Hehe, I will throw in my belief here... 

I believe we (humans) were created by other beings. We lived together here on Earth and once we were very spiritual and one with all.
Then something happened.
A war between... beings.
One won... Not of the good.
Our history was destroyed and hidden. They brought up a system which they evolved with at time which have conditioned us so badly that we simply have forgotten who we are. They have taken us over in many ways and use us as slaves.

The purpose of life here on Earth before all this was just to have an experience as humans.
Now... I hope the evil will disapear and love will enter and take over again... Universal Love.
And most of us can reunite with our families and begin to heal this planet and have a more beautiful experience.

Do you mean if I would freak out again if it happened and I myself wanted it to stop...
Hmm...

No, since then so many other things have happened + that it did happen once and I had time to digest the whole experience so for those reasons I would at least go further next time.

I know I have had obe's many times because I have seen my physical body and it is as dense as here in this reality.
But astral travel it exists in many dimensions.... true?
And since I can get taken by those I wish not to take me then it should be possible that my guides from the higher dimension can come and take my astral body to meetings and such... and make me come aware... right?

The higher realms are so new to me and it is not my doing I get taken there.
I know when I become aware that it is not a dream.

I have had lucid dreams where I awaken in them and fly and do all crazy stuff haha. But it's dense like in this reality.

But I also know there are those that can manipulate things in dreams and astral, I have had a lot of experiences in awaken state in this 3d reality and in astral and sleep to know this by now so I do question things at times...

I suppose it is up to me how I percieve it... hehe

I had one a few months back... I am very sure of it.

I was laying in bed relaxing trying to sleep. all the sudden I felt pressure in my head and a buzzing sound in my ears and they "popped" like when you are in a plane going up. I became very warm. i could feel a pressence but not see anyone. I didn't know what was happening but then all the sudden a voice came in my head (I know it sound nuts haha), the voice freaked me out because it did not sound human. I do not remember what he said but I believe he introduced himself.

But as I said, I freaked out and I screamed in my head leave leave leave, i do not want to.
And the pressure began to dissapear and the buzzing stopped and the pressence left and after a while my body felt normal temp again.

Before this I had been telling my guides that I wanted communication...  As always I wasn't ready.
It hasn't happen before or after (in awaken state). But for you who have had telepathic communications in astral and dreams it is pretty much the same just my body reacted here.

I do respect the being for backing off when I freaked out, this for me only gives me insurrance that it was a benelovent being.

Maybe it's different to different people.
I have only encountered light ships... they are very spiritual higher dimensional beings with no form, they can gather and make themselves into these ships. Pure light. and the energy eminating from them are very very intense, you do not know love if you haven't felt their energy.

Light beings for me are just that, higher dimensional spiritual beings with no form, they are pure light and they eminate pure love.
You just know when they are around.

I came here so I can get some more insight about astral, lucid dreaming etc.
I have ever since a child been lucid dreaming, astral and had encounters with spirits, et's and others...

Now lately more things have been happening in a more new level for me which is why I also am here, I want to understand it more.

I am a woman  and live in Sweden with my dog.

By my own personal experiences if you are hesitent then do not follow or listen to them.
Even though I might look at it as they showed you respect by not taking you since malevolent beings do not show any respect and they are very nasty and selfish.

I know you can meet your guides in the astral realm, but do they also enter dreams?

How can I know if it is my actual guides and not someone projecting themselves as them?
I know this is the wrong topic for this but I have been wondering this alot lately, I know reptilians exist and to a degree what they are capable of but how do I know if the messages my guides are giving me is from my guides and not reptilians or lower density entites messing with me?

Them talking to me and having other people communicate with me in my dreams when I become aware is so new to me.

And I really want to know how I know the difference between a lucid dream and an astral plane, because I tend to awaken in astral planes too atleast what I believe is an astral plane. I know I have been in the lower ones but now lately I have been at a place where the colors are so... so... beautiful and bright, colors that don't exist here. No fear or ego just peace and love and when I am there I get so dumbstruck of how beautiful everything is and I want to stay. Physicality exists but not as dense as here. Telepathic communications. But I cannot control atleast when I have been there I havent been able to control the places where I am at, it is like I have been brought there for some purpose because always there have been meeting or classes of some sort.

Is this astral or just lucid dream?

In my dreams when I become aware they are dense as in this reality and I can play around, control everything and do what I want. Super fun

I've seen a disc ufo when I was 12 hoovering outside my window, later that night I also saw 2 greys. (In awaken state)

During the latest years I have seen light ships in awaken state. They come and go because they can adjust to frequenzies and vibrations meaning they jump in dimensions that way and also that's how they stay "hidden".

Also seen a little white et in a solid transparent state whilst awake which was the same et I saw when I was on an astral plane in a "ufo".
I am guessing this et was an interdimensional et since he could just jump out meaning he just dissapeared right in front of me.

I have had 2 astral "dreams" this year which is on a much newer lever for me so I do not really know if they are real or just a fiction of my imagination or being manipulated.

I can't consiously astral, I only wake up in these places, both lower and now higher.
I have a feeling that I have someone who comes and help me out of my body to take me to meetings etc when needed. I have seen this little guy (not human) in a between state. I saw him first in a higher realm and months later I saw him by my bed.

anyways...

The colors are very bright and the light eminates from everywhere. Physicality exists but not as dense as this reality. everything is just so beautiful and I have no fear or ego there. First time I became consious in a ship, we had some kind of lesson in flight I believe and we all were standing on a row sideways and behind us was a ship and infront of us was one of these small beings. A man came through the wall floating and I believe it was telepathicly he said: I am sorry I am late.

I just looked down at this guy in front of me and asked him a question, he looked at me chocked and all the sudden it was as if I got pushed out. It wasn't me doing it.

Another time not so long ago I became conscious in what looked like a hotel lobby, a black man in a suit greeted me, we went into an elevator and went up. He looked at me and asked telepathicly if I was nervous. I dont think I answered but I was. I already knew I was going to meet someone. I recognize that man anywhere if I could see a photo of him. We went through the hall and into a room. A man was sitting by the end of the table and I sat down next to him. For some reason I wasnät able to see his face. But I was so amazed by the bright vibrant colors, I get like that all the time haha, but then he told me something telepathicly which felt as if he said very loud so I would remember, which I do. (I dont want to talk about it here... yet.) He also showed me things and even though it felt as if we were in a hotel at the same time not because I could see space and earth outside of his window and he showed me a very small spaceship which he said to someone else that it wouldn't be able to cross the atmosphere because it would get destroyed...

anyways... before I awoke there and was awake here I got this strong compulsive feeling to take a nap. I just closed my eyes and I was there. As if... it was planned or something.

But I do know about beings who can manipulate things...
So how do I know this was a real higher realm or just the system playing mind tricks on me?

I had no fear or ego there either.
Physicality yes but not as dense as here.
I have been on the lower realm also been kidnapped which I know for a fact because I got free and by thought came to my body and had to wake myself up, pushing and screaming at me.

Anyone who had experiences in the higher realm who might know what I am talking about?
