Let me help shed some light[8D]. Psi is made by nerves firing so you use nerve clusters for using this.Chi/ki/qi/whatever is your lifeforce and you usually draw it from the dan tien and other chakras and meridians. Wording is not perfect but you figure it out

Just because you see a clear outline around your body doesn't mean you have a crystal aura. It means you can't see auras yet! But that outline is your aura BTW.

What kind of meditation? I did good moving the psi wheel but yesterday I was having too many thoughts distracting me. What kind of thing will prevent this? I just tried doing it while listening to music( Creed lol)and I was more concentrated cause there was only two things on my mind.

I just wanted to know cause yesterday was my second, but first serious, attempt and I did it. I tried again this morning and got it to go around five times without stopping, but then I quit. Thanks for answering.

The only way I could think of letting people know it was real was making a ball and see if they could feel it. I tried it on my dad and he has ben making fun of me ever since.

I was making a ki ball last night and my hands started to have a royal blue glow around them. Then the blue almost flooded my hand to where I could not see it anymore. Was that an aura? I got another question; I tried doing a ki flame last night, but I think I did it wrong cause I almost fell backwards. I tried it again today while sitting and it was hard to maintain. Is that about right?

What does it feel like when the ball leaves ur hand when u blast it at something? Whenever I try and do it, it feels like it sticks to my hand and won't leave.

Well, since I haven't been able to find a mesage board as good and sctive as this one, I have some what of alot of questions. I'll ask some here if you guys don't mind helping. Most of my questions have something to do with the fundimentals. What other good excercices are there besides making a ki ball? I can make a pretty big size ki ball in about a minute, and I'm pretty sure I'm doing it right.I can't see it though. I can see auras(the clear,blue, or red outlines for me) pretty good except it takes me awhile in artificial light cause it flickers. I don't know how to do a ki flame or levitate or anything else. So my main question is; What level am I at? What exercices should I do? How do I do some of the techniques and stuff? Where do I go from here? Once again, thanks for taking your time and reading and helping me get started. Please excuse my spelling! Oh, and I think my ki ball leaks lol! Whoops, forgot to ask. What's with the people and them powering up and knocking out the power in the house? How they do that?
