I'm not sure what books are good.  However, clairvoyance is no stranger to me.  This is actually what got me started into AP.  Long story and not time to write it all, but I have found some sites that will help you in your voyage.

This is a wonderful and entertaining post.  I'm a really happy that you brought this up.  I have not AP'ed yet.  I'm really looking forward to it, but as many have told me, it takes time []  This makes me want to AP even more.  The things I love most about life is enjoyment and love.  Thanks for your post, atleaset I now know that there is more hope for humanity...

I have to post to this, and I'm not exactly sure what I'm going to type, but it feels as if the information will come out right.  When I read your post, I felt a ton of pain.  Regret, questions, and why me's.  I also got the sensation that you feel no matter what you do, you won't get rid of what is near you.  For some reason I feel that you need to ignore this "bad luck" move on.  I know it's hard, but you must not give up.  You are strong, you made it this far!  Ignore it, don't let it get to you.  Things may get worse, but think about it.  How would you feel if someone kept ignoring you?  You'd want to find an easy victim right?  That's what it has done.  It upsets you so much that it knows you won't ingore it.  Be strong!  Face it and tell it to go back to hell.  Like I said, I'm no expert, but this is what came out of my head to my fingers, and I'm not sure why.  Good luck, and Please be strong.  Your always protected, even if it seems as if you aren't. Love your way.

I also get them, but its more like a muscle spasm.  I think that you have muscle spasms because you are relazing tight, or tense muscles.  It's not uncommon when relaxing, especially when you have do nothing but walk or work out all day long.

Very interesting view Arie.  However, I'm not exactly convinced that it is an emotional measure.  If I have a problem, I talk to someone I know.  I'm not the type of person not to state how I feel, or if something/one is bothering me.  Anger- It happens, but it goes quick.  And for physics, hehe, if I don't understand I strive to get the answer correct.  Usually if I get too stressed, I develop a headache.   The tension between my eyebrows has just recently (maybe 2 months) developed.  I don't believe that it is bad.  As for praying, as always, I don't pray for "things"  I pray for people, give thanks, and for good values.  As if this really matters, because it's really not something I wish to talk about.  (Sorry, I know that sounds rude, but my relationship with god is personal.  I hope you can understand this, if not, then sorry [])  Thanks again for the view, it really helps me evaluate my situation. do a search on this site for pendulums, thats how i talk with my guides.  Also, even though you may not notice, but you talk to your guides every day.  They give you information all the time!

Dreams can be warnings also, don't forget that not all dreams are for your amusement []  What i mean is- you felt disappointed, this can be a warning, that maybe this wonderfuly hot girl is not the right girl for you.  You may think she is the best at first, but find out that she isn't so great after all.  Deja-vu's are a normal thing for everyone.  This may be one, but I'd take caution with it []

*one little note on deja-vu's  They are telling you what happens, when you have them!  They don't always tell you what happens the moments after, but I usualy remember from my dreams :/

Ok S.G.s are the ones who help you find out who you are.  They help you whenever you need them.  They help you find answers.  They help you be, well you...  I can't explain why we have them, but they are the best thing to have  I have 2 Spiritual guides that I know of so far.  I have heard, though I'm not sure if its true, that one person can have up to 5 spiritual guides.  I hope this helps you out a bit, if not, I'll get you a link to a great website.  Take care.

Did you feel a slight bit dizzy?  Usually I'll get dizzy, while feeling heavy, so-say.  These are normal in a deep trance, and when attempting to AP.

I also have nightmares, but they don't wake me up. I had one just last night about the U.S. getting taken over, kinda strange.  No need to fear, just to learn from dreams []

I've had friends like that before.  My advice, do not let them get any where close to you. As for being a puppet, you can only be one if you let yourself be one.  Always think highly for yourself. Try saying things to yourself to make you feel better about who you are. Good luck

That's typical in meditation. Just ignore it and it'll go away. I head sounds too, but mine were A BUNCH, kinda like a bus station, or reccess at school.  Everyone was speaking to me at once, kinda cool, but very freaky.

Morning goly seeds from wal-mart, etc, are coated, but if you plant them, and when they give off more seendlings, they are not coated! Hence, you can have pretty flowers, then you can have a nice experiece and see those pretty flowers again! hehehe
