i just have to say one thing . dbz is not the only thing ppl take "ki attacks " from.yu yu hakusho is another one and i thought you might as well put it up to.

your just afraid that if you put all your energy into something you might fail.
and just by holding back that energy your telling your self that "i can't do this" and giving up is one of those feelings.
so stop crying like a baby and do something about it.
