Anyhow...

Believe is one of the main principles that we have when we build our personalities. These believes are formed when we take on opinions from events that we have experienced, or ideas we have picked up...

Our Believes, in turn, create our faith, and develop what is called our "spiritual identity," which may be come to be known as your Astral self...

As I have said in other post, the astral world is powered by emotion and will. That's because this realm is ruled by two fundamental forces everyone can recognize, Light and Darkness: Good and Evil...

Well, if this is true, then why isn't our world run by the same emotion. Partly, this is because the universe we live in is ruled by the Superpowerful Force: Which is the combined forces of Gravity, Electromagnetism, and Strong & Weak Atomic forces...

These three key forces: Light, Darkness, and the Superpowerful Force, form realms that we all can exist in. This is because we all have a body, spirit, and soul, as well as light, dark, and mental complexions of ourselves...

Light's Realm: Heaven
Dark's realm: Hell
Superpowerful Force's Realm: Our Universe (Reality)

But Light and Dark realms can overlap into this realm as well...

"Negs" are one of two things...

1. Dark spirits who hold a grudge against you...
2. The Dark complexion (or reverse) complexion of yourself...

In all of us, there is a good and a evil side... When one side AP's, the other will do the same. It's kinda like a playing card. On one side, it shows a light colored picture, and on the other, a dark back cover...

The main principle with neg's is, don't worry about them... Everything in the astral world is ruled by emotion, where, if your will is strong enough, you can cast away weaker spirits thru sheer will...

The power of your emotion and will can protect you in the astral world... But be warn... Too much sheer will throwing can hurt your spiritual complexion, which can hurt you physically as well...

*Smacks head fiercely...* Naw duh! Sherlock...

Anyway... I might have an explanation to your entities...

Ghosts and spirits can take on complexions that are physically impossible, like a three headed chicken or a one eyed bacteria... It's all a matter on the emotional and will like energies the ghosts carries...

Also... Your complexion can change if you adjust you spirit right... For instance, try listening to your favorite song while OBEing, or whatever, your complexion will change by the emotions you carry...

One last thing... It is said all humans have a guardian like entity that follows with them as they live (And maybe after)... Mine is a large golden Shelong (In Chinese, it means "God Dragon". Like that big dragon thing that comes out of the Dragon Balls in DBZ...)

Finding your spirit beast may be another key factor in your journey... Maybe that's why the green blob follows you around...

And another thing... Spirits can't project into the physical plane... Mainly because they exist sole in the spiritual spectrum than the physical spectrum... (No Bodies...)

Patience and having faith that what we want to happen will indeed happen; if we Don't try to fight it nor force it to happen.
