wow ybom really i got something similar i got two blisters that look like snake bites on my left hand the weird thing is it appeared there after i had a dream of shaking a mans hand while we were shaking hands he said something about my nails and i remember having a real nervous feeling in my stomach and than i woke up and had these on my hand that was like a month ago and it wont go away i whent to the school nurse and she said it looks like i got bitten by a snake i dont have a snake.
