Well I found an effective method for visualising/focusing. "Zoom the camera to your visualisation".
Most of people don't makes real visualising even they can do a better work. When the visualisation become more detailed the phasing process become so much powerful. When you visualise an object -for example an apple- try to see it closer and closer. Do this zooming activity in the whole phasing process and do not forget to keep you eyes relaxed¬ using your eyes.
