limds and seperate within my physical body surrounded by blue sparkling comets.
These are my success in conscious projection but from lucid dreams I find it better over all for RTZ and AP.

I had a laugh when reading your post, I subscrib to the conspiracy theory. My wife would move or come into the room when ever I was close to exit. If not her our baby who sleept in the cot near us at night would stir with out fail. Be it the phone or nocks on the door my attempts to oob/AP are a battle.
I did have some success phasing and even protruding my astral head in our busy lounge room because I gave up trying to find a quiet moment.

Although I understand your view and taking nothing away from my other reply and PM.The younger ppl that visit these forums are in better company than other young ppl who are into partying, alcohol and none productive activities.Trying to look beyond the material world in my opinion isn't a bad thing, if proper thought is given to what they read. Interaction with ppl on these forums are usually knowledgeable and helpful, weather it be a 12 yr posting "hi"  ten times throughout the different forums he will learn from the replys about  self control, how to conduct himself with other ppl in a public forum.
Other yong ppl learn theres more to ki (DBZ) than cartoons.
I will  face simular problems as you when my kids grow older we all know this but in truth I wish I had this site to read and interact with as a 13 yr because I was experiencing many of the topic we now disuss , I was around 10 yr when I first had an out of body experience (oobe) with no one to talk to or even give words to my experiences.
I doubt pll will be offended by your concerns but rather simper thetic.
To keep your secret of software ask the staff to delete your this thread and PM Adrain or email, talk directly and not pulicly to work this out because your daughter will get very embarrassed you  or her don't need this attention, arguement right now.
If your concerned as to what is in these forums just look around post questions without your daughters knowledge or reference to her.

I dreamed of a large ball, portal of purple fire. Shortly after that my spiritual awareness was refreshed and my path in life changed greatly.  
However their are many dream annalist web sites with long list of dream signs. With your two examples did you experience them yourself...it would be good to get personalized dream signs and interpretations posted in this thread.

I don't usually reply to 'neg' post because my experience with them is almost non existant. I was greatly concerned by your childs advice not to seek medical treatment, maybe it was taken out of context. I know there is a policy that children have their parents concent to join Astral pulse. I am a parent of five myself and can understand the grief you must be going through the only other explanation is that the advice came from other children. The forums are public and any advice or interaction should be scrutinized by all concerned.
I'm sure you will be contacted by the appropriete staff member to work this out with your daughter.

The only thing I've experienced with my wife simular to your visiulization connection was a 'knowing' that my wife is going to enter the room I was in, while meditating. I sat up and waited seconds later she can in because she said I called her.  
But we often have a strong connection, knowing what the other is about to say or do things without been asked verbally.

The technique I was given by a member on the forums (D.B) is to breath in to the count of 4 hold for two and breath out for the count of four. This is a simple exercise. With this I'm able the stay focussed while counting and the between breaths are silent, using my heart beat as a guide. I've noticed my body drops in stages without using visualization to aid my progress.

With your question IMO you were about to have an oobe, at the threshold to exite. I think it's RB's focus level 10 where noises and even shouts are heard. You will no doubt receive more in depth replys I just wanted to say G'day and welcome to the astral pulse forums.

I didn't find it to long [] and was very interested to the last.
I think it comes with the territory having preception of the spirits around you, if you continue to have oobe's you will have to communicate your boundaries with spirits and others as you already have stated.

I'm going by second hand information , but my work college of yrs ago mentioned he had an encounter with someone else while oob. He discrib as not like physical sex but emotional expression, melding together sort of. Thats all I can remember of his experience...myself well I've had a succub encounter lol but thats something altogether different. He's my two bob. I first started seeing auras around tree's then my hands and now ppl in public but only the dule hue and sometimes white lightning within that layer. what you have all said is good and I'm sure there are many techniques but you don't have to look directly at the person or hands to see the aura if at work. I found the tree's opened my view even before I found this site or new much knowledge about at all, just lunch time gazing []

This person you saw could have been a guide or even your own shadow ego. The fear you felt is normal but try not to let it stop you from oobe, practise  and understanding will iron out your fears. The state you in was probably for your own good so you wouldn't run off blindly maybe next time ask questions of those you see and in that way you will have more control, in all aspects of the experience.

I was fascinated to the last word with your post [].
I haven't dreamed  of bugs before so couldn't really reply.The first time I read your post the other day.
I have dreamed of lizards! but apart from just adding my support to you and your post I thought of the other bug or grub post ppl have made within the forums although they were mostly conscious AP encounters. I think it's a good thing they came out of you, instead of entering or moving under the skin ....starting to gross myself out lol. My interpretation or thoughts, "clean house" as in physically and spiritually something is annoying you?. A bit of spring cleaning is good for everyone regularly. Well thats just my opinion.
