Howdy kurty Kurt,physun thanks for the responses i have been continuing to try these guided
meditations i bought on line they do light breathing and pore breathing and other stuff. Any ways i
always get very itchy is this common? I have also been to a point where my whole body is very tingly
and numb but i still can't lose perception of my body or shift my awareness. when i feel my awareness
shifting i become aware of it and come back right away. Thanks fellas any more tips appreciated.

when i am trying to sleep or even meditate i see a pair of eyes in my mind. could be my magination but
they look pretty real to me.

Howdy steel hawk thanks for responding so i guess letting my mind wander is the wrong way to go.
I can empty my mind of thought but i just don't seem to deepen that way.Perhaps i need to hold
an empty mind longer to deepen i don't know but its worth trying thanks for the help. How long does
it usually take you to enter deep meditation? I just can't lose perception of body i am always aware
of my surroundings.

Howdy illusionist i was also wondering some fun things to try any one have any ideas for a first timer?

Howdy folks i have been trying to astral project or meditate with out any luck. I have a hard time deepening into a trance state the only way i can deepen is to let my mind wander and i start thinking
of nonsense. I can't tell you what i am thinking about but it seems like nonsense any way as soon as
i realize i am deepening and become aware of it i come out faster than i went in. how can i deepen
and regain awareness with out coming back? any advice will help i have tried guided meditations
but that seems to make it harder for me. Even falling asleep is a real challenge for me i once was up
for a full week with out any sleep simply because i couldn't enter sleep.I am taking melatonin as a sleep
aid it helps but its still hard. Any thoughts on deepening or sleeping leave your tips here.

Howdy folks: My name is rusty and i am on a spiritual quest. I was raised non-religous no church nothing.
Now that i am older(32) i am compelled to start praying i have started to pray but i fear i am doing it wrong. Here is a couple questions i have regarding prayer.

#1 Is it ok to pray mentally? Or do i need to kneel with my hands together and pray out load?

#2 Can i make up my own prayers? What guide lines should i follow i know gratitude and repent any others? I am trying to connect with my higherself,Jesus,angels,god,ascended masters etc

If anyone is experienced in pray please leave a reply. If you know some prayers leave one. Thanks

Howdy partner thanks for the reply: so if i understand correctly anything i experience during astral projection is my own mind creation. And thats why if i think i am projecting to hell i will go to hell.
And thats why if i visit my uncle it won't be him but only my preception of him am i right?
To clarify when i asked what happens if i get scared you said i wont be able to project what i
meant was what if i get scared on the astral plane after i have already projected?
And #6 i don't understand what you mean lose focus lose focus of what. I want to know how to
end my experience if i choose to.

#1 The return of Jesus. a spiritual teacher of his caliber will surely return. I believe his body has been kept and preserved all these years. He can't be reborn as a baby no one will believe its him.

#2 A great war between good and evil (one reason we need Jesus back)

#3 Poles reversing (causing unrest and possible anarchy)

#4 cataclysms

Don't know what else will happen but its an exiting time to be alive i hope i am still here to see it all.
