I recognise that stone, i have one.

I dont know what it is called but i may know someone that does.

I do know that i got the Stone from South Africa. I was told theres a cave you go to and you pay to enter. Your then given a cup, when you walk into the cave the floors are covered with these stones all different sizes, shapes, and colours. You fill your cup and leave.

I think the tinkle shake is Gods way of making you miss the bowl. Its a reminder to us every day that were not perfect and sometimes in life we are going to miss the bowl due to circumstances and actions beyond are control.

Lets not worry ourselves about why it does what it does, lets just enjoy the fact that it does what it does (hehee) and be thankful it's not a s**t shake. LOL

I admittedly havent done excessive research on shadow people. what i tell you i came to know through meditation and consultation with others.  

I know there looking for someone (An individual). I don't know what or who. but there searching.

Personally i believe there looking for someone who has an influence on the future. Maybe a key figue head, or future president or something of the like.

The Shadow people cannot see into the future themselves, only when they touch a person can they see the future of that individual life.

Wow, excellent reading Dragen. I'm really pleased for you and the progress your making. I'd almost say im jealous [!]..........[]

I've been reading, and meditating, and working on NEW. I don't seem to be making much progress recently. I know they say don't expect to much too soon but after a quick start (Vibrations, REM eye spasms) I seem to have come to an impass.

I think i may try and give the triangle method ago. The ladder technique is good for opening me up, but it doesnt seem to get me out of my body. I'm sure as hell gonna go buy some earplugs though lol.

One things for sure, my motivation and determination remain steadfast. I'm gonna kick this Astral Projection into touch no doubts at all. In fact i'm sure we all will.

I only caught the begininng few sentences of that big 'ol long post, so forgive if i missed something.

But dontchaya all get it. We are all God! Only were pretending were not, we've forgot. We aren't taught things through life, nobody can teach us anything. Am i stupid when i say i cant wait to see whats next, when the transformation occurs (Which society confuses as death). Im not suicidal or anything but i'm excited, i dont want people to mourn, i want them to celebrate, because for sure ill be above there heads whilst they mourn, sticking my fingers in my ears and blowing a nice big rasberry.

I remember a dream i had once where i was riding a roller coaster and my seat came loose as the coaster hit a bend.

I veered from the track and was catapulted through trees (Much like Ash in Evil Dead II hehee).

This dream happened the day before i went to Alton Towers (A big UK theme park). Great Timing i thought! hehee

I know this would mean scrapping your results so far as to the change of gravity.

But a penny doesnt sound like the ideal measure or weight to use.

Depending on its rotation (No matter how slight) as it falls will effect the time it takes to fall.

I know where talking on a very minor scale but who know how damaging or misleading the results could be. Even as far as the air resistance the grooves in the penny make when falling.

Try subtituting the penny for a smooth sphere of some sort, something that no matter how much it moves in the air will always create the same air resistance(i.e -maybe a squash ball or something of the like).

I used a necklace that i'd had around my neck fro years, with a cylindrical wooden plug type thing as the weight.

So far i've only asked it simple questions and i also say hello to it before i use and good-bye when ive finished with it (I think it helps to give respect to whatever maybe motioning the pendulum, even if it maybe my sub-conscious self)

As for your comments Euphoric, part of me thinks your right. That it is just your sub-conscious self answering the question. I thought about it and then came to the conclusion that if it my sub-conscious self answering at least i've cut out the middle man (My conscience). So i a way it still works []

I'm from the UK. Although magic shops aren't exactly on the A-list of directories, they sure are out there.

Firstly try looking up on the Yellow Pages like Jeff suggested (This is easily done at www.yell.com )

If you have no luck there then try an internet search engine. The nearest City geographically to yourself should have a portal site on the internet, listing all the different shops and services it has.

If you still have no luck then i suppose you'll just have to find one manually. I reckon that there is at least one magic shop for every major City in the UK, at least (Theres definately a higher concentration of magic shops in the South West, cornwall area). Go on a scouting mission in your city and hopefully you'll something.

Last but not least, you could try mail order off the internet. For texts and research books popular online stores like www.amazon.co.uk is very popular. To get actual herbs and equipment i don't know exactly where to go but i would be cautious in making sure the site is legitimate before you buy from there.

From your description it does sound like you were close to an OOBE. May i suggest you download Robert Bruces Treatise on Astral Projection, i'm sure it'll answer a lot of you questions and prepare for a better fuller OOBE.
