Hey Ides315 (you don't have a long name)

I have just started NEW energy work...but i can only proceed to get a scratching sensation on my skin without touching it, and I can't transfer energy up to my head at all. Is this a blockage? I'll take your advice wholeheartedly since, of course, i am "awake".

i do have another appointment with the DMD in a couple of weeks...so i'll get a chance to follow your advice. i have to look up more information on chakras...thank you very much.

sublime: personally, i've tried even running energy up to the point where my headaches occur...but no matter what method i try or approach i take, energy just won't enter my head. so, rather, you could try that...but i wouldn't dwell on the thought that it would help.

i can't tell you how many times my headaches have been diagnosed as a sinus infection...

well i actually started energy work FOR the purpose of this AFTER this started, so that's not a possibility. plus, these are not migraines. that was wiped out as an opportunity by the doctor. and i explained what the doctor said, it wasn't much.

Well that would work...and i thank you...except for the fact that my parents are very very very single minded people and would never ever accept the fact that i'm negulated...because my parents suck at life.

i just had a cat scan. i have a neg of my own. it showed that i have great swelling and pressure on my sinuses...does this indicate anything? note: i haven't seen the pictures myself, only heard from my doctor that it is so.

well i have considered it but my insurance doesn't cover it and i hear they can be quite expensive. thus, no chiropractor is going to touch me unless i can conjure up big, big bucks...and i'm too young to be able to do that...legally...heh heh.[}:)]

'attacking' me? hmm...well, i suppose it does qualify. but when i tried even Lesson 1 in NEW...nothing happened. No, not that I wasn't successful in retaining the sensation, because that probably is hard for everyone at first...but I didn't even get that far. I didn't even feel a sensation...it's probably a blockage, but i don't know how to 'unblock' it...

just curious, fenris, but what can this do to my health exactly? i've tried to look it up on tons of sites...but i can't understand all the big words! aaahhh! i really appreciate your help...

my mom is pinned on thre subject of allergies...food allergies, now. i don't think that's it. I'll ask my doctor about it. Thanks!

ok, if you really WANT to know, this might take a while...

at first the doctors thought it was a bad bacterial infection. They prescribed antibiotics five times...nothing of that nature helped. But that was just a M.D. So I went to a head, nose, and throat specialist...though most of the pain at that point was in my neck...but we'll let that pass. He just told me to use scalene nose spray along with Rhinocort...which is an allergy spray...along with aleve and sudafed each morning (oh, i forgot to mention that NO painkillers have ever helped with this. we've tried advil, tylenol, excedrin, aleve, sudafed, benadryl, and generic stuff...). None of that helped. So we went back to him again. He said that I shoul seriously consider getting my tonsils out. So I did. This was the surgery I was talking about, and it wasn't anything serious. I was out of school for only a week. That was...::counting::a month and ten days ago. If you want to be exact: and 4 hours. [] well, now here i stand...i have another M.D. appointment next week. I'm on a prescription painkiller (which doesn't help) with a name that i can't pronounce or spell. The only thing that EVER helped me was something like reiki that my friend performed on me...and now you understand why I'm getting into it. They did a WHOLE lot of testing, though...meningitis, mononucleosis, cancer (yay! i don't have cancer!), brain tumor, pneumonia (x-ray was involved in that), and so many others but I forget most of them...

well, fenris, perhaps that WOULD work...but the only problem with that is that i don't exactly know how to relax myself to get into a meditating state. i have stress problems, and i can't get them out of my head enough for me to meditate...and that is also why my astral projection attempts has failed.

that is why i'm STARTING energy in the first place. it sounds like you have the same exact thing that i do. how long has yours been going on for? mine's been going on for five months now.

You might want to get into reiki or the like. my friend (who is very into energy and is in fact registered in this site) did something like reiki that he figured out himself, and it healed me...at least temporarily. But that relief was so awesome for a few seconds, it was worth it.

Also, you might want to look into the Alexander posture method. I can't find exactly any therapy/posture tips about it online, but I suppose doctors would know about it.[] keep me posted on what helps!

I don't know enough to start my own path yet...but u think i'll look into every different topic and follow your advice.

from what i've gathered:

apparently, people don't necessarily HAVE to be born with the gift to do TK...just a very very VERY strong will to do it? well, not will, exactly, but u get my point...

*method, not theory...i'm too intertwinded with my mythology homework....

well i'm really a newbie, so...what is the Alexander theory? mind, i have not read the Robert bruce books yet, but i plan to very very soon.[:I]
