Cool experience man, realy cool, about the death star, if you are into the earth/alien thing, the orion empire have huge death stars which sole purpose is to destroy planets, so...I only heard this, dont know if its true or not, but interesting you saw that.

Now that sure is interesting! I assumed the death star reference was due to my being a HUGE Star Wars fan growing up, but I wouldn't rule anything out. Especially when it has to do with ETs.  

However, since your sister has passed on, you don't what to expect if you see her again (how she looks, what her condition is, etc.)! I completely understand, and since I've never really met with someone who's passed, I don't know what to expect either.

This could definitely be the reason. Since my Astral Explorations (consciously at least) are new, I seem to resonate with things that are familiar to me in my daily life and I do things that I suppose I "expect" to do, such as "flying or soaring" and taking a trip through space, etc. A meeting with my sister (which I do know has happened in my dreams, but of course I wasn't consciously driving my experiences at those times) would require a bit more "work" on my part.

However, there were times when I wanted to do something and didn't know what to expect at all, and I did by use of some transitional aid. Portals are very useful, but there may be simpler aids. Spinning around in circles is often suggested as a way to hold lucidity, but it also blurs and melds the environment into something different. Lastly, I've found that simply turning around can be very efficient. Or "feeling and turning."

Great ideas. I need to try to remember these techniques. Although I am becoming more purposeful and focused in my AP's these days, there's still a part of the experience that seems like I'm on auto-pilot. Like my conditioning or expectations (subconscious?) are the true driver of my experiences.

I knew that if they were sleeping, they would be "behind me" (where I currently was not looking). I summoned them by feeling as if they were behind me, and then turned around, and they were there, eventually turning around to look at me. It is unfortunate that I was never able to contact this person and verify the experience, even if it was a short one.

This is one thing I want to work on. Although watching star clusters and galaxies fly by me is thrilling, I need to really learn how to be aware of my surroundings. When I stop moving, everything seems dark with maybe some elements of light or color or shape going on in the distance. "Clarity NOW!" finally worked for me the second time I tried it (during the same AP), but I sense it still isn't the "HOLY CRAP!" astral vision it could be that AP experts Robert Bruce, Monroe, et al have experienced. In due time I suppose.

My next AP, I need to work on changing my routine. Instead of flying "upwards into the heavens" I should try spinning around, or looking for doorways or portals to walk through and so on. Thanks for the great feedback and tips.

This morning, I woke up on my stomach. It was around 4am. I lied there for a few moments enjoying that warm, blissful state of being awake mentally but totally relaxed. It didn't take long before the familiar vibrations began. Suddenly, I felt myself "loosening" my astral body using a see-saw fashion (head up, legs down, head down, legs up)...This was odd sense I've only projected out of my physical before using the roll-out technique or straight up to the ceiling (both while on my back).

I quickly popped out, and said "I explore the Astral Plane!" The rushing of speed (man, I love this part!) upwards as celestial objects, star clusters and galaxies rush by me is bliss by itself, but as usual my astral vision is like Mr. Magoo on a good day, so I state "clarity NOW!" and it improves somewhat. After a while (Time? What's that?), I want to explore something new. I hear myself say "I go to the moon!"

Suddenly, I stop and feel myself being sucked into a different direction. After a bit, I see what I believe is earth, the moon, and um, this is where it gets weird...The Death Star. I heard or sensed someone saying something to the effect of "yep, it's the death star." I take this to be what is called Reality Fluctuation? Imposing subconscious/symbology and dream theaters within the Astral? This is what I'm trying to learn more about.

One thing that was remarkable was when I commanded "clarity NOW!!" again to help improve my vision and the stars instantly glowed brighter and became more pronounced. That was probably the clearest I've ever seen out of body to-date. It had the effect of wearing sunglasses the whole time and finally removing them.

The voice...I'm trying to figure out who/what this is? I've been hearing narrators/voices on some of my journeys. Each time, I sense they are around me, and that they are along for the ride as either a guide of some sort or just a casual observer who doesn't mind to help out. I need to remember to try to talk to them/it/him/her to see if I can engage some sort of dialog.

