that same thing happens to me when i dream too but not often, i used to think its because id been disturbed and wasnt fully asleep but now ive read more im sure its not. i can also change what happens in the dream (if i dont like it) sometimes i wake and get up for a drink etc, go back to sleep and my dream will carry on were it left off! anyone explain this?? thankyou x

July 25, 2003, 14:31:01Thankyou all so much for your replies, i think, well, im sure i saw colour auras today.but do they move? like a slow chasing effect? or is this because my eyes kept wandering towards the colour?? Also after straining my poor brow chakra to death i had a sharp nasty pain rite were it is for about 3 hours. Is this normal or am i over excited and reading to far into a headache?
