IM a Certified Hypnotist and no one can be hypnotized against there will.  Only if they are willing.  But they can be hypnotized if you by pass their clinical and analytical thinking.

My Hypnosis Instructor told us that we should be hypnotized by him so we would know what it will be like when we hypnotize our subjects.

Which is a good Idea that why I'll know what's going on with my subjects during the session?

Hi everyone,

A psychic told me that I will become a healer that was in 1969.   Each psychic that I saw during my life said the same thing.

The fist psychic told me that before I went into the woods where I had my experienc.

Im 48 years old now but when I was 9 or 10 years old I was in the woods in North Carolina in USA and I stopped in a field and I look up into the blue sky and ask God to make me a healer.

When I said that it came from my heart and all of a sudden I felt the surrge of energy surround me and the back of my neck felt charged and my whole body became very hot and a huge presents of love surrounded me and in me.

After that I felt this energy between my palms and it felt like a force field in between my palms.

I let that go for many years then my wife has a friend in her school that did Reiki. Debbi brought her to our house and she talk to me about Reiki.

Then she did the attunment.  After about 30 or 40 seconds into it she stopped and said "I shouldn't be doing this". I said "Why" She said "Because your already there" - "A Healer".

I ask her would it make a difference if she finnish'd the attunment and she she No and she finnish'd it.

So I was attunded by God.  I think he saw the good in a childs hart and granted me that request.

I do Reiki Healings in Pennys Chat Room and In mine.  Which is good becaus you can hear the people on line as the feel this wonderful energy come to them on the internet.

Especially when they live in all parts of the world.

[VISUALIZATION]

VISUALIZATION


Not everyone visualized the same, for each individual it is different.  When asking someone to visualize, you may find some that say they are unable to or that they just don't know how.  This is not surprising but very common with most people.

However, I have developed a method that I've been successful with using to teach most people to visualize.  The truth is that everyone can and do visualize, but do not understand what visualization is nor that they have been doing it all of their lives.  So, instead of explaining this to people who would not believe you any way, I have found a way to convince them that visualization can be taught.

Begin by asking him to think of an apple.  Tell him that maybe it is so red and ripe that  the skin may even have little white specks in it.  Ask him to let you know when he sees this in his mind.  Once he affirms that he sees in his mind the apple, then ask him to change the apple to an orange.  Maybe the skin of this orange is so that it even has the little dimples of the skin.  When this has been accomplished then go on to a lemon, a bright yellow lemon.

Then the leaves of a tree, the leaves are a deep green.  The afternoon sky, so blue and clear.  Next the dark indigo blue of a night sky.  He may even notice the twinkling of stars.  Then the early morning sky when just before the sun breaks on the horizon in the east where you notice the color violet in the morning sky.  Finally, pure white puffy clouds, high in that beautiful sky.

To visualize is to see within the mind and not by use of the eyes.  An image in the mind is not usually as clear or solid as the image we see with the eyes.  Some people do not relate to colors but might relate other things like objects or memories of places and even people they have seen.

Remember to go slow giving him enough time to focus his thoughts on what you are asking him to visualize.  Once it is clear to him move on to another target.  Praise him as he progresses to create a form of positive reinforcement.  When he responds favorably to this technique, then bring to his attention; what he has done is called visualization.

Hi James,

Hypnosis is achieved when the subject is willing to be hypnotized.  The main thing that stops people from going into direct hypnosis is fear.

Even 1% of fear will stop the person from going into it. But every human being do's Indirect Hypnosis everyday but they don't know how there doing it.

Which is day dreaming, watching a movie or TV or just walking and you turn inward and think about other things as you walk along that is consider'd light hypnosis or day dreaming?

All hypnosis is self hypnosis, we as hypnotists are just vocal coaches directing the person.  The person is really doing the hypnosis.

Once fear is gone then 100 people out of 100 will be hypnotized.

Hi Patrik,

Im a Certified Advanced Hypnotist and you can reach a deeper state of Somnambulism with some different techniques that we use.

By doubling tripling then going 10 times deeper doing this 3 times, then fractionation's.  That would be like counting from 1 to 7,000 in a short period of time with the new techniques.

Once in that Deeper Somnambulistic State you can stay there for hours or as long as you want.

While your in that State a KEY WORD  will be given to you so when you say it in your mind you will go back into that same deep relax state again in seconds.

Hi featus,

This will help relax your eyes.  First as you lay down I want you to keep your head completely still, then slowly move your eyes upward just above your eyebrows.

Then pick a spot on the ceiling and find a mark on the ceiling or a crack anything on the ceiling if not just put a piece of tape on the ceiling slightly past your head as you look up.