Finally, I said "D'lea!" or "Take me to D'lea!" (or something to that effect. D'lea is my sister who was killed in a car accident in 1990 at the age of 25). Absolutely nothing happened. I expected, I don't know...Something...Movement...A new environment, but nothing. I finally gave up. I was disappointed because now that I'm becoming more forthright and mindful while out of body, I was hoping to see my sister. I know she would love to see me knowing I wasn't in the dream state but actually aware. Perhaps she was on a higher level of the Astral Plane which wasn't compatible with my current level of vibration...

Anyhow, thought I would share. The good news is that I am finally doing more than bumping around my bedroom and looking at myself in bed while I'm out of body. Any thoughts, comments, suggestions are extremely welcomed.

I've dabbled in Ouija Boards for years. Simply put, they are focusing tools that attract A LOT of low-level, earth-bound entities. The reason for this, I believe, is because most humans that use them, are curious and somewhat fearful. Like attracts Like, universal law. So, basically, the "vibes" most people give off when using a Ouija Board are likely to be lower-level vibration. If one is uncertain of what they are doing, it makes sense that the energies that are attracted to those energies are mischievous, frivolous entities.

At least, this has been my experience.

This is not to say that you cannot contact higher-level entities or spirit guides using this tool, it's simply not likely for the above reasons mentioned. Ouija is a misunderstood medium. The very fact that it's sold as a "game" at Toys R Us says all that's needed to be said about our current understanding of it.

That alone breeds ignorance, which of course, these lower level entities feed off of.

The smartest thing you could do before using a Ouija Board is to Know Thyself. Take the time to learn about Who You Are. Build a strong spiritual foundation and use that Truth to guide you. After all, why do you want to use it in the first place? What purpose would it serve your higher good? These and many more of the right questions could help eliminate most of the frivolous entities that seem to frequent this particular medium.

Yes, indeed, perhaps I may one day find out the true significance. However, I AM intrigued with the similarities between my symbol and the OM symbol. Perhaps there is a tie there...It really does look quite similar...The story continues...Thank you all for your insight.

The OM symbol certainly makes the most sense so far. That's really interesting. Perhaps I picked that up subconsciously somewhere along the way. However, my heart is still tugging me in more of a, well...How do I say...a celestial direction....

Interesting topic. During my most recent AP, I commanded "Take me to Area 51!" I felt a rush, and suddenly I was in this corridor area. A UFO was sweeping the ground in some kind of contained environment (like going to a museum of some sort and looking in a large rectangular window to a man-made "environment") and I heard some kind of voice (narrator?) explaining this particular UFO "incident" didn't happen the way many believe it did.

I have no idea what particular incident this person was referring to, and my current conscious AP ability is novice, so I'm not even sure what was valid and what was RF. Hmm.

I would still like to consciously commune with spiritually attuned ETs, but right now, I'm like the guy with a Lamborghini in the garage (My ability to AP) with the keys (My Astral Body) but I don't know how to drive.

Okay, I'm much more intuitive out of body I guess.  I just can't find the .wav file formats for the presets. I look into the bwgen directory and there's just system and executable files.

I have to say, and I certainly don't wish to sound ungrateful, but why is this technology only available where you have to sit in front of your computer and plug your headphones into the speaker outlet?

It seems logical to assume the best format would be CD form where you can play the presets using a portable CD player, where you can lie down in bed or similar to experience these various brainwave states...

My computer is setup to play through speakers, not headphones. I can hear the presets through said speakers, but I imagine it's not the same effect as if I was hearing them through headphones.

I'm grateful for the technology and work involved, but please wake me when it's in CD form.

I too am an avid writer (and insatiable student of consciousness), so if I can be of any assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know. Sounds like a lot of fun.

Great thoughts and input from everyone here.

