Im reading ASTRAL DYNAMICS im on page 107 so im not sure if understand it right. yet. From what i have read i think that OBE are just memories. When you do AP and you failed but you succeded you didnt know until the double downloaded the memories into your brain.
So whats the deal? [V]

On page 103-104 Robert says that when you are in the RTZ "It can be thought of as something like reflections in a mirror. You percieve the real world from inside the mirror. The mirror reflects a real time view a real time view of actual events that are happening in the physical world" So why do dogs bark at you when you are in the RTZ if its just a reflection?

what is the difference between the astral double,real time body, the astral body,and real time double

How do you return to your body. lets say you want to be back to your body as fast as you can what do you do?
and if someone tries to wake you up does your etheric body goes back to your physichal body?

when im meditating i get this feelings that my hands are flotaing is like they are not on my lap anymore. whats happening?

i was talking to my couzing about O.B.E and she said its dangerous because your aura gets weak and another stronger soul or spirit can get in your body. i was lke no thats not true not even bruce talks about that. she said let me give you an example if your are going to sell something you are not going to tell the bad things about it just the good things.she said my mom(my aunt) had obe and she talked to a priest about it and he told her that a stronger spirit could get in your body.
is that true??

How can i be better at M.B.A mobile body awareness? and would it help with O.O.B.E?  

Sometimes i feel like something goes in my body. like im distracted for a moment when im not distracted anymore i feel like something falls back in my body
what is that?

Im going to lay down on my bed relax and think about me being in a beautiful paradise for about 5 minutes. should i meditate longer?
is it better to focus on the paradise only or just to hink about nothing?and by meditating would it help me to get better or in touch with my psychic side?like OBE etc?

This is one of the stories i've heard.

A guy wanted to apply for a job that needed good eye vision. One of his eyes had 20/40 or something like that, so when he looked far he saw things blurry.
Then they did not tell the other part, i don't know why and he said that with his mind he corrected his vison, nad made it better.

I think that people who want to pay 10$ should really be into OOBE etc. Because lets say a person pays 10$ but just asks questions like "How do I do the rope technique?" questions like that, can be answered in normal forums. So whoever has not voted yet, should think about what i wrote.^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Well when i saw the blue color it was when i moved my hand. It happend with other things too, like i stare at something for too long i see white color when i move.

Anyone cares to help???
