[Prayer to Saint Michael The Archangel]

Ask this spirit what it wants. Tell it that it is upsetting your mother. Tell it that I, Iequalmc2 am with you in spirit: say to it.

With all due respect, if it's choking his Mother I am sincerely doubting the neg gives a damn.

I saw an exorcism prayer on this site and did some research on it. It's a Catholic prayer to St Michael the Archangel created by Pope Leo. I say it every once in a while and it helps me. I don't know your feelings about prayer or Catholics but here it is if you want:

This prayer was composed by Pope Leo XIII following a vision he had after celebrating the Mass. In this vision, the Pope heard a conversation between Our Lord and satan. The vision affected him so much that upon recovering, he immediately composed this prayer. The short version was said after every Mass from that day forward until Vatican II. Please feel free to print this prayer. It has been recommended that we say this prayer at least once a week, and if you are facing tribulation, once a day.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.

Prayer to Saint Michael The Archangel

Most glorious Prince of the Heavenly Armies, Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in "our battle against principalities and powers, against the rulers of this world of darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in high places" (Ephes., VI, 12). Come to the assistance of men whom God has created to His likeness and whom He has redeemed at a great price from the tyranny of the devil. Holy Church venerates thee as her guardian and protector; to thee, the Lord has entrusted the souls of the redeemed to be led into heaven. Pray therefore the God of Peace to crush Satan beneath our feet, that he may no longer retain men captive and do injury to the Church. Offer our prayers to the Most High, that without delay they may draw His mercy down upon us; take hold of the dragon, "the old serpent, which is the devil and Satan," bind him and cast him into the bottomless pit "so that he may no longer seduce the nations." (Apoc. XX.2)

Seriously, though. I waffle between thinking it's me (and unquestionably it does have to do with some things I'm doing), thinking it's bad Karma or manifestations, and really feeling that it's coming from outside of me. It does feel like the heaviness that motivates me is coming from outside me. Lately I began to have moments of depression in the office when no one's around. Way in the back of my head I sometimes fell a tiny "voice" saying "nobody wants you here." I know I'm appreciated by many of my coworkers. The other day I began to wonder why my internal dialog was talking in the third person--why I'm not saying "nobody want ME here?" Creepy.

Sounds like someone might be screwing about with your sense of reality. I'd have it checked out before jumping to conclusions, but that's just how it comes across to me.

One more thing...Robert Bruce did say in his book that there is a period of depression after the neg has been removed...you have to learn how to move through things and feel like yourself again. I think what you're going through is normal and won't last.

Not only that, but healing is hard as hell. Six years of this has left me quite a different person, so restoration has proved to be quite dramatic, actually. Everything I thought was me was partly not, and so everything I have been built on is being rooted out, and my whole existence is collapsing around me. I'm more depressed than I was with the problem, and that's saying something. But I believe this is temporary, or at least I hope.

Also, when you are this unsure of yourself you are a hotbed for further demon activity, since it's quite easy to mistake what is you and what is not during such a tramatic time.

The answer is quite simply outside assistance. Alot of it. Theres no other way. To do otherwise is to attempt heart transplant surgery on yourself, which is ludicrious.

Yeah, again, excellent wording. When your senses are manipulated and altered, YOU are altered, and without room to feel something objective or help from the outside to show you what "objective" might be. you're lost.

This should be common sense, and it' still stunning to me how common sense can fail with people who do all that life threatening book reading...they know everything after all.

Later that day I realized there was a spiritual force, not of me, affecting the way I felt. I could sense that it was attaching itself to my heart chakra. I attempted to push it away, and when it realized it was discovered it gripped all the harder and then started to force it's way into my chakra. This lead to a feeling of confusion, and distortion. My heart chakra started to shut itself down in defense.

As the hours progressed I noticed the problem was getting worse. Then, suddenly, I started moving not of my own accord. I could rest my will and my body would still move. I was a passive bystander in my own skin. My thoughts weren't my own, my actions weren't my own, and a combat of wills had occured.

After a few hours of concentration and banishment, the majority of the force left. It decided it couldn't control me outright, I assume. But the thing had already done it's damage. It is either in, or linked to my heart chakra. The feelings in said chakra aren't my own, and there is a displacement of my true nature there. I have become a mix of myself and this entity, though I am the one in control.

Very well worded and described...that's exactly what happens and why I get so ticked off at people who keep saying look withinfirst. You need your senses under control in order to look within and see what is wrong and what is not. The creature giving you hell has to be brought under some level of control to supply respite so self examination can exist and built upon. If that isn't possible, then the next best thing is a supportive environment so that people under attack can remember what respect, love, and human dignity mean...which often doesn't happen.

