First of all, there is nothing you should be afraid of. I am sure that the entities you think you've encountered are just symptoms of the hypnotic state, which is a normal phase of the AP process. I, too, hear voices and sometimes touches, and many of us do. These are just products of our mind. The feelings you experience at night means your astral body is ready to travel - maybe try and go with the feelings! Nothing, and I mean really NOTHING can harm you. I was afraid of sleeping at night recently, but I conquered my fears, that is nothing impossible! You just have to realize that you are safe.
What is more, don't think about entities, or , if you can't help it, better think about the good ones - your Guardian Angels, your Guides - they are always near to protect you! Believe me, they are!
Don't be afraid also because your awareness increases. It is good. I really don't know how to explain this better. It is good!   :tickle:

Have you thought of the possibility that all the psychics you've encountered have told you lies in order to earn something?
