I agree with Beavis and Jeff about the lack of paranormal abilities when drunk, same happens to me, and probably most people! What's worse is when you're lying in bed after a heavy session, and all of a sudden you get OOB symptoms, coupled with alcoholic spin-outs... not possible to OOB (without puking) []

I'm not entirely sure, I guess it's down to you..
I don't think energy manipulation is dangerous at such, but I read somewhere that it may cause a few physical sideaffects, such as a small rash in places, but only in the early stages of dfevelopment.
I know it can also cause mood-swings in certain people, when paying particular attention to the Heart Chakra and Brow Chakra...
So, being 15 you have enough mood-swings as it is! HOrmones all over the place... however, I've never eperienced any of the above, and I don't think you are in any real danger..

But that is just my opinion..

So what happens if someone loses their memory, then enters the astral?
They are not bound by the laws of physics, and therefor not using a physical brain? Would the person then remember these things?

It's interesting really, because in one of the Zeta conversations, they say that it is not possible, yet there you are, clearly doing it.
Not that I'm saying we should beleive all this Zeta stuff just like that.

Hmmm, I'm relatively new to all this energy work lark, however,
perhaps try invisioning the flu as nasty little brown particles in your body... I'm assuming you're used to energy work anyway, so when you next do a session, spend a little bit longer and imagine that with each energy raising technique, the flu particles are being slowly destroyed... the good thing about all this energy stuff is that it doesn't matter how you imagine it working, it just does... so do what you are comfortable with..

Firstly, I don't think it matters if you can't spell. Some people have been less privilaged than others in certain skills... however, to deliberately spell wrong, although not really an evil thing, does tend to make the readers think that you are immature.. now, to be immature with age is one thing, but to be immature with mind is completely another.
When I first read the title poster's message, I instantly (automatically if you will) thought to myself "what a load of wank"... thinking you a liar. Yes, yes... very wrong to think so! I agree, but I can't help it... if I said to you "Meez goin' daan dis' place where I kin git sim cool stuf, but dere wis a fickin deemon so I kiked it in thee ed!" ... you wouldn't beleive me... can't say I blame you...
anyway, I'm babbling, but I got my point forward, so now I'm off..

I'm curious, is this "Mass Death" supposed to mean a true death, a death of energy, when once it happens, there is no way of ascending into the astral, or other afterlife areas?
Because if it isn't, i'm not really bothered. We all gotta die sometime. If, however, I learn that this supposed Mass Death means a death of energy in all levels, than I'm gonn start to worry.
Not that I take any of this literally.
When I was a teenager, I used to play with the pendulum, until I learnt you actually subconciously will it to where you want it to go. So I take all this Zeta stuff with a pinch of salt.
There has been, and always will be, people saying "the end of the world is here! NO, there! Agh!"
If it will truly happen, I beleive we as a human collective will learn of it in our own way.
But, that is just my opinion.

Energy raising is a real good way of hightening our perceptions in bith the physical and astral realms.

Definately, since I started it, I've felt all sorts of wonderful things. I've been doing it for about 3-4 months now, is this the sort of thing that slowly gets better over time? Or do you really have to push yourself? I do about two 30 minute sessions a day, plus one when I go to sleep. NEW that is.

Ha! Brilliant story. I think they don't like to be belittled, so laughing back at their idiocy is a good thing methinks. I have a friend who always tells Nasties to F-Off! She swears by this, it always works. I've been quite lucky though, no nasties except for the incident the other day.

I'm a self-taught typist; first started typing when I was 5, yet I also used a remarkable typing tutor called Mario's typing Tutor. Bloody marvellous. Not only did it teach you typing skills, but it was fun too ) Tell you what, if I can find it online, I will upload it online somewhere for all to download :O)
