and about the acceptance in a tribe (?) i didnt get pierced to fit in or get accepted, i did it cause i like it if that makes any diffrence :p

good question.. ive been thinking of the same thing. my dad warned be about trying to AP cause he said hed heard of someone who AP-ed and never came back fully and got schitzo. i dont know if its true, and from what ive read here there are no dangers to AP-ing so i dont know what to think. also if someone halluciantes and sees things that arent really there, is that a form of astral sight?

everyone has a guide or several that are with them during the entire lifetime of that person, so granted they will help out when they are needed.

heres my latest experience. i was meditating focusing on each bodypart for a few seconds then moving on to the next, to get to the mind awake body asleep stage. first i did my right side and it felt more vibrating, and heavier than the left after it.

then when i had done my whole body, it felt as if my hands were floating, they felt cold, as if there was a cool breeze over them. i couldnt feel if my hands were touching the blanket or not, it felt like they were floating in the air. i also felt as if my hands were together on my tummy but in fact they were on the side.

(in the past i got that feeling a lot, i was sitting somewhere and i felt as if my hands were a certain way but when i looked down they werent. was that my astral arms being in that pose?)

then, i felt twisted out of shape, as if i was lying in a twisted semi sideways pose, (upper body) but i wasnt.

i also felt rushes of tingles, a rocking motion, and pinpoint pain,
as if i was pricked with a needle.

when i scanned both sides of my body i felt like a i was shrinking sideways, as if i was being compressed inwards on the sides. felt like my consciousness shifted and compressed into my  head and chest area.

felt a magentic sensation when slightly moving my arms, as if my body was a huge magnet, one side plus, other minus.

so how am i doing? was i even close?

i used to hear voices, or more like random bits of conversations just before i fell asleep. it was as if i was hearing people around the world talking. they didnt make much sense though, cause as soon as i tried to make sense of what they said it would end and another start, but they did melt into eachother. i dont know if they were astral voices or just my mind playing a trick on me.

Ok, Reincarnation. Supposedly, I chose to be here. Right? Well since I'm so disconnected with my true self, and no matter what method I try I can't connect, I find it hard to believe that there are 2 of me;
1. My physical Self
2. My spiritual Self

i usually write down my lucid dreams and i wrote this eyelid experience down here so this place is kinda like my diary. ill just copy it and save it on my laptop.

i had a similar dream a few months ago, about the end of the world. sadly i didnt write it down so now i cant rememeber what it was like. but it was very real for me too.

I have noticed that more people in Australia than in most places around the world are interested in these topics, I’m not sure why.

thats intresting, ive always been extremely attraceted to australia. maybe thats why :p

personally i dont think the majority of mankind is ready for a world like that yet. once they are though, there would be very few who chose to abuse it.

perception is not truth. but id like to take another example, not the sky being a certain color. lets say someone goes to buy groceries, and the cashier gives them back more money than they should have. the person takes them without saying anything. now, one could argue wether he did the "wrong" or "right" thing. its all perecption. one could say it was wrong, he should have given it back, another could say, it was right, it was a gift from the universe (or whatever). so neither of these two perceptions are wrong or right, they just are. and the event itself isnt wrong or right it just is. so i guess its a mix of the two.

ahh, thanks for that info cheyyne. does it make it impossible to project or just more difficult, because i have my tongue piereced and im getting another piercing in a few weeks, and i do not want to take them out anyone with bodypiercings successful in OBEs?

yesterday while i was waiting for my train, i decided to meditate. i was focusing on my breathing and relaxing and  then all of a sudden i heard people walking by in front of me and i could see them through my eyelids. it wasnt clear like day light or anything it was like a black shadow outline of their bodies, but it wasnt like when something passes in front of your eye and everything goes black i could actually see their leg as they stepped so it was pretty detailed. i was surprised to say the least so i decided to test it and put my hand in front of my face and i could see my fingers, like shadows. but then i thought maybe my eyes are jut a bit open and light is going in and thats why i see this, not cause im seeing through my eyelids. but it had never happened to me before, so it was pretty cool either way. any comments on wheter this was it or not?