Trying to do self examination beforehand is like putting the cart before the horse and defies common sense.

Six years wasted. I've exhuasted myself. I'm thinking about joining a monastary to devote all of my time to this. I can hardly keep a job anymore.

That's something a lot of people don't have a grasp on, life has to go on despite the neg and the neg doesn't care, they just take advantage of it. This is why people suffering this need help and support, surviving consumes energy and there is nothing left for you. Everyone needs some respite to gain energy, heal, and overcome this thing.

I treat everyday like its an exorcism and keep fighting. I'm freeing up, it's happening slowly. But you're right about one point some people here don't seem to get.

When they're in you, shields aren't gonna help and banishing rituals help a little but not enough. You gotta get to a point where they are out and keep them out, then use the banishing and the shielding.

No one can get through this alone, that's why support, especially on bad days is so important.

Not only do non-religous people get possessed, some non-believers in the paranormal get possessed....

You receive energy with your left and give with your right; that's why they attack your left side.

They attack my left everything, ovaries, hands, legs, you name it.

I use up to 2lb of Sea Salt for my baths, and it does work, but you have to stay in the water for about 20min. I can feel stuff coming out of my legs a lot, probably because of energy transfer in my feet.

You can also coat you feet with an essential oil like sandalwood or lavendar or mint.  Our auras fo into the ground and coating the feet protects that. I've also heard we have a lot of energy votices in the feet and it prevents the little criminals from getting in.

Completely immerse yourself 7 times. Stay in the bath for 20 minutes.
If you are very tired afterwards that means a lot of negativity was in your aura & has been taken out.
It is good to do this everyday (or as often as possible) until you are not so tired from it.

I thought that I had read somehwere that the "Christ" entity that incarnated here was a 4D ET at the time he incarnated here and is presently in one of the higher octaves of 5D going onto 6. The purpose of incarnation here was to teach love.

Then there are others who have different beliefs...I thought the Muslims believed that Christ did not die on the cross but that someone had died in his place and that Christ escaped to the East (I thought I heard Japan). There is a village in Japan claiming to be the town where Christ settled and that He is buried there. (My apologies to my Muslim brothers and sisters if I am in error, I await to be corrected if necessary).

It has some basic countermeasures and a prayer of exorcism.

Some negs can access the human nervous system and cause things like paranoia and circular thinking. Don't panic, if you understand what is happening to you, that's step one in being able to deal with it. Sounds like you found a troublemaker, maybe.

Do you believe there could be a connection between said creepy thing and your family's mental and emotional problems? Or are you concerned about your own situation?

There are no positive or negative emotions it's what we do with them (the actions we take) that makes them positive or negative. We have the right to feel happiness if that is our will and we have the right to be angry as well. We can feel rage over an injustice and channel it into a more positive countermeasure. But wee nedd the freedom to feel to have the freedom to choose appropriately.

The minute you start making any emotion a crime you create an atmosphere for emotional dishonesty...who wants to be deemed as negative after all.

We need emotional honesty to know who we are, what are strengths and weakenss are, etc. Without it, we start to disconnect from ourselves, life and the Creator.

It helps tremendously just to be believed. That's about the only think I can offer anybody else going through this now--I believe you.

It helps to be validated that you are a person. Validating helps people remember that they are part of the human and deserving of of the same respect and love that is deserved of all life here. Being human doesn't require a sufficient enough excuse to be qualified.

And I sacrificed myself while under attack considerably while under attack to protect my family, especially my one sibling...it didn't halt the attacks it increased them. I almost died, the constant self sacrifice depleted me of everything (you can sacrifice too much) that gave me strength. I didn't start getting better until I got help and someone else was picking up part of the load.

And if what you say to people has such profound importance and impact, whether positive or negative, why is it only true only to a person saying such things to self. Doesn't being and saying negative thing to other people have an impact on the person receiving it.

I would like to point out that while possession is most definitely true, it is quite rare. I would say 98% of the population need not worry about it, but for the rest there are some resourced and ways to get help.

Do you know for a fact that you are or are not that 2% that gets affected? Does anyone?

This CAN happen to anyone.

And Robert mentioned something in his book that negs attack him because of his work in fighting them. I've also heard strong spiritual types attract negs out of fear on the negs part. Lou Gentile has often mentioned that exorcists get attacked regularly by negs and are never the same.

That's why we need faith.

He got that creepy neg from that kid he was trying to protect. I don't think that kid was astral projecting.

This can happen to anyone. The best defense is knowledge.
