Welcome to Dreams! / I got stuck in a dream!
June 11, 2003, 01:19:12
sometimes a good thing to do is just to close your eyes and decide to go to sleep again. I once spent a few minutes in a dream being in the kitchen and nothing happened, so I just lay down on the floor and fell asleep ... much smoother than waking up

DBZ is the most BORING cartoon I have ever seen ... I mean it's 10 episodes detailing ONE fight, with the fighting characters doing three things:
1. fight a little,
2. throw smug one-liners and little comments at each other and
3. shooting their most powerful energy blasts at each other, laughing when a cloud of smoke hides the enemy, and then saying "NO; IT'S IMPOSSIBLE!! (I swear I hear that exact sentence once or twice in EVERY EPISODE I've ever seen!!!!), when finding out the enemy is still standing and grinning.

DBZ is BORING quit discussing it, you sound like a buch of middle-aged housewives discussing "their stories" . BOOORINNG!!

Here's my list:

1. FREAK OUT!!

2. Try to tell my family what's it like after death (I don't want them stuck in a belief territory!) & tell them not to worry.

3. Meet my friends and get more stoned than we've ever been before and talk about how cool our hands look.

4. Take a walk in the woods contemplating life & death.

5. Kill my self (hey it pays to be the first in line at the F27 hospital, I might get a room with a view!) - just j/k :D

I really wouldn't know. I'd hope it's a quick death.

Yes, the Lord of the Rings movies really SUCKED!
After reading the book three or four times, the movies were a real pain to watch. I'm not getting my hopes up for the third part.
There's just no atmosphere .. I don't know ...
It was a grave mistake to cast the Matrix Agent as Elrond ... every scene he is in, I half expect him to start saying "Mr Anderson..." :D
And what's up with Legolas boarding that shield down the stairs ... sheesh ...
Anyone seen eXistenZ ? I saw it yesterday and boy ... did that movie mess with my head ... :)

Uh ... Paramount Channel on Sky Television.
I don't watch it regularly, but I find it quite funny.

Nick,
Waking Life is just about the most AMAZING movie I've ever seen.
Basically it's about a boy having one long continuous lucid dream, and he's not able to wake up. In his dream world, he is visited by many strange characters confronting him with a lot of philosophical material.
It's quite a unique movie; they filmed the whole thing with digital cameras, and had animation artists *paint* over the frames, which makes for a very wierd, dream-like experience.
The soundtrack is excellent, too.

Damn I love this movie.

wow thanks!
I'm really relieved about that; I was expecting some enraged flames about spamming etc.
And I decided to make the attunements free-for-all for now.

It's great that I could help you with the dental-health books. I really like those. Nuthin' like clean, healthy teeth for life, ey?
[:D] <-

thanks again!

i hate horror movies.
come to think of it - I've never really watched one. Well, maybe a few.
Call it childish but I with an imagination as active as mine, I get the creeps just having to look in the mirror after seeing a scary movie (you never know what hides inside those mirrors!).
I think it's a terribly good way for negs to attach themselves to you in the form of some image from the movies.
Or maybe there's some other purpose to this genre ..

I don't believe it's an optical illusion. I seriously think this guy has got something going there .. something good.
I saw an episode of his street magick tricks, including the levitation part, and the camera was positioned at an angle where I distinctly saw BOTH feet going up at least 30cm in the air, very slowly.
I don't see how this could have been an illusion.

cheers
if those are "tricks", then they're REALLY GOOD!

carried a stick of dynamite around with me once. I was determined to kill somebody with it (and myself); when it exploded I woke up

ok here's what I know: Orgone = Chi, Prana, Energy etc.
Reich's orgone generators (orgone.net) are different from Don Croft's orgone devices (metatech). Reich's creations accumulate ALL kinds of Orgone: Positive Orgone and Negative (or DEAD) orgone. This means you have to "earth" your things, like putting them in flowing water.
Don Croft has found an extraordinarily simple creation that actually sucks up all Dead Orgone and puts out lots and lots of positive orgone. Basically you take some kind of a mold, and put in some quartz crystals, and fill it up with a 50/50 mixture of epoxy or polyester resin and metal shavings. Go look at metatech.org to learn how to build a "cloudbuster" and "holy hand grenade". From what I have read at the cloud-buster forum, these things are INCREDIBLE! They have a smaller ionizing radius (makes plants grow faster etc.) and a very large energizing radius. You can use them to deflect negs, for meditation, or to deflect the deadly ELF (?) radiation that comes out of your computer monitor or TV. There are meany acounts of physical and spiritual healing, and clairvoyants see a huge blue aura and a double-helix concentrated vortex coming out of the tip of the HHGs and CBs. I'd suggest that you build or buy some of these!!
Also, there's a new kid on the block called a "power wand" which supposedly is frikkin awesome. This is very very cool stuff check it out!

