Yes, of course you can pull of Matrix moves in the Astral. However things like bullet time might be kind of hard. Slowing down your surroundings. Doesn't that require a lot of mental energy?

Sex, can do/create anything (magic, swords, change appearence, summon whatever (Ifrit and Shiva lolololo11one), Kamehameha), explore the universe, many different worlds/realms out there, ET's/beings on other planets, gain higher knowledge, visit videogame/movie/fantasy/book/Anime worlds (YES! You can go to any fictional world. FF7, Lord Of The Rings, MGS *drool*), meet other Astral travelers, meet higher entities, Astral wildlife (so many beings to see), create a sword/pulse gun/or just use ki energy and go hunt Negative Entities (fun), meet desceased pets...........

Now then. You can do some pretty wacky stuff like ki Blasts but they DO take skill, mental energy and experience. Can't do it just like that []

Err, sort of. You can open your Chakra's yourself but its difficult to close them again. You should just leave them to close buy themselves. When you project they open by themselves. Umm, now for the next bit. Not quite sure, here's 2 answers depending on what you mean:
1) If your physical body simply turns over the chakra's will not close.
2) When you go back in your physical body I suppose they close on their own after a while.

Evil things can arrive to us in the Astral, but yes, they can only scare us. If they can hurt us (VERY VERY RARE), then the damage will be minimal. At your own risk? There's really no risk to it.

Mental activity? I don't think so. If its just the normal aura then she falls under 'joy, freedom, non-attachment, freeing or releasing vital forces' which seems normal and has nothing to do with mental activity to me.

It seems to me like you had sleep paralysis. Its when your mind is awake but your body is asleep, hence, you can't move your body. During this, well, you know, creepy stuff happens.