hi all, heres something ive been wondering about for a while. do bodypiercings in any affect way the energy flow of the chakras? lets say if someone had their bellybutton pierced would this effect the navel chakra? the thought occured to me because its a piece of metal in an energy centre which could bee seen as electric, and maybe putting a piece of metal in it would disupt or change the flow of energy there. anyone have any insight on this? thanks!

i woke up this morning and decided to try to OBE. i relaxed and all that, and eventually i felt like a tingle or a chill, going through parts of my body. it was like a wave, started of light, got to its peak and faded away. it happened several times, sometimes stronger than others, but never too strong. so im just wondering was this those vibrations everyone talks about? it felt more like chills or tingles or my body going numb than vibrations. any ideas, cause i dont know how they are meant to feel.

you know i had the same thought because similar things have happened to me. when i breathe and get relaxed enough sometimes i see scary faces and once i even saw like a scary figure with its arms crossed at me as to say no, ure not coming out. its like they dont want me to OBE, or is it me who doesnt want me to OBE? i know i am afraid a bit, although very enthusiastic. maybe they are just a reflection of you? if you create them, it shouldnt be hard to accept them as a manifestatin of you and then stop being afraid.

oh and constant ringing in the ear is an illness called tinnitus.

i didnt feel any vibrations, but i remember struggling to sit up and i felt like i was sitting up at a 45 degree angle in my bed. when i rolled out onto the floor i went straight back in cause when i didnt see my body on the bed i thought it was just me in my real body rolling around thinking im having an obe. which it might have been, i dont know.

thanks sarah! im still not sure whether to think it was a real OBE or not. im just gonna wait till i have one i know is real for sure to decide. thanks again.

something strange happened to me last night.. im not sure this is the right place to post it. i was trying to project using the white light method earlier in the evening and it didnt work. i went to bed a bit later and woke up in the middle of the night but was in that half awake, half asleep state so i decided this is the perfect state to try and project. i tried sitting up in my bed and i think i did but then i looked down and i thought, damn its my real body sitting, and then i remember rolling out of bed onto the floor, but i dont see how this would have happened without me hitting my head it the nightstand plus there were loads of pillows on the floor. but then too i looked on the bed and i thought damn, its my real body because i couldnt see myself on the bed. i did see my room though and it looked realistic, i dont know if my eyes were open or closed, things seemed a bit blurred. and then i remember lying in my bed again and suddenly i felt as if someone was walking on me! i could feel steps on my body and i got scared and i tried to scream. it went away after a while and i went to sleep again. does anyone know what this was, if anything? was someone really walking on me and if yes who and why or was i just dreaming it? i do know that i was awake in the beginning, like between sleep and awake.
i appreciate any insights or comments!

Gman, i too have read david ickes books and ive read about this white light trick ure talking about, in matrix5 but I am sceptical. From what I understand, there is a white and a golden light, and the white one is meant to trick us?  So does that mean that we wouldn't  reincarnate if we went to the golden light?

NO NO NO they are not manifistations of the source. The source has no polarities, it is the Balance of all things.

Why do they want to keep the physical dimension together? For the sake of manipulation alone

They only exist in polarity based realities. They are feeding on our fear and ignorance.

The source consciousness doesn't seem to care about us, otherwise it would interfere, wouldn't it? Or is a completely balanced consciousness without all forms of polarity a passive consciousness which cannot act at all?

It is and people are waking up, not very long to go.

I must disagree, they ARE manifestations of the source. Everything is from the source because the source is all there is, they cannot be from anywhere else. And yes they do exist in polarity based realities, which also are manifestations of the source, and feed off fear but this doesn't make them not part of the source.

And as far as polarity goes, it only exists on the lower planes, because really they are two sides of the same coin so they are really the same but appearing to be different.
