Not awarely. But in my understanding space and time are illusions. Created through "slowing down" certain energy states of conciousness (considering conciousness as the "atoms of existance").

This also creates the illusion of separation. You might have communicated this idea to you in the visualisation of a space-grid. As you pointed out, you ~knew~ that each "block" shall hold an own entire universe - which would be not physically possible in terms of space - w/o either bending time, or finding a way to separate those dimensions in "rooms" next to each other, w/o having one being aware of the other.

As our "slowed down" perception can not grasp multi-dimensionality, spaces within spaces and "time in parallel", we use virtual 3D space arrangements in the attempt to explain more complex concepts, like you did with that "grid"... I'd say.


A nice way a Prof once showed us dimensions was:
Make a dot, it has virtually a Zero-Dimension. Pull it into a line: 1D. Take each of the two ends of that line and pull it into a plane: 2D. Pull out each of the 4 corners: 3D.

Now try the next step, making a so-called "hyper-cube": Take all 8 corners and pull them into 4D and here our brains often move already from the "green" into the "red over-load warning area", esp if you now try to make it 5D

I have a little different understanding of reality so let me give my impressions about this:

I recently dreamt walking behind my friend who wanted to show me sth and he walked straight onto a river and over the water. I was puzzled and looked at the water a few times until I suddenly saw sth like a dark walkway from one side to the other, barely surfaceing and the water rushing from both sides over it.

The next morning I had to think, that "the brain" is very efficent to "right" the habitual and familar "wrongs" - If you understand, what I try to say. It could not be, that he was possibly walking over the water - speaking in terms of the "physical laws" (or "game rules") of the reality that our "awake conciousness" seems to be most pre-occupied with - so I created a walkway to make it "more likely".

So perhaps you automagically associated your "flying" with "movement in space" and to "right the wrong" you created the impresson of feeling a wind, to assure yourself of a familar action from the physical reality?!


# "I want to meet my spirit guides." What ever that might be?! By stating that you seem to imply that you yourself are not complete - that sth is "above" you - more enlightened - more evolved, or what so ever (you might believe).

I however believe that I am a part of "a whole" an "Essence", "Oversoul" or whatever terminology one wishes to use. In that aspect asking for "one's guides", would be like talking with yourself, asking yourself to speak to yourself. You understand? Those "Guides" could be indeed "yourself" in wider state of being.

Seen from a different perspective, I see myself as a "focus of attention" within sth like an "Essence of conciousness" it holds many of such focusses (not only) in this physical dimension at many different points of time (which other than we the essence perceives as existing in parallel).

Your essence, or you for yourself showed yourself books - I can only make personal assumptions how to translate this symbol - you need to find your own valid translation of your creative subjective language.

What do we do with books? We read them, we study them. So the message could be: "Don't ask for others, find yourself - Find your own answers, for you have the means and knowledge to do so."

This is almost identical to the title of your second book. "The only way to understand Life is to live it", that's why we chose to be here - in this "Game". Leaving the playground and asking for help from "outside" (even though there is no such thing as an "outside") could be perceived by yourself like "cheating" on a subjective level.

Maybe you dont want this to happen. Like finding out before, what gifts you shall receive on xmas might spoil the whole experience. So those "veils" to see beyond the playground might not be lifted by everyone for that reason - for the simlpe fact to not spoiling the experience of "physical Life".

i had only one conscious return into my body after what i believed to be an AP. It was kinda vibratingly warm and tingling - a very pleasurable sensation.

The "Akasha records" shall be a "belief" and not "existant" as such, according to "channel sources" like Seth/Elias/Kris and the like.

Try if u are more successful by becoming aware of your "oversoul/Esence", of which we shall be part of. It should bear the total of all physical "incarnations" and the experiences and "lives" of other dimensions your Essence takes part in.

No, as I understood the "signficance" for our dimension is practically none. 11:11 shall be sth significant in another dimension - IIRC concerning their beliefs. So all those 11:11 receptive individuals certainly have a focus in that dimension.

To me 1.000 individuals will not find the "One Truth", but at least 1.000 "personal Truthes".

