        this is only a theory buddy as i sleep soundly but not heavily.....maybe you can try and stay conscious as sleep takes you....don't let it drag you down....and also don't eat anything for a couple of hours before to go to beddy pies...and drink lots of water....ALL THE TIME.....hope it helps...  []
