So if I'm lying on my back (without a pillow) I should bite my teeth together? If I would completely relax my jaw then my mouth would open, why would I bite my teeth together? Wouldn't that be the opposite of relaxing?

I still don't understand why saying 'O' takes you to the Causal plane.
I for example have used 'Om', variations on the middle pillar ('calling the names') and other mantras that don't necessarily have any association with anything, and have ended up in different planes/focus levels- but I'm not 100% sure I know what you consider the causal plane to be.

Do you do the same technique, just say Om and variations of it instead of O?

It just started working again....  :?

Every time I go on "Show unread posts since last visit." It says "No unread topics found since your last visit." When there have been posts today which I haven't read. It's been like this for about a week. Why is this happening?

What do you mean by "Let you teeth come together" if I completely relax my jaw then it will drop, biting my teeth together would be the opposite of relaxing.

"Focus on hearing things in the physical. Anything to pass the time until you body falls asleep." So with this method I need to first get sleep paralysis and then after I'm in SP visualize? I always thought if you're in sleep paralysis you can just get up and you're out.

If I just listen to things and focus on myself breathing then I always fall asleep or at least become extremely close to falling asleep and completely lose focus, then my body will do something and I'll realize that I almost fell asleep and then I'll give up. :-(

Today I got up at 4am stayed up for 5 min and then put my clothes on on and on my bed I relaxed and then concentrated on my breathing, I did this for an hour, nothing, no vibrations, noises, feeling heavy, feeling light, SP nothing at all, whenever I try to AP after I wake up I never get anywhere. When I try before sleep or any other time I get something like I feel numb, my body feels weird, once I got the vibrations etc. WHY ?? am I doing something wrong  :?
#44
What did you concentrate on ? the hemisync ? At what time did you do this ?
#45
So how do you meditate ? I can't think of any better way to meditate, If I would lay down in my bed to meditate then I would just fall asleep like I do when trying to AP and the way I meditate would be exactly the same as my AP technique (concentrating on my breathing) so meditating would just be me trying to AP, but what If I want to meditate before I try to AP ?

I guess there's my problem, I never listen to "they".

I meditate how I want , where I want and and when I want. Which is basically anyway, all different areas and at all different times.

"They" have always been a great beginners guide, but from there I develop what works best for me!  :-)

He says "when you cross your legs and clasp your fingers energy circuit is formed and gives more stability"

If I'm laying down I don't think I would get that cosmic energy as easily.

When I meditate, which normally leads to Phasing, (same difference I find), I always go through a brief progressive relaxation.

They always say you need to keep your back perfectly straight, so how can you relax without your back falling to the ground ? you have to use your muscles to keep your back up so how do you relax but keep your back straight  :?

You should watch this video.

http://youtu.be/66roUb1YqNw

watch all of it.
#49
Was this the first time you ever tried to AP ?

How exactly did you  "pictured me watching my body, trying to let my physical body fall asleep"

1. No
3. No
4. No

Every time I meditate my back start to hurt after a few minutes. So now I sit next to my bed but my back still hurts after about 5-12 minutes so I have to stop meditating.

They say I need to relax completely and keep my back perfectly straight, but how can I completely relax if I have to support my back ?

Also what is the best meditation technique for me ? I want to learn to concentrate better so I can stay awake while trying to AP, right now I'm concentrating on myself breathing.