@Hannah - I understand that we do not consist of "atoms", or physical matter, but of consciousness, which in itself can slow down to resemble matter. However as it is interconnected it transmits "messages" in a manner of speaking.

I see it this way, that I'm "Essence" (to not use the religious biased word "oversoul"). An Essence is aware of it's entirety, which comprises of so-called "Focusses of attention". I.e. having an OBE, or a LD is a matter of shifting attention, or perception.

However Essence in itself has myriads of focusses that sum up in a kind of "synergism". Complex enough every focus shall resemble an own "individual personality". For that reason Essence places, for the experience (not for some holy mission or sth) Focusses on e.g. the physical Earth Dimension.

A "play rule" seems to be the "forgetting of Origin" the "belief of Separation". Like to "add a little spice" to the "purety of experience" of being physical.

Nevertheless Essence communicates permanently with all of it's focusses, either on earth or what kind of dimension so ever. It "cares", but does not "intrude" into the choices of the individual focus (no karma or stuff like that).

Now comes the "nice" bit. Time is supposed to be an illusion - at least in sequential order. That means all focusses exist at the same moment in the Now. For that reason it is so essential to live in the Now and not in some hypothetical future, or past (easier said than done, huh?).

Now through intuitition, or emotion Essence communicates to each of us. So do all focusses with each other. After I "learnt" this, I practically gave up to "understand dreams" for the influencing aspects are beyond anything I can grasp right now We tent to believe that emotions are "reactions to causes", but as in many cases. Things work the other way round. Emotions  tell us in the very moment what we are doing and creating, it shall not  be "reaction" - quite unfamilar considering.

So e.g. a "future focus" might be aware of myself and wishes to contact me, to make me aware of him/her-self. But I block this communication out, because I dont believe that things like this exist... So I might nevertheless experience so-called "bleed-throughs". i.e. for some reasons my attention will be occasionally focussed on numbers, like "1541", or 3:33, or on colours, or on certain words, pictures, logos, what so ever.

This can be an attempt of gaining our attention, like a telephone ringing. It keeps ringing until we lift up and answer. Those signals however can also come from ourselves, for similar reasons. Like being all tensed up about sth, like "money beliefs", "relationship-beliefs", what ever...

That's how I seem to understand myself in the recent months.

@Sapphire - well, if it "works" for you like that, than this is an effective "method". However, I get a bit confused about such things as I become more and more aware that "methods" are just tricks - "bridges" in a manner of speaking - to threspass our doubts that we in fact create through sheer "will-power", we just do not believe that strongly enough and therefore put the "stronger belief" - like a catalyst - into something, like e.g. a stone.

I do not mean to say that the influence of "the thing" is not real - for it IS real - but in actuality it would be unnecessary if the trust in (my/your)self becomes stronger. That's what I try to "enforce" more and more in those recent months. But it really seems tedious at times *alas*

I understand that what surrounds us is a reflection of what we project - i.e. We create our own world through our perception. So as you radiate stress it seemingly reflects itself in blocking your PC in function - quite fascinating, actually.

I seem to be more subtle in such cases and therefore easily distracted to blame it on the "i-m-the-victim-of-faulty-tech" habit until I think "hold on! what am I expressing in emotion right now?!"

A friend told me recently that she does that with headaches. All the time her friend helped her to pin down her "concerns of the moment", those aches just "vanished" - what a "surprise".

Anyway, she does still not really consider that she is in fact creating all that and can therfore "uncreating" it at the same time... Well, myself too does not always consider that - ol'habits die really hard.

@JRD - I had for quite a while a similar perception that this might be my "final focus" and recently I got what I would call an "offical confirmation".

There's what I call "symptoms" that might tell you if you in your "final incarnation":

- restlessness
- a certain boredom
- no wishes for kids, or marriage
... there are more I just not recall...

I would only add that I do not consider "a higher self". Everything is consciouness - in different "aware concentrations" (like a stone has a different C as a flower might have and so on).

It's rather a matter of attention. We focus right now almost singularily - out of habit - on being in the physical and hardly on our "entire self". Therefore we use to think in terms of separation. We just shift our focus about like a microscope over a preparation. For "good" reasons, too. The physical is "too slow" to be aware of ALL the dimensions we are involved in

@aleshah - HUH!? Don't we have "imunity"?! We dont have that power over others. And I especially do not believe that Love could be considered a threat!

