I mean "clean" in a sense of psychic or whatever cleaning to get rid of negative entities.

There is something bad in this place that causes short-temper in persons, blurred vision and general discomfort. It is always the same pattern. I do not know where it is hiding.

Oh, my eyes. Well, I've been transfered to hospital for diagnosis. The doctor diagnosed some sort of "crystals" in both of my eyes. He does not see a necessity to laser, but it may be that later in my life I got to. Next week I get a new pair of glasses. I tried flexi-contact lenses, but it does not seem like a suitable substitute for glasses. The strain in the eyes after wearing lenses for hours is very uncomfortable.
Yet, my eyes are strained. At times I try to consciously relax them, but they're tensed most of the time.

I ordered Adrian's book yesterday. It seems very valuable indeed. The only little thing I'd blame is that there was nothing to warn me it was an e-book. Maybe I missed the information somewhere in the forums, but indeed it wasn't clearly indicated through the buying procedure, and the picture of the main page let think about a real book. Again, this isnt a big deal, but... paying $40 for a PDF file can just be a little deceiving.

I am very happy to tell you that your effort has helped Heike very much! She found a job that is appealing to her and is satisfied. Although she's going through sort of emotional crisis, not trusting in her higher power , she is doing fine. MUCH better than before I think. Her eyes shine brighter, I believe she feels lighter too.

geez! The next day after I've done your suggested "experiment", the sahaja meditation, I found my inner child, the connection to it, again!

I listened to Bob Griswold's hypnosis tape and while he spoke I got it. I found a way to my long forgotten, burried child. It was little. A little baby inside of me at the location below my navel. I know, maybe this sounds crazy, I do not even know if it is related to your sahaja link, but it was -nevertheless- my happiest day since very, very long ago. I mean it is almost my birthday. This is my second birthday!

I did the meditation of sahaja tonight and must say I enjoyed doing it. I could felt relief of my heart and head when saying mentally the forgiveness affirmations.

I don't know if I got my self-realization right now, maybe my desire was not strong enough. Time will show.

Nevertheless this woman says a lot of good and true things, which did not came to mind any earlier.

My experience is very limited, but I could not feel any strong, noticable rising of kundalini.