Just look at it without taking your eyes off of it.  You will notice your eye lids becoming heavy and tired in a few seconds or a minute you will want to close them. When it feels like you cant keep them open thats when you close them.  Then say to yourself in your mind.

"Just let those eyes relax.  Let the muscles around the eyes relax.  Relax them to a point where they won't open.  Relax them.  Relax the muscles so they just won't work.  When you're sure they won't, test them and make sure they won't.  They are so relaxed".

At this point very slowly try to open them and you will find they wont open they are so Relax'd that you dont want to open them they are so relax'd.

Your experiencing hypnotic paralysis, which is just before interring sleep or the end of the sleep cycle.

When one is in a paralyzed state one is in a hypnotic state, being in that state one has a Conscious awareness.

As you stay calm in that awareness state just think the thought "I can move my body" that simple phrase will end the paralysis.

Hello Lullabi,

I use pendulums also but you have to remember that your asking questions to you Subconscious Mind and it thinks as a 5 year old so you have to ask the questions clearly and in a short sentence.

When you ask a question on " Is anything going to happen in 2045 " that is a General guestions and it wont answer the question. You have to give a direct question like " Will a war be going on in the year 2045"  So you have to be specific on how you say it.

It would be if I ask you to get a book for me in the big library. If that is all I said then you wouldn't know which book or what location to get it.  So you have to be more specific on how you say it.

When I use the chart for the pendulum I ask it to swing in the direction of a Yes then a No. So I'm allowing my Subconscious to choose.

Then I'll ask it which direction for "I can't answer" and the other way for "I don't know"

Hi Aries,

Its only 5 pages long but it seems longer on this post.  When I went to school for the class a few years ago I thought it was long also.  But as I read it, it didn't seem that long.

And it depends on the person reading it but for me I would read it in about 45 minutes to an hour.  Because as you read you will notice three dots in the sentences and paragraphs, ( ... ) There in there for a purpose, as the reader comes to the 3 dots he or she has to pause for 4 slow seconds, then continue to read.  This give the Subconscious time to aborb the information, suggestion, ext. to go deeper into the Subconscious mind.

Link Shadow is right, my Instructor Bridget said it this way to simplify it.  

She said "Think of yourself as a garden hose, the garden hose was inactive for many years and dirt gets in the hose".  When you try to turn on the faucet a little water trickles out.  But as the time go's by the water pushing out the dirt and the water comes out stronger and faster.  Then in time all the dirt is washed out completely and the water flows out freely with no obstructions".

So as the spirit guides channel Reiki through the top of my head I can channel it down my neck, into the shoulders, down my arms and out my hands.

Hi everyone:

I was born with an ability of Reiki, but I didn't know what it was or what it is call'd.  

When I reached 45 years old my wife's friend came over because Debbi told her I like that stuff, so Bridgett came over.

She started the Attunement and stop in about 30 seconds. As she was doing the Attunement I sent a surge of energy up into her palms.  She pulled away and said "I shouldn't be doing this your already there"  I said "What do you mean" and she said "Your already a healer"  

Then she told me the history of Reiki, so she expain'd the principals and hand positions to do Reiki.

I used it on my first First Aid treatment on my friend Dean. About 2 years ago he cut the tips of his two fingers off near the first knuckle on his had on the lawn mower.

When he came back from the hospital they where all bandaged up and he was in great pain.

I ask him if he wanted to try Reiki and he said "Frank IM in so much pain I'd take anything."  So I treated him with it, with in 30 seconds the pain was gone.  I gave him Reiki for 45 minutes 3 times that week.

I told him that his fingers would heal very quickly and the won't be black and blue or swollen.

So Dean and his wife Tracy went back to the doctors a week later and when the bandages came off the doctors where surpassed, the fingers where bright pink and they weren't swollen.

Some yes I would go for it and be attuned.

Something else to think about?

One of the outstanding aspects of Jesus' life was the miracles he worked. According to the Bible, Jesus walked on water, fed five thousand people with five loaves of bread and two fishes, changed water to wine and raised people from the dead. However, the most meaningful of his miracles were the healings he performed. These healings include: paralysis, lameness, fever, catalepsy, hemorrhage, skin disease, mental disorders, spirit possession, deafness and blindness. Many of these healings were accomplished by the laying on of hands. This is indicated frequently in the New Testament, Luke 4:40 states: "When the Sun was setting, the people brought to Jesus all who had various kinds of sickness, and laying his hand on each one, he healed them."

In Matthew 8:14-15, Jesus uses touch to heal Peter's mother-in-law of a fever. In Mark 1:40-42 Jesus uses his hands to heal a man with leprosy. This is also mentioned in Luke 5:12-13. Matthew 20:29-34 describes how Jesus healed two blind men by touching their eyes and in Mark 8:22-25 Jesus uses his hands to heal another blind man. In Mark 7:32 35 he uses touch to heal a man who is deaf and can't speak. In Luke 7:12-15, Jesus raises a dead man by touching his coffin and in Luke 8:49-55 Jesus uses touch to return a dead girl to life.

