I have a question, that is, if you are still taking questions. I've read only the first quarter of this thread, so please let me know if this has been asked/answered before.
First I'd like to say THANK YOU God for what you have given us, our lives, our feelings, our mind, body and soul, it is just fascinating everyday. And thank you for the future that awaits!
I am wondering, how can children (like me) approach their parents and try to get the parents to see what they are doing wrong over and over, or how they are contradicting themselves, without them thinking something is wrong with me for bringing up such a topic, when in reality the topic is brought up all because of them in the first place. You know what I mean? You can point things out to them repeatedly because it's a pattern of actions that seem they need imrpovement on, or at least to not contradict themselves since they often give strong advice that doesn't follow their actions here and there. And they will deny it, get really mad at you, ignore you, cry, think something is wrong with you, and so on.. Well, you get the picture.
So my question is, how do you successfully approach topics to your parents so that they understand I am bringing it up really to help themselves and let them see how some of their actions are viewed externally, without having them deny it and/or dismiss me as inherently wrong since i'm simply the (lower) child?
Hope that makes sense and it's not too peculiar of a question.. but then again, you are God, so i guess it can't really be that peculiar, hehe. Well, time to go back to studying. Oh yes, I also thank you for the reinforcement you will and have always given me to pass my upcoming test this week. [

Now I am tempted to read all the pages I haven't read on this thread yet, but I gotta study! yikes! [
] Mustardseed, thanks for being such an amazing messenger. [^]
