Thanks for the info but, I am still looking for a procedure to follow in order to do what you suggest.  Can you provide such a procedure in narrative form or perhaps suggest where I can get one?   thanks again

You could try to link the freqs to musical notes or colors but you it won't for the low freqs (the most interesting ones)...

I think the "best" is to just do it (lowering your brainwaves) over and over and try to get a "feeling" at each level...  And then, just bring back that feeling to get back to that freq.

If you're rich, you can even buy an EGG biofeedback thing to check the frequency.  I would love to get one of these to be able to test what techniques works best.

I am more surprised at the responses than the article itself.

In the absence of evidence to support their demonic view of the Astral why dignify the article with a response?  Additionally, it should equally be possible to rise above such articles with more thought rendering articles that moves our efforts of the Astral forward.

Hey everyone!

I was surfing the net and came across this message board:

http://www.exposingsatanism.org/cgi-bin/forum/ikonboard.cgi?s=67f8e03f71f7a88726f15e49fec753ef;act=ST;f=1;t=78

(just copy and paste to your browser)

It made me sad, but I thought others might like to see it to better understand different viewpoints, and possibly find better ways to educate the general public.

So what do you think?

I have finished my first cut at the different brainwave frequencies(Beta - Delta) and the definitions of the specific frequencies within each. If anyone wishes to contribute to corrections/additions/modifications etc., please do so. Unsuccessfully tried to attach my Excel .xls file. .xls files not allowed.  Sorry about that. did a cut and paste into this msg.

Beta: 13 to 30 Hz.          The Beta level is associated with outward awareness, the taking in and evaluating of various forms of data received through the senses; it is present with worry, anger, fear, hunger, and surprise.
13.00 Hz - 30.00 Hz      is the NORMAL awakened, daily functioning state

High Beta: 30 to 500 Hz.          The High Beta level is not associated currently with any state of mind. Some effects have been observed, but currently not enough research has been done in this area, to prove, or disprove, anything
35.00 Hz       Awakening of mid-chakras; balance of chakras
55.00 Hz       Tantric yoga; stimulates the kundalini
   63.00 Hz       Astral projection
70.00 Hz       Mental and astral projection
80.00 Hz       Awareness and control of right direction
83.00 Hz       Third eye opening for some people
90.00 Hz       Good feelings; security, well being, balancing
105.00 Hz       Overall view of complete situation
   108.00 Hz       Total knowing
·         35.00 Hz Awakening of mid-chakras; balance of chakras.    120.00 Hz - 500.00 Hz      P.S.I.; moving of objects, changing matter; transmutation

Alpha: 7 to 13 Hz         The Alpha level is associated with a non-drowsy but relaxed, tranquil state of consciousness, primarily with pleasant inward awareness; body/mind integration
7.00 Hz       Mental and astral projections; bending objects; psychic surgery
7.50 Hz       Inter-awareness of self and purpose; guided meditation; creative thought for art, invention, music, etc.; contact with spirit guides for direction
   7.83 Hz       Earth resonance (Beck).
8.00 Hz       Level for past life regression
8.30 Hz       Pickup visual imagery of mental objects
9.00 Hz       Awareness of causes of body imbalances and means for balance
10.50 Hz       Frequency to go for healing of the body; mind/body connection; firewalking.
12.00 Hz       Centering; frequency of earth resonance (Hercules - a researcher).

Theta: 3 to 7 Hz.          The Theta level is normally associated with recall, fantasy, imagery, creativity, inspiration, future planning, dreaming, switching thoughts, and drowsiness.
3.50 Hz       Feeling of one with everything; accelerated language retention.
5.50 Hz       Moves beyond knowledge to knowing; shows visions of growth needed.
6.30 Hz       Mental and astral projection; accelerated learning and increased memory retention

Delta: 0.1 to 3 Hz.         The Delta level is normally associated with a deep dreamless sleep, trance state, and non-REM type of sleep
1.00 Hz       Feeling of well-being; pituitary stimulation to release growth hormone; overall view of inter-relationships.

//www.bwgen.com has the frequencies and the product to produce these states through binural technology. However, one of the most useful ways to hypnotize yourself, is using a recording of your own voice.

Remember, hypnotism is about giving positive suggestions and statments, really mellow things like "you will have a lucid dream." The more relaxed you are, the better you can use self hypnosis, using a relaxing tone helps alot.

It wont be easy to try and listen to some binural frequencies AND self hypnosis, so you should have your hypnosis thing on repeat, and go into trance / meditation naturally. You dont need to use an audio recording, but its alot easier.

I have purchased and installed BWGen SW and all of the presets and I am now in the process of producing a matrix in order to align the different brain wave frequencies with a desired state.  Will provide my idea when I have the concept and ask all readers to offer input.

Thanks for your response and input.

Unfortunately no. My question(s), however, still remain, i.e.,

How does one self-hypnotize when in a trance, and then give yourself a trigger to bring you to an altered state? Can you provide a procedure to follow to anchor a focus state to deal with pain? From all my reading, there are so many descriptions of what a Theta State can do for you and, if the Theta State has a frequency range from x to y, which one of those frequency ranges within Theta do you decide to use, and then how do you program it to be recalled(triggered) at a later time?

