Tell us your obe experiences where it turned out to be true in the physical, when i obed once, i went into my mums room, i noticed she was sleeping alone in the morning, and my dad was not there, after the obe i went into the room and lo and behold, it was the exact same thing i saw from the ceiling! right down to how selection of the blankets, and bear in mind, i rarely walk into there room and i had no prior knowledge of this.

Has anyone had a obe outdoors? i am considering doing them outdoors in my backyard instead of in my room, mainly because i feel safer in my yard, i also have heard that plants give you energy.

well it happend, my first creepy incedent with a negative entity i had a this lucid dream then i flew around in this dream, dream ends im in that paralysed state, the sounds come, vibrations, then it happend i heard something very very quickly climb the bed, the i felt as though hey i am in the astral! and it felt as though i had got out..then i felt these 2 hands grab me for behind!! i felt "its" chest prest against my back, but it dont have any feeling of cold or warmth, but i felt it! it pulled my hard and violently! it ruined my experience i awoke and nothing was there! but man, it creeped me out but oddly not scared me, and do you know what? there is no chance in HELL! this frigin "thing" is going to stop me obeing, its mest with the wrong fella! i am not scared of this thing and thats that! could this of been a negative ego? i havent been feeling well emotionly. I went by Roberts bruces advice on this, it was in daylight, there was ample light in the room and there was some music playing softly as well, how the hell did ths thing get in!?

I my self only project during daylight hours, i have never come across so far, anything negative while doing it during dayligh hours, nighttime is far to creepy for me

In all my obes i cant remember having any sort of resistence feeling when going through objects such as glass,walls etc.. is this normal? any one else experience?

here is one conjuration, its called the "bellilin" you sing it, you sing it 3 times in a row.

"bellilin bellilin bellilin,
amphora of salvation,
i would like to be next to you,
materialsim has no streangth next to me,
bellilin bellilin bellilin"

the other conjuration is called "jupiter" with this one you place your left hand over your solar plexus, which is around the naval, this protects against evil entities while the conjuration is being pronounced, you put your fingers of your right hand in the shape of a gun, with the midle and index finger extended, the other two fingers closed and the thumb up. You extend your right arm in fron of you, pointing at the entity if you see one, and then pronounce the following words 3 times.

"In the name of Jupiter father of Gods,
i conjure you
Te vigos cosilim".

you say that over 3 times
If you are in the Astral plane, you will see rays comming out of your hand, so you can imagine the rays as you do in the physical world.

also Jupiter is just another name for the father, God, creator etc.. so dont worry.

here is the circle of protection,
This forms a barrier that stops any negative entity from entering, it is drawn in a circle, using the imagination and doing a work witrh the elementals of nature, which makes the circle strong and sustains it. Elementals of nature are essences of creatures that are evolving, they have been known throughout history in various myths and legends as for eg faries, pixies, gnomes, salamanders, sylphs etc
They have been used by ancient people to protect sacred or important things, many ancient people knew how to work with these elementals of nature, they are the same ones used for this circle. Having first said the conjurations, you then draw the circle, you first say the following words,

"my father please, order my elemental intercessor to wrap a magical circle of protection around me (or the bed or the room whatever) ,so that no evil entity can harm me"

you say that 3 times over

the father is the male aspect of each one's own being, we ask that part of the being, because he has the power to do it.

Then you imagine circle formed by a beam of light drawn around whereever you have chosen. You do this 3 times over making sure the circle is joined and complete.
This can be done every night before going to bed, then once it has been done, no evil entity can get in. The circle stays until you move out of it, once you move out of it, it breaks.
Jesus used this circle on a women who was about to be stoned, he drew it around her in the sand and she was saved. A student of ours once was a bit sceptical, but he drew the circle around him nevertheless, he woke up in the astral plane, to find him self unable to move, with an evil looking cat in front of him, he became frightened and started spitting at it, because thats all he thought he could do, then he noticed he had a circle of light around him and the evil looking cat not get in, he then woke up, back in his body, he should of used the conjuration of bellilin to make the cat to disapear.
also the bellilin is good to use if you are unable to move, eg in sleep paralsis, waking up during the process when the astral body (soul) is in the procces of seperating from the body and then seeing and hearing things in the room, The jupiter is good if you can move, and is much faster to say, you can use the conjurations in the physical world to, so if you feel as though something may be there, just say these, and they will disapear.

These conjurations do work, they are great when used in the astral plane or physical plane.

About the parabola and parabol video, if any one has it, watch it over and over, like I have, and there is still things in it that I am trying to get a better understanding about, for eg the 3 strange looking men at the start, the apple being cut in half and having a pentagon? Inside, that strange little guy with his face going back and forwards, the floating orbs, the black and white forest, it doesn't make much logical sense until the end, the leaf turns into a flame, the two panels on the side of the screen (look carefully) come backwards, activating the kindulini, than melting into oneness, whats your take on it?

About the prounounciation, with the harmony one, ey-ee ey-ee keeee the "ey-ee" is just like saying hey with out the H, and keeee is just like saying key with out the y..make sense?

About my experiences with these chants, a good one was with the 'connection' one, not a good term since we are already connected, in reiki, when this is chanted over and over, you become 'one' with the recipient, its more of  a realizing of the already there connection, I did this on my friend over seas, I few minutes into the chant, I closed my eyes, and felt my self falling very fast, and than I saw my friend in this mind vision, she was in this dark void, laying up on a bed of some sort, and just crying, I saw all this black stuff come down her eyes, like her make up being ruined, a few weeks went by and I told her this, to her amazement, a few weeks ago, the same time I was doing this, she was indeed crying with ruined make up, so its quite powerful, but hey, don't take my word for it, try it your self, you don't need a reiki attunement to use these, the other chants work on the different subtle bodies so I hear, the focus works on the etheric, the harmony on the astral, when chanting, breath into your lower hara, which is an energy center in your navel, you have 3 haras in total, breath in deep into your nose down into your naval area, feeling life force energy go there, so that your naval area rises, its different than normal breathing, takes a few goes to get right, than release, so its naval breath, than chant than repeat, so just use these for personal development.

I think I may know what you are talking about, I see strange motes of white dots that dart around each other in blue skys, is that what you see? they seem like fireflys almost.3

Well firstly, I personly think a lot of things mystic web teach is kinda bunky and cough! cult like, I would generaly avoid them.

Yes that can happen, Robert Bruce had some interesting things to say about this, id recomend to get the book, the dream mind can some times stay slightly active and being aware at the same time, can make some unusual happenings.

The best thing that has worked for me is to try nothing at all, simply be nonchalant and detached about it, soon enough you will float out.