As far as I understand the non-physical existance, it could be that the ones GA wants to contact, do not even "bother" anymore about this dimension and for that reason might not even notice that one tries to "contact" them.

And if they happen to be "earthbound" than it's for their own reasons of being not able to "let go", or to not seeing the "camouflage" through, but not because someone Loves them - I do not believe that.

Hm, I thought I was spiritual and she was not that much, but now over one year after she "split off" - and I strill try to keep "correspondence" - I seem to understand how fear corrupts the choices we make in the moment.

One day feeling "aware", or "understanding" is certainly NO absolute, for tommorrow I can choose to make another "stupid" move, like before - that's what we call "total freedom".

However that does not cut the spiritual connection, the Love I feel towards my "twin star", we seem to act in a kind of "Counterpart". It still "chills" me when I manage to get an email from her, learning that she still walks similar pathes as I do...

It's just my beliefs of "separation" that keeps up the limiting borders of my aware conciousness. Nothing is absolute...

I understand that one can tell their "Intent of living" by examining the entire span of life for a reoccuring "theme". Sth we always did - in one way or another.

I wonder if my intent might be "in-dependence", or "acceptance". I'm most certainly here to "care about myself" and not about "how to fix others", because this never really worked out the way "I wanted it"...

I like to watch the clock at 22:22, or 22:33, or 12:34 and stuff like that. Recently it shifted to 17:16, 14:13 and the like. It seems as our subjective consciousness it communicating sth to our objective awareness.

It can be e.g. others "incarnations" - I call "Focusses" (of attention) - that might live at those years, or it's just a "reoccuring signal" to gain our attention, like  the prime numbers in the movie "Contact".

Interesting, I consider myself being consciousness manipulating energy. E.g. slowing energy's oscillation down in such a way that it seems to be physical matter. That makes any attempts to consider "being" from the other way round a bit odd - like trying to archive "being immortal", while being already.

Or to manipulate DNA by any "outside technical means", while it's very existance is maintaned from within. Not meaning that holding beliefs against that, are easy to "overcome" for me

The "seriousness" about being human is the "lack of broader perspective" and the seemingly short "longevity". But as far as one life will never be enough to experience being a human in a physical dimension (what about "switching" gender?) and my Essence is supposed to have a few hundreds down here already I do not really feel like bothering getting as old as e.g. a "Vorlon Ambassador"

Last year (October '03) I got quite in a "heart broken mood" about a g/f that split from me and went back deeply into the "Seth Material", read Sylvan Muldoon and had quite spontanously 4 short glimpses into OBE. I also went into "lucid dreaming" quite quickly, however over the last year I seem to having pushed that too hard and "more results" - in terms of LD, or OBE - did not come up - yet.

Last February I also got into the "Elias Forum". Since then my perception of the world has quite changed...

My intentions are to explore consciousness from within being in this "human dimension". Becoming aware of how I create my reality and overcoming limitations casted upon by my own beliefs of "absolutes" - of which there shall be none

I had to think that according to my view of the world, mine is the other way round to "the Matrix". The latter maintains the belief of One Objective World in which all is.

I rather believe that each individual carries their "own perceived universe" and exchanges energy which can be integrated in ones world, or not. As one wrote here - it's all in our head and thinking alone does NOT neutralize beliefs - it's the belief in itself that needs to be neutralized to fly, or walk through walls...

But this is very unfamiliar as most humans cling to the idea of "one shared objective world", we are more concerend by desperately trying to make them "the same", instead of accepting our each individual differences.

The concept of a world that only consists of beliefs makes one really powerful, but this again collides with strong "religious beliefs"...

Although i am a child, so my opinion is not really thought to matter.

I have no TV and I got myself DSL recently and started watching "Onegai Sensei!"
Even though one might claim that's at times a bit pathetic, I love almost anything about, the music, the colours, the characters, the story, the style.

I watched also "Love Hina" and really laughed a lot, but this is now off the winamp media-lib as well as "Last Exile"
I speak some japanese, so watching the original with english subs is quite "intriguing".
