life without challenges with be worthless, everyone at times feels like they would be better of dead but i don't feel as if that's the rite choice. I was depressed blaming everyone blaming my self for randoms stuff but one day i just starting thinking . I got one life to live therefor im going to live it how i want to . What i mean by that is spent less time thinking about how life sucks and spend more time doing things I like and enjoy . Try new things out you cant know if you like paintballing for example if you never played it .. Experience new things , explore and trust me life would be much better. Doctors can give u pills treatments and all that but thats all BS . You got the cure you just gotta find it within you . Start by having fun man who gives a bonk what people things or say cause i dont. I been trying to astral project for month and a half straight everyday never had success yet yes i do get frustrated then im like ahhh maybe tomorrow maybe tomorrow and keep trying it will happen sooner or later and please dont feel as if your the only person in the world to feel like that cause everyone can relate to your story one way or another just keep your head high have some fun buy a video game console dominate some little kids then make fun of them haha why not .   

thats so true , ever since i started to learn about astral projection my mind is more open and calm and i can remember my dreams before i would forget them . But a dream like i had never happen again after that which i'm kinda thankful in a way

 I was about 6 or 7 years old one night i went to bed and had a dream . I didnt know i was dreaming because it felt like it was real time and i was rite there . Basically what happened in the dream was me and my grandma went to her friends house to help her friend move and i was hiding under her couch cause i didnt want to be in the way , after couple of minutes these guys brought in a glass cabin window and my grandmothers friend tried helping them put it on then the glass break and boom i woke up . So the next day guess what happens I relive exactly what i dreamed of . We went to her house i was under the couch if course it felt like a dejavu cause i seen it happen in the dream the day before the guys brought in the glass window she went and helped them the glass broke , then the glass cut her like really bad wide open they rushed her to the hospital and she has been paralyzed ever since . I feel like its my fault for not saying anything but i didnt kno i though it was just a dream . Do you guys think i was astral projecting or just a physic dream ? and i still feel guilty to this day for not saying anything cause if i did she might of not been paralyzed .. what you guys think ?

thanks light for the reply , I been trying to do it for a month straight no success yet but ill keep trying im going to take today and tomorrow off tho to see how that works out . I also heard masturbation is bad if you want to have a obe because it takes a lot of energy so try to stay away from that hopefully i will have results soon im not giving up though

 Hello to everyone, I'm 19 years old male from Canada . I randomly came across a video on astral projection about a month ago and ever since then I started reading and trying to learn how to achieve it. I'm getting better and better at it each time I try . I'm a type a person that gets bored of stuff easily but to have this experience I will not give up untill I die <- well when i die i will have it . Haha its a win win situation .