When looking at the list of presets provided by BW Gen and the additional presets one can download it becomes clear that there are so many categories of choice within each of the Alpha, Theta, Delta, brainwave frequencies how does one anchor(remember the feeling etc.,) all of these choices.  How does one entrain for all of these categories?  Need some advice on how to do this.

I have succeeded with the Mozilla Browser and have, as you suggested, unchecked play sound in Web Page.  Thanks again for the help

Hello hannerl,

I guess you only need 5 files ... they are here as a single zip but will unzip into the 5 files with the correct names for there associated presets http://sbwave.com/temp/bwg_waves.zip (~2.5 Mb)

Let me know if/when you successfully downloaded it otherwise I'll probably delete it sometime next week.

By the way it sounds like you have IE set to "play" sounds instead of download them if you go into your menu Tools => Internet Options => click the Advanced Tab then scroll down to "Multimedia" you can "UNcheck" the "Play Sounds in Webpage" option. You may also want to get one of the free file downloaders like Download Accelerator.

In any event Good Luck!

Successful!!!   Many thanks for the Mozilla idea.  It worked just fine and I now have all the backgrounds I need.  [:D][:D][:D]

Oh, I see.  You cannot save them to disk, but can only load them into mediaplayer...  Hum... I don't use IE but what about shift-clicking the links...?  Otherwise, if you are really desesperate, you can download the Mozilla browser for free:

ZIP downloads are fine. If you go to  http://www.bwgen.com/presets/inx_oobe.htm  the 3rd column is titled Background...etc. I would like all of these sounds if possible and you can ZIP them to me.  Please be aware that each sound must exist as individual named .wav files otherwise I am not able to get them into the BWGen Folder.  Thanks very much for your help.

hannerl, can you donwload other file types like .zip ? If so just pm me the list of wav files that you want/need and I can zip them and put them on my site for you to download. I suspect I already have the files you are looking for like "heartbeat and ironballs" though there are a few different heartbeat files.

When I right click on any of the website info you provided I get the drop down menu but cannot use the "Save Target As" feature even though it is visible(but barely).I am using IE 6.0

I can download and play each of the sounds but after doing so the window is only visible as a sliding bar that moves as the sound plays but I have no possiblity to save the .wav file to the BWGen Folder.

Are you sure your problem is downloading them?
What is the error message?
Can you enumarate which steps you take?

Or just try from here:

Go to the following website http://www.bwgen.com/presets/inx_oobe.htm and you find three columns.  The 2nd column has presets and the 3rd column has different wave file sounds which I want to load into the BWGen Folder making the sounds available to the presets that I already have in the BWGen Folder.  This is where I am having difficulty and need help. I am unable to get any of these files into the bwgen folder.  Look forward to your response and thanks for responding.

I have no problem with the normal download of the presets which include(most of the time) the background sounds.  However, there are presets which you do not get with BWGen( I have registered) that are available but as I said, I am unsuccessful in downloading wave files such as heartbeat and ironballs, etc.  This is where I need help.  Thanks anyway.

Have you registered yet?

If not, then you cant use the downloadable presets.

If you have, then, I dont know what to do about it.  Every time I download a preset from their site a background is already with the file instead of having to go and download it.  Did that answer your question?

I myself don't know much about the BWGen and I would love to learn how to make my own so if anybody here knows how to make them please answer mine and her question better than I did.

I find that the method of communication Squeek criticizes rather refreshing and it is certainly unique and creative both in style and use.  I am neither old fashioned nor overly modern but rather someone who appreciates creativity and style.

The only observation I have thus far on Squeeks comments is that he missed commenting on the frequent use of a level of vocabulary that can only be described as unfortunate.  There are certainly better ways to use ones communication skills to uplift, rather than degrade, with the infamous four letter word and its variations. Let us not forget the young minds that may have access to this forum.

Thanks for the reply.  Forgot to mention that I have the Monroe Gateway CD Series and have also installed the BWgen demo version.

Although I have had some success with the Monroe CDs, the BW gen seems to work better for me.  Having said that, I would be interested in knowing the relationship between the BW gen frequencies and the Monroe Focus states.  I do understand that Monroe has used multiple frequencies to ??? create what he calles Focus States and that it would not be possible to reproduce this mix with the BW gen to get the equivalent results.  However, I would appreciate some comments to help me move forward. For example, if I had some idea of the BW gen frequencies that came close to Monroe's Focus 3, 10,12, and 21 states I think it would be possible for me to move forward.

I don't know the exact frequencies the Monroe Institute uses for the different focus levels from Focus 10 till Focus 27, but I am using their tapes for a year now. They sell on their site www.monroeinstitue.org the tapes called Wave 1 - 7 and you can experience Focus levels 10 till 21 (21 will be found on Wave 7 Odyssey). You must attend their seminars to get till Focus 27 which is the highest you can get from them. and that is Gateway Voyage and Lifeline. You experience Focus level 33/34 if you attend Exploration 27 and till Focus 49 if you attend the new seminar Starline, which started in October 2003.
I can tell you from my own experience that the brain is trained with the tapes to reach the different focus levels and then you can do the same without the tapes, although I do on a daily basis Focus 27. The experience of course of the tapes in the institute is much better and more clear, due to the energy of the place.
I would recommend you to get Wave 7 Odyssey and the new Wave 6 with Free Flow 15 and the tape Free Flow 12 from another Wave.
