Well i think i've gotten futher into projecting  :evil:
I was lying on my bed in the early hours and tried to project. As i relaxed i imagined seeing the view i would if i was laid on my sofa. After a few minutes imagining it i actually saw the few with my eyes closed. A strong energy rush went down my body but i stopped after that coz i kinda farted x)
Any ideas?  :-D

Hey Everyone! :roll:
Last night i attempted to project trying the ROPE method. As i was attempting i got vibrations. As i got these vibrations i was still climbing the rope. My body slowly started to lift itself but it felt more like my physical body. Also during my attempt to project i saw my room through my eyes. Is it possible to gain sight while in the vibrations?

Hey Everyone

I find it hard to reach the hypnagogic state and could do with some decent techniques. I've being tying the Breathing technique but i can't do with it. Any more Ideas?  :evil:

Anybody know what happened?

I was sleeping at my cusins house and set the alarm clock for 8 in the morning. When it got to about 8 i woke up in my bed at home hearing the alarm. I started to look around for where the noise was comming from but realised i was sleeping at my cusins then i woke up at her house. When i woke up at first i was confused and felt full of energy.

Any Ideas?

I've never AP but have been trying for months with no success yet :) but still trying.
