Hi, i have been reading some books from the so-called ET light beings (Sirian High Council). They definitely have allot of new info to pass on. And their message doesn't come across as being mumbo jumbo. I have read all three books and found them to be full of Cosmic knowledge.

Hi, I've been awakening the sleeping serpent by using a advanced mediation CD from the website below. The Kundalini energy is being simulated by listening to this CD each day. But I've yet to reach a full Kundalini activation. That can take a life time and totally blow your mind if your not ready. I think Kundalini gets bad press. If you do a web search you get mixed opinions about it. But i think it's right for me so i will continue to awaken the chi energy.