Welcome to Energy Body and The Chakras / videos

uh ... so tell me, what exactly does it take for you to "believe"; auraseer's videos aside, if anyone else showed you a video where someone makes a white ball of light appear in their hands, or move something, what would hinder you to say again: "hey, anybody can fake that!"
with your attitude, you all would still say "that's fake" even if it was 100% real ...
i'd say try "manipulating" energy for yourself before you rant about other people's observations. you're just looking for an excuse not to do energy work because "there's no proof.

uh - freaky .... maybe it works, but ... there's a lot of ... disadvantages ... [xx(]

AIKIDO

don't do it myself, but very cool and fluid .. no kicking, braking or screaming, but lots of chi --- energy shouldn't be about breaking stuff and hurting people.

from a "technical" poit of view, the only difference is that holo-sync uses lower carrier frequencies and it gets lower with each level of their program (e.g. where hemi-sync may use 95hz in one ear and 90hz in the other to generate a 5hz brainwave, holosync may use 75 and 70hz), on the "intentional" level, there are great differences. hemi-sync has a lot of different tapes for a lot of different purposes, most having to do with self-exploration and oobe - with holo-sync, you basically sit and listen for 1 hour a day, and clear up the emotional "garbage" that has accumulated in the course of your life. Holo-sync is more long-term oriented, where you go through a lot of resistance and clearing for a couple of years before you really see your prograss (and by then you will have made A LOT of progress) whereas with hemi-sync you get a lot of short-term satisfaction, with oobes and the like.
not to forget hemi-sync's "human plus" series, where you implant a set of "trigger words" that will make you relax, or sleep etc.
i'd say both are very useful, but if I had the money, i'd definitely go for holo-sync.
have fun

I must admit I haven't got any experiences with that stuff yet, but I would recommend that you buy/build a "Holy Hand Grenade" (HHG) and/or a "Succhor Punch" (SP)! Go to http://www.cloud-busters.com and click on "tutorials" or "devices" to see what I mean. These things suck up negative energy and emit pretty powerful positive energy. If you don't want to build these, maybe you can buy one or two, and see if anything happens. Again, no experience with these on my part, but judging from the stories on the forum there, these things kick butt!
While there click on "Vendors", there are some folk who build and sell these things, e.g. http://www.powerpyramids.com or http://www.power-mid.com ... just try and see ... maybe I was able to help you!

good luck!

waking life is without a doubt the best movie I have ever seen to date! I especially liked the end where they start talking about Philip K. willy and I just had to read "flow my Tears, the Policeman said" and "How to build a universe that doesn't fall apart two days later" ... damn! I just love to think about our perception of reality.

the kangaroo theory isn't half bad. after a full kundalini awakening, maybe even kangaroos can write books that top the amazon-charts :)

I've found some clues here and there: if you recall in Astral Dynamics, robert states that he (or was it his pupils?) was only able to 'fly' about the RTZ in "large hops";
and he stated that he often has to meditate with the TV on and children "hopping around" on his lap.
next time I see a kangaroo getting a pen and notepad outta his pouch, I'll ask him how Kundalini Dynamics is doing :)

yeah I tried calea - and I'll tell you it stinks!
I don't know why - I've looked in other forums which deal with psychoactive plants and it didn't seem to work for them, either. Supposedly, Vitamin B5 (or was it 6?) in copious quantities makes you very very lucid (or at least increase dream recall).
Back to calea ... where was I? - oh yeah: it stinks!
I tried 2 kinds of "administration"
1 - smoked it: blech! on it's own much too strong and dry. with tobacco more smokeable but doesn't do anything.
2 - made tea: oh my god! I've never tasted such a vile brew in my life. It's the most bitter thing in the world to drink. As soon as one drop of that stuff hits your mouth, the bitter taste spreads all over it and you'll want to vomit. No single addition (like other teas, sugar, etc.) will make that particular taste go away. The best way when you drink this tea is to let it cool down a bit, clamp your nose shut with your fingers and down the whole concoction in 2 or 3 big big gulps. But it doesn't really do anything either.

So in conclusion - I haven't found a way to make calea work. And it's expensive also.
Someone once suggested that there were 2 kinds of this plant, one that actually makes you more lucid and another that does nothing. You never know what you get.

phew

so that's my take on calea zacatechichi

wild lettuce I have to try ...
