Im just a beginner and I haven't been able to do it through the bottom areas ex; feet. Yet.

Okay So I can find many differing minor and larger chakra points in and around my head.

I feel many points of pressure as I move my awareness around. Though, I'm not sure that when i attempt to pull in energy into these points. If it is actually working or not.

What effect's would I be looking for?

Changes in attitude, what?

it is not to denigrate the Bible, an amazing compendium of revelation and literature, and one of our only connections to the ancient world. Dreams, sometimes are the unconscious mind trying to tell us something, anything out of place happening in your life right now? Perhaps religion related?

also,  is this off topic? Defiantly. But I was wondering if it really is possible to change your appearance in the astral. How could you trust anyone?

Is there any kind of question you can ask that can verify who someone is?

Like asking a question you Don't know the answer to then researching the info to make sure its correct.

Not asking something you already know the answer 2 because some creatures can pull the information from your mind?

I met a guy from the net who was rather advanced and I asked if he could help me find my chakras.

We started a chat session on Yahoo Instant Messenger, and he  cleared some blockages, then told me that my chakra's disregarding my base was rather weak and empty.

He asked if I exercise (- I guess exercise effects that particular chakra?)

then he filled my chakra's and  he called it *balancing the Psyche*  whatever you call it when he finished filling my chakras I had an incredible feeling of peace and calm.

Which helped because just after that my dad ran into the room and started screaming at me and shtuff, god I love my daddy! (sarcasm)

annnywaay, I can't wait till I get to the point where I can fill and balance my chakras on my own! Just being able to be calm and cool headed in one of my dad's scream fests is enough to want to scarf down chakra related knowledge.

isn't the ability to send your soul out of the body *projected double whatever* considered a power of a witch?

I have used NEW and done very well so far though I can't figure out sponging for all I'm worth.

I would love for some tips to help me start to stimulate that first chakra.

I think It would be Extremely useful in kinda getting me just past the legs and arms in NEW. I just haven't been able to get any feeling from that first chakra yet.  

But I thought energies natural flow was *up* the body?

maybe a psi vamp is someone is is especially good at draining poeple and they get a feeling of power or high off of it and continue to do so and learn and get better at it....becuase their just lazy, lol j/k nvm

Ive looked through the site supposedly 'Satan' 'Lucifer' he can be summoned. Even some of those Egyptian gods, why not just ask them directly then?

I believe that it was also created to help with those who are blind ;P

New has worked as far as being able to move energy around in my feet and hands as well as around my 3rd eye area but I can't seem to get it to move into my body.

That's the link to the sound system I have been trying, I keep seeing people post that it worked wonders for them so I don't see how I could possibly be screwing it up.

Perhaps if their is any supplementary exercises I could do; I have heard that doing diamond push ups can help  open the heart chakra, as well as running.

Different stretches get energy flow going and such. But I really don't have the time nor resources to take up a yoga class.

I have also heard that meditation with a partner is helpful for some at times?

Or even long distance reike can help?

I have seen some Meditations that require a certain Pitch to vibrate and 'wake up' certain energy centers such as was posted by caco demon a while back, now I have certainly had much trouble in making these work. I am unable to find any chakras other then the 3rd eye that comes off the 6Th chakra.

Now, is there any tips I could be given if I choose to continue using these techniques?

Would their be anything, more potent or just, different I guess? I want to find the chakras, but I haven't been able to through about, um almost 2 years of meditation.


#2 I have another question, I heard that Bi natural beats or something similarly named is a great help for some people. Especially in putting yourself in a trance state which I have much trouble in attaining. Can someone link me some information on what they may consider the 'best' product for bi natural beats and sound file I guess?

So, when have you  experienced vibrations? Have you done any energy body work?

Do you try to set yourself in a certain mind set?

I have been trying to project but haven't had any success, I have been thinking that I should try mastering a trance state and moving from there but it is difficult for me to
achieve the trance state, which is quite the bother.

I had a dream where I felt incredible pressure over my 3rd eye it was painful. I know your not supposed to feel pain in your sleep but im sure I did and it hurt quite a lot...

Well, I have a few questions regarding these types of dreams. Firstly can a person like myself perhaps dream about concentrating on energy points in the body, bring in energy, ect. Do this all in a dream and have it affect energy body development at all?

Also, the same night I had this dream my whole family had strange, disturbing dreams could it in anyway be related?

I'm having trouble w/ energy blockages.

I just can't seemto get any energetic feelings in my torso. I have only been able to get it in my arms/hands/feet/legs/forehead(and only in a small spot in my forhead and it is always weak and I can't seem to hold the feeling of pressure in my forehead it is wierd.)

Ive got some questions I hoped could get answered ! ! !

So when after 2012 do these changes accur?

What do you mean by saying that we can't stay on the planet if we dont have high enough vibrations?

Are we gonna find ourselves suddenly standing on nothing in the middle of space?

Why do those ancient civilizations correspond with the elements? Why do we relate to air in any way?

Oka so.... I can't read this language, I don't know where to start but, are you saying there is a guy opening your chakras for you?

During the 1st stage course (3 days) they open your chakras first to 30% then to 60% and finally to 100% by Master Dang himself.

Thats interesting becuase my awareness moves between all these points when concentrating upon 3rd eye, I never realized that there were more centers. That could explain why it likes to 'jump around'

I guess I was hoping that the vibrations meant it was time to project.
And it would have been nice to have some point where I can consciously decide that, now, this is when I can make my double leave my body and go out, this point here.

Otherwise is OBE just something that happens naturally in a deep trance?
There is no real instruction to do it?
Because if its just a matter of deep relaxation with an alert mind , is the term 'mind awake body asleep'? If that's all there is too it I might just practice being able to go into that state as much as I possibly can.

I have experienced what I think are pre OBE vibrations some time ago. I havent felt them since and I have been unable to recreate them. So.. What im asking is...

If I wait long enough through meditation, will these vibrations just recreate themselves?

When I hear about results like this I keep thinking that my lack of results comes from something im doing wrong and yet I can read and follow directions and I have played around with the  meditations I can't figure out why i'm not getting good results

I need a bit of help im assuming the problem is blockages

<this is the point i'm at this moment: Hands and feet have strong energetic development (sorry if I use any incorrect terms ill do my best)
and I believ my crown and 6th chakra to be active and healthy and I have even experienced a very brief strobbing effect a few weeks back.
Yet I cant seem to get energy into, well anywhere else. Such as my throat chakra,base chakra and those inbetween.>

If anyone knows a very powerful method for awaking or emporing chakras I would love to hear it even if it is considered 'dangerous' ha the meditations on joyforsatan where supposed to be very powerful and 'dangerous' and im not getting any results from those.


So, I dunno if anyone has some advice I would love to hear it!