I haven't had any conscious interfacing with my spirit guides or angels, but I certainly believe they are around. I guess this intuition of mine has to serve as proof enough for now. I'm very zWXY (and sensitive) to psychic and supernatural phenomenon, so I guess that's why I'm so sure about them.

I've dabbled in the Ouija Board in my younger years and this 12-year-old girl named Tiffany keeps appearing, no matter who I've "Ouija'd" with. I always brush it off, but deep down, I know there is a connection I can't explain.

However, I long to commune with my REAL guide, the one I know that has been with me for hundreds - thousands of earth years. I know once I leave my physical shell I will laugh and look into his or her eyes and say "Ha! No wonder I'm always searching for YOU. It's because it's YOU!"

I posted my introduction message in the main "Welcome to OBE Discussions!" forum...Didn't see this forum until now...Oops. At any rate, I'm terribly grateful to have found this community as these are topics and interests closest to my heart.

I'm here to share experiences and learn alternative theories, ideas and techniques to conscious projection. I have a special interest in all matters of the UFO phenomenon. I've seen UFOs throughout my life, both night time and day time sightings, and can consciously recall one interface with a being I think was an Extraterrestrial.

I've touched upon all the usual suspects in my life such as psychic phenomenon, ESP, deja vu, premonition dreams that come true, sensing and interacting with spirits and guides and so forth. Growing up, I always assumed this was natural and everybody experienced these things all of the time. Boy was I in for a surprise as I grew to know better.

My current AP/OBE level: I use the "roll out" technique (usually early in the morning after hours of sleeping when my body is still asleep), can float around my room and so forth, but I have trouble with my astral vision and being more decisive and commanding with my thoughts. The best I have been able to do so far is command "Take me to the Astral Plane!" where I was immediately flying upward and through star fields and galaxies...It was amazing.

I want to incorporate the Brainwave Generator and other techniques to help in my progress. I have an insatiable desire for knowledge of reality and consciousness. Looking forward to communing!

Very interesting. I too have had numerous dreams of UFOs for years. My UFO/ET passion borderlines obsessive. I can't get enough of the topic. I do not have any conscious recollection of being abducted by aliens, but my feelings on the topic suggest a deeper truth that I just can't seem to consciously articulate.

I definitely prescribe to the theory that whatever the UFO Phenomenon actually is, it holds profound importance to all of us, and that these are in fact incredible times we live in. I'm convinced of the ET presence here on earth, and that their technology makes our top scientific minds look like they are playing with Leg-gos on a playground by comparison.

I too have become convinced that some of the methods of abduction are via the astral or spirit body. So while a person is actually aboard one of their craft, they could very much still look like they are sleeping in their beds. A masterful technique that would make the true nature of their deeds virtually undetected by humans.

As I am attempting to learn how to have conscious OBEs/APs on a regular basis, I would like to know if anyone has any comments on ETs in the Astral Plane. I would very much like to communicate with positive/friendly ETs, but I would like to learn more about the M.O. of these beings and the astral before I just AP and say "I am in a room full of Greys!"  

My first consciously recollected OBE was remembering floating above the telephone pole at the end of my driveway when I was maybe 5 or 6 years old. When I woke up, I knew it was more than just a dream. The sensation of floating and seeing from that vantage point seemed too lucid.

My first conscious OBE as an adult was actually a false awakening. I heard my alarm go off, so I sat up in bed. Puzzled, because the clock said 4:23am, which meant my alarm shouldn't go off until another few hours.

Then I noticed this lump in my bed. I thought, "who the hell is in my bed??!" I turned slowly around and saw myself sleeping. That was when I suddenly was sucked back into my body and I awoke, quite startled but completely aware that I was out of my body the entire time.

Wow. I always wondered if a forum community like this existed. I am very grateful to have found it today.

I am a willing and thirsty student of consciousness. I have charted several conscious OBEs throughout my life (which I look forward to sharing and learning from others experiences here), seen a handful of UFOs and have had an insatiable interest in all matters of paranormal/metaphysics, et al.
