OBE means you're crazy according to some religious people and governments. I'm crazy.

Using hands makes TK harder because it supports the idea that physical things are part of the cause of TK. Would you use your hands to OBE?

Since you know you can do it now, put the glass back on. Its not much harder since the force of telekinesis will easily go around any physical object.

You probably were moving it small amounts before. I'm good at telekinesis. A few times, it turned for hours. Sometimes I would leave the building to do other things and find it still spinning when I came back. Other times I can barely move it a millimeter. This is all in a closed container.

You dont see an aura with your eyes. Looking directly at the person whose aura you want to see is not necessary.

if mind = consciousness, then you still have to define consciousness, therefore you have to define mind.

why does it matter how many posts or stars you have?

To suck the energy out you would first need to know how to break off part of a sine wave without using much energy, leaving it with less amplitude.

You could use lots of energy to make a second wave to do destructive interference, but it would bounce off and heat a near part of the object.

Maybe you could convert heat to an other form of energy, like light or kinetic energy.

A very interesting theory that explains a lot previously unexplained. I think its more likely than normal science's explanation.

I can move things (telekinesis) without leaving my body, so it should also possible out of body. It stays where I moved it.

You shouldnt need much or any energy to freeze something because the total energy in the thing you're freezing decreases.

That point of no return is a lie. The sun will add energy, even if most of it bounces off. This energy has nowhere to go and will accumulate until the ice melts.