There are many similarities between the laying on of hands healing Jesus did and the practice of Reiki. One important similarity is the fact that Jesus could pass the power to heal on to others which is similar to the Reiki attunement process. We read in Luke 9:1-2 that Jesus gave his twelve disciples power to drive out all demons and to cure diseases. We do not know by what process Jesus gave healing power to his disciples, but the fact that he was able to pass it on to them indicates an important similarity with Reiki.

Another aspect of Jesus' healing practice that is similar to Reiki relates to faith. While faith was required for many of the healings he performed, it appears that the healings Jesus did with his hands did not require faith. Mark 6:5-6 states: "He could not do any miracles there, except lay his hands on a few sick people and heal them. And he was amazed at their lack of faith." So, in spite of the fact that they did not believe, Jesus was still able to use laying on of hands to heal. This is one of the important aspects of Reiki: It does not require faith on the part of those receiving a treatment in order for the Reiki to work.

The fact that Jesus had secret teachings he gave only to those who he had given healing power is clearly indicated in Matthew 13:10-11 and Mark 4:10-12 & 34. Secret knowledge is also part of the Reiki teachings in that the symbols as well as the process of doing attunements are traditionally kept secret and only made available to those who take a Reiki class.

It is not known whether Jesus was born with the ability to heal through touch or if this was something he acquired. His activities between age twelve and thirty are not mentioned in the Bible. It has been suggested by several researchers that during this time Jesus traveled to the East and was schooled in many of the mystical teachings of India, Tibet and China. If this is so, it is possible that Jesus was initiated into a healing technique, during this time.

On the other hand, it is possible that Jesus was taught directly by God or the Holy Spirit or simply had these abilities from birth. There is some good information indicating that the healing methods of Jesus were preserved by the Church of the East and passed on by it's missionaries who traveled along the Silk Road and other trade routes to India, Tibet and China. It is possible that this information on healing could have been incorporated into the religious teachings of the East and therefore could have been the original source of the Reiki techniques that were used by Dr. Usui.

The early followers of Jesus' teachings were made up of several groups. One such group was the Gnostics. They practiced laying on of hands and professed to have a secret knowledge that had been passed on to them by Jesus and his disciples. The Gnostics were made up of many smaller groups some of which were known as the Docetists, the Marcionites, and the Carpocratians. They were united by their core beliefs which included: a personal experience of Jesus or the "kingdom of heaven within," their freedom and lack of rules, guidelines or creeds and their reliance on inspiration and inner guidance. Their existence is attested to by the Gnostic gospels which are part of the Nag Hamadi Library which was discovered in Egypt in 1959. The fact that Jesus had additional teachings not recorded in the Bible is attested to in a letter written in the second century AD by the early Church father, Clement of Alexandria. In Clement's letter, he spoke of a secret gospel of Mark which was based on the normal canonical one but with additions for special followers of Jesus, referred to as "those who were being perfected" and "those who are being initiated into the great mysteries."

When Christianity became organized after the second century, its teachings were centered around faith and the official teachings of the church, rather than healing or "good works" and inner guidance as practiced by the Gnostics. At this time, those promoting the organization of the church began subduing and banishing those Gnostics who would not conform to the authority of the newly developing Church. In addition they tried to destroy the Gnostic gospels. With the elimination of the Gnostics and the establishment of the Official Christian Church, the practice of laying on hands by lay Christians was strongly discouraged.

Jesus possessed great confidence in his ability and was able to heal in an instantaneous way with spectacular results. It is clear that he had perfected many skills and used them in conjunction to get the results he created. Clearly the Bible indicates that he did healing by laying on hands and also indicated that we could do the same. The teachings of Jesus, as well as the example he set are a great inspiration for us.

Everyone that gos into hypnosis is always in control of their actions mentally and physically.  The person only takes the suggestions that they want to take and use.

Alot of people still see hypnosis as a scary thing. All hypnosis is self hypnosis, the hypnotist is only a guide.

Most people see hypnosis on tv the movies and on stage and they thing they have the whole picture of what hypnosis is.  What you see on tv movies or stage shows is only 1/16 of what it really is and what it can do by you.

Before one puts it down do some reasearch or take a class.  Its the same with Astral Projection if you never experienced or studied it. It would be scary or its imposible to do.

It was documented and told by Charles Lindbergh the guy thata flew across the Atlantic Ocean to Paris said that he AP'd during his flight across the ocean.

He said that he saw his plane flying and he was following it. But the difference here was that he was still controling the plane as he was out side the plane.
